She was very nice and was more than happy to work with my schedule. During my visit with her, she listened carefully to what I was asking for, asked questions in return to clarify, and went to work on my long mane. We had a very nice casual conversation while she cut my hair. She stated that it was a little intimidating cutting my hair, knowing who my normal stylist is. "He's a hard act to follow". I have to be honest and say that Bridget did a fantastic job. My hair might be long, but it's not easy to cut. This is the first time I have gone to someone, other than my stylist, and have been truly happy with the results. Bridget is knowledgeable, gives attention to detail, and overall, is a very nice person. Her shop is open by appointment only, no walk ins. And she is currently working on getting a credit card machine so she can accept them soon. Her shop is super cute, and easy to find.

I almost didn't book because of some negative reviews but after reading through them they seemed not very credible, I decided to give Tim a shot. I'm glad I did. He helped me choose a style from a few photos online, explained what would work best for my hair, and absolutely nailed it. He offered me coffee, never tried to sell me any products, and gave me honest advice on maintaining my hair. Tim is a genuinely down-to-earth guy who's passionate about what he does. The shop has a great atmosphere, the prices are fair, and I couldn't be happier with my haircut. My wife loved it too. I'll definitely be back.

This was unfortunately the most disappointing salon experience I've ever had. The reception team…read morewas lovely, the ambiance is beautiful, and the stylists are kind and professional. However, the results were consistently not what I requested. I brought in an inspiration photo and clearly stated multiple times that I did not want any red tones. The result was noticeably red/orange and looked nothing like the photo. I called the salon, and they were courteous and offered to correct it. The manager was helpful and encouraged me to return to the same stylist so she could learn from the situation. Although I was uncomfortable with that, I agreed as long as there was guidance. At the redo appointment, I again showed the inspiration photo and reiterated my concerns. Unfortunately, I left with hair that was pinkish/reddish/yellow and extremely dry -- again, not aligned with what I requested. The manager did ask if I was happy with it, but with the stylist present, I felt uncomfortable speaking up and said very little. The situation felt awkward and difficult to address in the moment. While the redo was comped, I was charged approximately $150 for a root retouch. Within just a few days, my silver growth was already visible. At this point, I am over $500 into the experience and have left each appointment feeling embarrassed rather than confident. I've decided to move on and find another salon, but I was truly disappointed by how far the final results were from what was clearly communicated.

Unfortunately for me, my massage had to be rescheduled twice due to masseuse being sick. Despite being told less than 24 hours before the massage... twice... the discount they gave me as an apology was only 10% (they charge you 50% if you cancel less than 24 hours ahead of your scheduled massage). I wasn't expecting a 50% discount or anything... but if would have been nicer if it was close to 20% since I had to rearrange childcare twice. The masseuse went over the basics with me at the start of the massage and I decided to sort of let her lead as I had no idea what I didn't like or what to expect. I'm not sure what's normal, but most of the massage was pretty good. I did think too much time was spent massaging my head, too much time fiddling with hot towels, and sometimes I couldn't tell what she was doing for short periods of time (since there was no massaging going on). The thing that I disliked the most was that the 90 minute massage seemed to be 90 minutes minus the six minutes she had spent going over some basic info at the start. Which again, not sure if that's normal but it seemed a bit odd to me to include that in the massage time. Overall, it felt nice but I also felt that some of the massage time was wasted on massaging places that didn't really need it like my arms. Not sure if I'll be back but at least I'll be able to give more direction if I do.

My appointment with Biz was amazing. I loved all the little details to relaxation. Best shampoo I…read morehave ever received. Was so relaxing almost fell asleep at the shampoo bowl. Which for curly hair girlies getting your hair washed usually means knots and tangles and fingers stuck in all your hair. There was none of this. And they give a nice little scalp massage. Then when you return to your seat they give you a neck and shoulder massage with essentials to fit your mood. All complimentary! Biz, herself, was easy to communicate my desired look with and she understood it to a "T" and delivered great results. I absolutely loved my transformation. Going from long hair to short hair can be scary and Biz made sure we were both on the same page for expectations. I also loved how she didn't push product or add ons. She gladly told me what products she used when I asked (because my hair looked the most fabulous it ever has, no frizz) but never gave me a sales pitch or pressure to buy or spend money I wasn't wanting to. In the end I got a fabulous new look and exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be returning to Biz at Industry for more hair needs.

I was charged 30 dollars for the consult which I was fine with until Sophia wanted to charge me 400$ for full foils and refused to help me find a solution within my 250$ budget. (mind you I noted that I was okay with any solution as long as it fit in my budget and made my hair look better than it did). Definitely don't recommend.

I booked with the stylist online, realized I couldn't make that time, called the receptionist and was able to schedule me with the same level stylist as previously, that would fit my availability and timeline. Luckily, I got Shelby (shoutout!) who was conveniently from the same small area I was and we had mutual friends. The time passed so quickly as we never ran out of things to talk about. I'm in love with my haircut and tips she'd given about some questions I had to improve the overall health of my hair. I'll absolutely be returning to this salon! Also -- it's absolutely beautiful! He and his assistant Amber made me feel right at home and are so very welcoming. I am letting my silver grow out and after a great consultation Jim went to work, adding highlights and lowlights, doing all kind of magic, and gave me a fresh cut afterwards. I was super nervous of how my hair would turn out since this is not an easy transition for me going from medium brown to my now silver. My fears were unfounded and my hair turned out amazing! Jim blended the silver with my brown perfectly, and gave me a super flattering hair cut.
