Very professional job on my natural nails and wonderful pedicure, quiet relaxing ambience with nice smooth background music and very clean trough out the salon. No doubt the best place in the area. Thank you Vy for a beautiful holidays manicure!

horrible service. see pictures. no customer appreciation at all. 0 stars. ben the manager was pushed over by the other main lady and he folded on making it right. far from right. they charged my card without authorization for more than i said. so do not support them.

If you want want your Shellac to start peeling within less than 2 days of getting it done, then this is definitely the place for you. If I could give this place no stars, I would in a heartbeat. I recently moved to the area & was looking for a new nail salon close to home. After reading the previous reviews, I still decided to give this place a try one day while riding by in need of a mani/ pedi for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday. I wish I had just kept driving. This place has no kind of ambiance or atmosphere whatsoever. There was barely any music playing, if any was playing at all. There was not a single tv. The decor was blah. And if that's the case, you'd think these ladies would compensate with their customer service...NOT! I was greeted promptly by a friendly lady when I first came in, however, it all quickly went downhill from there. I had Shellac on already. Instead of having me soak the Shellac off, which is the proper way to remove it, she tried to take a drill to my real nails. I told her there would be no drill used on my nails whatsoever. Instead of respecting my wishes, she kept trying to talk me into it & repeatedly attempted to use the drill. I had to tell her no multiple times. I've worn Shellac for years & never once have I had it removed with a drill. This was not my 1st rodeo, so I am definitely not naive enough to fall for her explanation that a drill was needed to remove Shellac from my natural nails. After my repeat refusals, she finally wrapped my nails with acetone I foil to remove the Shellac. Now on to the pedicure, done by a different tech. When I tell you this lady CLEARLY did not want to be at work, I mean it. She dragged along, had an extremely nonchalant, uncaring demeanor, & didn't even say hi before she sat down & started working on my feet. In fact, I don't recall her saying anything at all & just looking down. When she got her tools, I politely asked if they used new utensils from an unopened package (which is necessary for the sake of cleanliness). Ofcourse, she acted as if she didn't understand me nor did she try to. Another tech who was sitting within earshot answered for her by saying that they "sterilize" their tools. I told her that I didn't see any tools cleaned or sterilized in my presence. She spoke to my tech in their language. Then my tech started "cleaning" the tools with acetone (as if I were too dumb to see that it was clearly acetone, which is not suitable for cleaning but for removing polish). My tech still had not said anything to me nor had anyone directly answered my question. So, I asked again & was ignored at 1st. But I refused to be ignored when my health was at risk. When they saw I wasn't going to let the issue go, my tech (who still had not said 1 word), abruptly got up & another tech took over my pedicure. She came with utensils that had supposedly been sterilized (still not in my presence & not new out of the package). She didn't say a word. Another tech had been on her cell the entire time & decided to chime in & say that I could buy utensils from them & bring them in whenever I came for a service. I thought that was absolutely absurd. I immediately asked what was going on & why my tech had gotten up. She said that the other tech had an appointment to tend to. I did not appreciate the silent treatment then abrupt change in techs without a word, all just for asking a simple question. Nor did I appreciate being asked to buy utensils. They had already rubbed me the wrong way. However, at that point I decided to stick it out. I looked at the menu of services & saw that a pedi was $25 & a Gel mani was $35. There was another customer in there who was noticeably upset because they decided to take her as a walk in while making a woman with an appointment wait an hour. The walk in clearly objected to being seen before someone else with an appointment. She said several times that it was unfair for her to be waited on ahead of someone with an appointment , however they ignored her repeatedly. Near the end of my mani, the tech excused herself saying she had to call her husband. When it came time to pay, the tech was back on her phone & charged me $61. I asked how much the services were, she said $26 for the pedi & $35 for the mani. I knew what the menu said, but my service had been so terrible that the $1 she overcharged would be her tip. So, I didn't fight it. To make matters worse, I got my nails done on Monday night & they didn't even last until Thanksgiving Day (Thursday). They started peeling 2 days later. This place is a disaster, & I'll never go back.

Very nice, clean salon

Finally!!!!! I found the place I'll be staying and the manicurist too. This salon is well decorated, comfortable, clean, and has a great selection of regular and gel polishes. Annie was absolutely fantastic. She is kind and gentle efficient and definitely cares about the work that she does. She did a great job with attention to the details. I love that I don't have to ask to have my nails painted all the way down to the cuticle or to put acrylic down to the cuticle. She just did whatever was needed to send me away with great nails! Prices there are great, too! And they're not too cheap to offer drying spray at the end after you dry either. :-) I'm adding on a pedicure next time!

Would NOT recommend this place. My pedicure looks terrible! When you pay any money, you expect better than this.

My wife had a fabulous manicure from the manager, Ben. We both had good pedicures. Place was clean, staff was nice. We'll go back.

I had their Monthly special, the lavender haze pedicure , and it was fabulous! Super friendly from the minute I walked in - great appt. system - clean, lovely lobby- I was offered a beverage and checked on while I waited just a bit for my appointment (I was early) - The place is immaculate, great atmosphere- feels fun and feminine. Separate rooms- one for manicures, one for pedi's - I tried the VIP quiet room since it was my birthday. The massage chairs in there unbelievably comfortable! Brand spanking new and fantastic! They even have a place to slide your arms in for a forearm and hand massage ! All the treatments during my pedicure were individually packaged & smelled amazing! Kevin was my tech and was also AMAZING! Nice long massage work... V finished off with my polish which was picture perfect and she was SO meticulous as well as fun to chat with. I can't say enough good things about both of them! Also, I was checked on multiple times throughout the appointment to see if everything was going well. "I knew you'd be trouble the moment you walked in!"…read more So... your staff mutilated half my fingers? What a ghetto and embarrassing nail salon experience. I'm mortified by what I endured. My eight-year-old daughter and I visited this salon over fall break for a quick girls' day. We called ahead, and they accepted us as walk-ins. The salon was empty when we arrived, which should have been my first warning. During my dip manicure, the nail technician nicked my skin badly enough to draw blood. She never sanitized the tools or affected area. After I pointed out the bleeding and asked her to stop filing, she used a dirty towel to stop it. She then tried to resume filing my open, bleeding wound twice more, and I had to stop her each time. Why would anyone continue filing after causing an injury? Afterward, I asked for the salon's blood-spill kit so I could properly clean the area. She had no idea what I was talking about, and another technician brought over a first-aid kit instead. Proper sanitation and safety procedures were clearly not followed. When I went to pay, I was charged the full price for both services. I asked the manager about the salon's policy when a client is injured during a service. Instead of responding professionally, she became hostile and said she "knew I was trouble" the moment I walked in and never wanted to see me in her salon again. I repeatedly asked her to lower her voice and remain professional, especially since another client was present. She kept insisting that I only wanted a refund, even though I was simply asking about the salon's policy for handling client injuries and dissatisfaction. Eventually, I accepted the refund because my hands were bleeding and the situation had become unnecessarily confrontational. I paid for my daughter's service and will be reporting the salon's unsanitary practices and lack of professionalism to the state board. The entire experience was embarrassing and unacceptable. I later asked my daughter how she felt the adults handled the situation, and we both agreed it could have been handled much better. We will not be returning. For a $60 service, the lack of professionalism was pathetic. Some basic business and customer-service training would go a long way.

here is an extremely honest review if you have the time to read it. it was saturday night around…read more6:45pm, and i completely forgot i really needed to get a pedicure done before my family gets to town. i've only lived in the area for a few months now, so i was still trying to figure out what nail salon i liked best. the one i've been going to was ok, but they were closing in the next 15 mins and i know they wouldn't take me as a walk in. so i jumped on maps and found lavish salon was open until 9pm, which was interesting to me considering that is not common for a nail salon to be open late. i figured i'd call and give them a chance, and he said it's appointment only but can get me in in the next hour. so i get there, and from the outside it's not your average looking nail salon like you'd see at a strip mall or a shopping center. the door was locked so i knocked, and Ty let me in. I was also greeted by his cute rotweiller sabel!!!!! (i LOVE dogs) when i got inside i realized i was the only one in there besides one other woman, which i then realized (with all bad things going on in the world) i was actually kind of nervous. but Ty got me sitting down and immediately got to work, and we start to chat. He is EXTREMELY personable, we talked about his kids in florida and how he's owned this salon for 6 years. he took his time with the massage which is not normal, most places usually have a timer or seem like they're in a rush, but Ty seemed to enjoy our convo and kept the massage going! i also found out the other woman is his girlfriend (who is such a sweetheart) and had a nice conversation with her as well. the vibe is 1000% not what you'd normally get at your average salon. Ty's salon gives off a very 'mom and pop' feel to it, especially with his dog walking around. I will a million times take my money to a business like Tys over your average salon, especially since he gave me, hands down, the BEST pedicure i've had in awhile. I'm completely blown away with my experience, and he now has a forever customer if he'll have me. Thank you so so much Ty.

DIP/SNS on my real nails and it's always a baby pink. Ty was kind upon arrival and was on time, but his salon is clearly dirty. It doesn't appear as though he washes his tools after each customer nor lines the pedicure bowl from previous pictures on here. My nail color is extremely uneven, my nails are poorly filed and shaped, and he didn't ask me what shape I wanted. One has already chipped. I just am so sad that I paid $60 for this. Especially in this economy. Please just make customers feel like they're important and that you value their patronage.

I asked if we could look at other colors as close to the inspo pic as possible. she suggested that I just get one color and be done.
