The owner hopped in and helped remove my nails while waiting for my tech Ben. Ben is meticulous and makes sure every little detail is on point. My gel manicure took longer than usual, the edges we not very neat, and they started chipping after only a few days (that's never happened anywhere else!!). Not to mention, they don't use liners in the pedicure bowls!! They "clean" them between, of course, but I'm not too keen on busy worker's sanitation skills or consistency nor the dingy look of their pedi bowls. I ended up getting them done at a random shop while out of town and was very pleased. This was the first place I tried in Clarksville, so I have nothing to compare it to here, but I won't be going back.
