HONEST REVIEW! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I visited this place for the first time 8/15/2026! When I walked in of course I was asked what I wanted and I advised I wanted a mani acrylic overlay and I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted! She begins the process and starts the first layer of polish and then stops and tells me that the color won't work as it's too translucent and my nail can be seen underneath. I asked if we could look at other colors as close to the inspo pic as possible. she suggested that I just get one color and be done. As we're looking at colors she gets frustrated with me and starts shaking her head and speaking in her native language! I finally told her to just paint them 1 color. All of her theatrics made me suddenly feel like I'm a problem! She finished and the nails LOOK HORRIBLE!!!! Each nail is a different size, it's messy, the paint job is inconsistent and you can see through it! Please save your money and go somewhere else! Mind you l, I never write reviews but I was treated very poorly yesterday, on top of paying for the worst nail job I've ever received!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!? read more

I don't get my nails done often so I couldn't quite describe what I wanted but I explained it to the best of my ability and OMG they nailed it! I've always tried to explain to other nail salons that I've wanted this natural-ish look with a sheer pink and it wouldn't end up quite right but BMT got it on the first try. I asked him what he did and he said mixed different colors to achieve EXACTLY what I wanted. I was so impressed that he didn't just settle for one color but got creative to achieve this. I absolutely am a fan of this nail salon, I was a walk in (on New Year's Eve no less with poor planning on my part) they were able to accommodate me for a dip mani and pedi. The location is lovely and very clean, the color selection for dip was so awesome, never have I ever been able to pick a color I wanted so quickly that I was super excited about. The quality of dip done was excellent. My pedicure was an absolutely delight with delicate attention to everything including my heel scrub! I would definitely recommend this place for nail needs and will absolutely be making a detour to this place next time we're in town! read more

The older lady that does the nails there is extremely rude. I'm not sure why but I have never experienced that type of treatment in any other nail salon. She held my hands really aggressively and literally slapped them to try to get me to "relax them". She then refused to cut my acrylics shorter even though I specifically asked her for SHORT almond nails. She said "they won't look good". I had to file them down shorter when I got home and I can say they do look good. Crazy that she refuses to do something the client clearly asks for (with pictures to show what I wanted) and then shames them for even asking for it. She did this one other time when all I wanted was a color change. Instead of doing what I asked she told me to go with a different, more expensive option. It was obvious she was constantly trying to upsell me on services and then pouted when I didn't want them. There's a reason they're always empty (you will be the only customer there)!! BMT Nails is my new favorite nail salon in Hendersonville! I've been all over Hendersonville and they are by far the best. Everyone was super friendly and the salon is beautiful and CLEAN! No rush, no sloppy work, and I had a great time chatting with everyone that works there. I'm very picky and my dip powder manicure was flawless.
