She was very nice and was more than happy to work with my schedule. During my visit with her, she listened carefully to what I was asking for, asked questions in return to clarify, and went to work on my long mane. We had a very nice casual conversation while she cut my hair. She stated that it was a little intimidating cutting my hair, knowing who my normal stylist is. "He's a hard act to follow". I have to be honest and say that Bridget did a fantastic job. My hair might be long, but it's not easy to cut. This is the first time I have gone to someone, other than my stylist, and have been truly happy with the results. Bridget is knowledgeable, gives attention to detail, and overall, is a very nice person. Her shop is open by appointment only, no walk ins. And she is currently working on getting a credit card machine so she can accept them soon. Her shop is super cute, and easy to find.

I told him I have two 10-year-old daughters who need their haircut just a cut. He told me he was going to charge them adult prices $65 each. I also need my haircut as well so that's $195 not including tip. Also, I asked him about the woman who had a bald head on the top. He said that she was laughable. I'm not totally sure. I can't take his word for it or her word for it but it seems like something went wrong. I wish the best for this company, but you do not charge children adult prices. That is another huge red flag.

I put in my notes when I booked online that it was my first massage and I was nervous it would be painful. When I arrived, the front desk attendant was very kind and took me upstairs to the spa. (Note - not sure how accessible this place is - I did not notice an elevator). My masseuse was Ashley, and she was incredible. She walked me through the process knowing I was apprehensive, explained any add ons, and made me feel at ease. She is so good at what she does, and I genuinely cannot wait to go back.

She was the only one with recent availability. I think she did an ok job on the cut, which was $110 for long hair, $132 after tip. She styled my hair after the cut which was nice. Unfortunately the experience was very painful for me. My scalp felt like how my teeth would feel after a dentist appmt. Her long nails kept scratching me when she was grabbing my hair and she also pulled on the hair really hard while cutting and blow drying.
