The hair stylists were all extremely friendly and engaged with me in conversation as I waited for my highlights to process. Sometimes when I get highlights I feel like it takes forever without any overly impressive results. Here, my stylist worked efficiently so I wasn't sitting in the chair for four hours, and it turned out great! I'm looking forward to see how my hair will look in a couple weeks after a bit of grow out. In terms of the atmosphere, it was very bright, earthy and peaceful. My normal person (Diana) was out first having her baby recently and I love her - but I ended with a newly graduated stylist who took 1 hr and 45 min for a basic hair cut (on my bday) and also did all the things I said I didn't like and cut it too short. She CAN cut curly hair!!!!…read more It has been almost four years with Shannon and I have no intention of leaving. I still remember my first cut with her- I walked in with incredibly damaged curly hair and tears in my eyes. I was sooooo fed up! Her first words,"it's ok, but do you trust me? We can fix this... This is what needs to happen...". She couldn't have been more right. She cut the damaged stuff and left me with the cutest, curly Felicity cut ever! We went from that to a trendy Fem faux hawk and now a longer bobbed Sharon Stone curly cut styled just for me. This woman gets my curls and cuts or razors just for them. Bring a pic and she will comply- Shannon has strong control of her shears. But don't be shocked, she also knows her face shapes and hair types- she will honestly tell you if it will work or if that style fits your busy schedule (speaking from experience).
