The lady was very nice, but very quick! & she talked me into getting dip because apparently according to her it didn't chip & she talked about how good she was at dipped nails! Well mine were chipping before the 12 hour mark & I got dip powder on my real nails & now I had to cut them all off, because the chipping caused a couple of my nails to break because they were weak! I'm so upset! It was my first & last time going there! I do not recommend dip from there! I literally could have cried & mind you she charged me 50$!! Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I made an appointment and waited 20 minutes before being helped which is annoying but it happens. The male technician that helped me used the drill so hard he made my nails hurt. I told him 3 times he was hurting me (quietly) and then he abruptly demanded his co-worker help me instead (which he argued loudly for everyone to hear that he didn't touch my nails) I was super embarrassed and upset but couldn't leave as my nails were already being cut and drilled. They made me wait even longer so the woman could help me and I told her (softly as I was embarrassed others could hear) that all I was trying to do was tell him he hurt me and him acting that way was completely unprofessional and I'm sorry if I was a burden to her or the other customers. I apologized to the customer next to me even though the technician was the one who escalated and refused to help but only after starting service. The female was very nice at first and apolgized on his behalf. Since she never saw the original shape of my nails, I asked that she make my nails rounded and NOT square. She insisted several times it was rounded on edges and she'd fix at the end which I was totally fine with! After the service was over I softly told her they weren't rounded but squared and we must have different definitions but I can fix at home. She adamantly stated they were round and if she made them rounder they'd be pointy (not sure how saying round repeatedly is interpreted as pointy but I just told her it was ok I'll just fix it at home)Then it got crazy... She told me that I was wrong and she can fix them but I said no that's ok I just want to leave. She then held my hands down and so she could try and take pictures of my hands. I told her quietly No- I just wanted to pay and leaves. she said " no just let me take a picture for myself". I had to repeat myself 3 TIMES "mam, I do not want my picture taken and please just let me pay and leave" She then started yelling for the entire salon to hear as she took my card. She tried to involve a near by customer and said "look at her nails right now! she said square and she liked them the whole time and now she's acting crazy just look at her and tell her she's crazy please" To say I was completely humiliated is an understatement. I couldn't help it but started crying as I STILL wrote in a tip because I felt I should be a bigger person. She then yelled in front of multiple customers "what are you crying for?! What's wrong why are you crying?!" And I tried to get out as quickly as possible. I honestly don't even care about the nails (they don't even look bad if you like squat nails!) or the fact that it took me over an hour and half from the appointment time... I'm humiliated someone would treat me like that and saddened everyone stood by, though they're probably shocked too. I cried the entire way home from embarrassment. I went in yesterday about 5pm for a $40 pedi There were 3 women working. daughter came too for a mani pedi. It was her 1st time and my 2nd there. It will be our last! I told the girl twice and pointed to the $40 pedi on the menu. She nodded and said yes. The towels she wrapped my legs in reeked of mildew! My daughter said they were not a very clean salon. When I went to pay she insisted I got a $60 pedi. I paid but did not tip because she gauged me for an extra $20. My daughter paid $120 and she said she has had way better for that price. Next time we will go to the one my daughter usually goes to. read more

Love this place! We came in about an hour before closing and there was only two people working but those wonderful ladies did such a great job! I just got a regular pedi with French tips with a design and I absolutely love it. The fact that these amazing women stayed til after closing to take care of MIL and myself was just amazing. The absolute worst. Any nail tech that was worth going to is now gone. My dip nails started to chip in 2 days and the owner who waxed my eyebrows just doesn't care. She used to take her time and make sure they were even and clean and now she just rushes and does a poor job. read more

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Went in to get the dip with one of my friends who got gel. They sat us on opposite ends of the salon and acted offended when we asked to sit beside each other. I asked for my nails to be cut down which never happened, the lady used the drill to get my old dip off which was fine until my fingers were burning. She was squeezing my fingers so hard it hurt. The entire process was awful. As she was shaping my nails she basically filed my skin raw and I told her twice to please go easy. The dip is entirely way to thick, all over my cuticles and skin, uncomfortable on my fingers and my nails are way too long. After leaving I asked called back and asked if I could have them removed because I was unhappy, which surprisingly she said I could but I'll just have them taken off and redone tomorrow. This was and is the worst experience I've ever had and will never go back. read more

The empty salon should of been a heads up! The guy that did my nails was very rushed and there was no one waiting! He applied the acrylic so thick on my nails that my nails looked like animal hooves. Sloppy job and the language barrier was bad so I could not explain that I didn't like the application he was doing. At one point he turned his head to talk to his associate and he nicked my skin. I went in with a picture of what I wanted. Nothing complex or difficult and I understand that exact recreations cannot be expected. However, I did not get a good enough result for $55. Nails are unevenly shaped and certain ones are bumpy. The staff was nice just the final product left something to be desired. read more

I will never return. Vicky's husband started removing my dipped nails. She dipped them for the first time at my previous visit. They tore layers off my nails & he accused me of getting that done elsewhere (when she did it at her suggestion in lieu of gel). After soaking in acetone, he used the electronic drill. It burned me from electric shocks. I think there was a short in the wiring? He then caught an attitude, he got mad at me for jumping from the electric shock. He must had been mad his eneptness! He said, you wait for Vicky and walked away in a fit. This had never happened to me in all my years of getting mani-pedies. I walked out from pain and embarrassment. Public...Beware! read more

They saved my nails from some bad acrylics from another nail salon! I got acrylic nails for my wedding from a place in Clarksville which were fine at first. I've popped off acrylic nails before but these were not budging. I tried soaking them in polish remover (what came up on the Internet) to no avail. I only knew of this place in passing so I was hoping not to have another bad experience and I was very impressed. Vicki was very efficient in removing my nails and explained to me that they made a few of my nails too wide. She also buffed and painted my nails, and it just felt so good to have my normal nails back! Looking around there is also a lot of visual appeal with the several chandeliers being the main lighting. They have two little butterfly pedicure chairs for little girls which was precious. I have two daughters so I'm looking forward to bringing them. I also noticed their prices are not too shabby. $38 for manicure and pedicure. Yes please! For me I paid $13 for nail removal and polish. I will definitely be back! read more

Not impressed but not the worst went on Father's Day waited forever they even took ppl that can in after me before me ... The guy that did mine was very nice but when trimming my nails almost clipped the tip of both my thumbs luckily I jerked them back in time ... The rest of the service was pretty good except for for getting to get my payment before he painted them so that caused issues at the end ... And then when painting a hair or bristle of the brush got stuck in the paint he saw it tried to get it out rice couldn't so he left it ... Then took me to the dryer I pointed it out to who I believe the owner was she pulled the hair out and painted over it better but still can see where it was ... Won't be back.
