Like many homeowners, I heavily rely on photos to make decisions, so I'm sharing my before-and-after pictures to help anyone looking for an honest team. QC went above and beyond. After tearing down the damaged wood, the owner, Kristof, discovered massive, hidden termite damage. Instead of ignoring it to finish quickly, he immediately stopped the project, informed me, and recommended I treat it first. Since I live in a condo, this gave me time to coordinate with my HOA management to get it treated properly before QC resumed. They installed proper insulation--which the previous contractor completely skipped years ago--and finished everything beautifully. To save a bit of money, I chose to handle the final coat of paint myself, but Kristof made sure everything was perfectly primed and ready for me. I initially reached out last year but was too indecisive to move forward; I'm so grateful Kristof was patient, didn't ignore my message when I finally followed up this past June, and completed the job beautifully. I highly recommend them!

Once demolition started, he identified further issues with flooring around bathtub that needed repair and also made suggestions for remodeling the restroom for a newer look. He was reasonable with his prices and wanted to make sure I, the customer, made a well informed decision. We added some upgrades to the bathroom such as vanity and recess lighting which gave the restroom a whole new modern look. Extremely happy with Quality Construction and would recommended them to anyone needing remodeling since they can do it all.

Scheduling a time for Leonel to come out and look at the project was simple, and he immediately understood exactly what we wanted done. We had drywall replaced in several bedrooms, the wall texture smoothed out, and insulation added. His team was professional, efficient, and did a great job. I also felt their pricing was very fair and competitive compared to the other quotes I received. Overall, I'm really happy with the experience and the work they did. I would definitely recommend Miguez Remodeling to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price. I'm already planning to use them again for a bigger project coming up!

Right from the get go, it was clear that he is an honest person and gave us a lot of confidence that he will be able to handle the project. We had to wait a few months to get the permit approval from the city, and Micky followed up with the permit officers diligently. He had his team ready to jump in with the demo, and started working on the project immediately after we received the permits. The project took a couple of months longer than expected (in part because we asked for some changes, and in part because Micky had underestimated some of the work). But we did not mind the delay as it was clear that Micky's team was doing the work properly and not cutting corners. One piece of advice: Micky gives you accurate timelines for his material options, but if you want other options then you will have to be on top of it yourself to make sure you get it in time. This is understandable, and once we realized it, we were able to better forecast when certain aspects of the project will be completed. Micky is just an amazing human being - kind, thoughtful, and empathetic. The patience paid off. We now live in one of the best houses on the street (which was previously an eye sore). Our sincere gratitude for Micky and his team. We will seek his company out for future projects.

We were so satisfied with our master bathroom remodel by OSH we immediately put our kitchen remodel…read moreon the calendar. We just completed a 3 room remodel (kitchen/laundry/bathroom) and are super happy with the results. Permitted with our city. We had 2 walls removed to extend our galley kitchen, giving us more room and allowing the design to be more functional. Stripped down to the studs, insulation, fresh walls, tile flooring, custom cabinets, clean ceiling, electric, plumbing, the works. Sergio and his team helped us overcome a few hurdles and made our journey as smooth as possible. You know how some kids don't play well together? Well, OSH plays very well with others. Other who mess-up, other contractors, other's options. Sergio is always on your side for design, functionality and safety. When we had unique requests they did all the could to accommodate us. The team was always on time, friendly and professional. Actually they were very fun to work with. Thank you to The OSH Family. God bless.

I discovered Sergio after I saw his incredible work/remodeling to the house next door to me. We arranged our first meeting whereby he bought his laptop, and provided numerous options and designs for my bathroom remodel. Fortunately, Sergio has great ideas and suggestions, making the process of decision making, ie. what materials to use, design options, etc. The process started right on cue, and the ETA for completion of 4-5 weeks was righty on the money! The guys that work for OSH are ALL exemplary, professional, prompt, and courteous! From the demolition guys, the carpenters, the electrician, the painter, the glass guys, I could not have asked for better! The thing that stands out for me, is the fact that these guys were consistently prompt, and did not skip a beat. Unlike most contractors, whereby days are missed, job gets delayed due to spreading themselves too thin with other jobs. None of that with Sergio, he was spot-on prompt with moving this job along as scheduled. My bathroom remodel also included a steam-shower installation, which took on extra diligence, but well worth it! This remodel has improved my home, as if it were a complete add-on to my house, considering I rarely used this guest bathroom (even though it is adjacent to my office). To all the Yelp audience reading this, trust me, you could not get a greater, more skilled and considerate Contractor than Sergio and OSH! I cannot recommend him enough, and I guarantee you will appreciate this review once you hire him. *** Take the time to review all of my photos that show the step-by-step process for this job! Also note that I used "single slab" porcelain, for my shower, versus individual tiling. This process was a much more challenging and labor intensive install, but well worth it, and Sergio's team pulled it off perfectly!!

Thankfully we came across KV builders on yelp and we entrusted our long awaited bathroom shower remodel with Kenny! After 6 long years of using our master bathroom shower, we realized the poor workmanship of the house flipper that sold us our house. Tiles not lined up, water leaking out the shower door, water leaking through the grout, grout cracking, water pooling in a corner of the shower because it wasn't properly sloped. It got to the point where what once was a pretty shower became a nasty place to shower in. Kenny was fast to respond, professional, and took his job seriously. He also had a punctual team who worked hard and was attentive to details. We were more than impressed with the outcome of our shower. They nailed our "accent wall with shower niche". Not only is our shower pretty to look at, but it's functioning exactly how we want it to. Thanks Kenny!
