It was a quesadilla, beautifully crisped and not too spicy. The duck rillettes gave the sandwich a really rich taste. The Cubano was delicious too. Very melty and flavorful. Love the ham they used! The duck fat fries were yummy, super crisp and salty. One order was enough to share. I found the lime coleslaw to be a pleasant surprise. I'm not a big fan of coleslaw, but this was great.

I ordered the chorizo tortilla (basically a quesadilla), while my wife ordered General Tso's chicken sandwich. I'd get the chorizo again in a minute. The sausage, cooked a bit crispy, with the tender shredded duck made a great combination, perfectly complemented by goat cheese. I ordered the lime coleslaw on the side, expecting the strong citrus taste that similar items elsewhere usually have, and which is fine with me, but the lime in TOB's was very mild, blending well with the cream sauce that very lightly dressed the slaw. Good portion of that slaw too. My wife said her chicken sandwich tasted good, though the bottom bun was sopped with juice and stuck to the bottom of the plate. That was really the only off note of our meals. Looking forward to seeing them again and sampling more of the menu.

I asked Ray if I could stay inside and she graciously answered yes. I motioned my wife to enter as she has a hard time with stairs and was willing to wait until 10 AM, but came at my bidding. My wife order the Carne Asada fries and a fountain Coke. She love the fries. I ordered a double cheeseburger slider with bacon ( about $5 ) with grilled onions as standard. The bacon was PERFECT!! Chewy, but fully done; no white fat but opaque fully cooked! Awesome burger. 9 out of 10. I also ordered a raspberry shake. It was good ( 6 out of 10 ) and shared it with my wife. Maybe I am spoiled by super sweet chocolate shakes from White Castle. A pricey over $6. Perhaps skip this one or try a malt. I also ordered Chili Cheese Fries. Bless her heart, Ray cooked mine to perfection, well done fries, melted real sliced American cheese, and she put my chili in a side bowl as requested so I could dip the cheese covered ones on the chili ( I stirred in their hot sauce) and the few uncovered fries, dipped into my raspberry shake. Amazingly delicious. 10 out of 10 for each item: crinkle cut fries, coney beef chili ( NO BEANS!!! ) , and great cheese. Chili should NEVER HAVE BEANS!!! Finally I split a deep fried churro un-filled with cinnamon sugar. 7 out of 10. We took most of that home and I ate some during this review. One silly tiny note. The one unisex bathroom ( the restaurant only has 21 stool seats ) had only one working light bulb in the fixture out of 2 or 3. It was very dim like a seedy bar. I told Ray so hopefully it gets fixed soon. If that last bulb goes in there, I hope whoever is in there has their cellphone flashlight working. Finally the overall vibe is stainless steel lunch counter ( 1950's? ) with a deep kitchen. Seven short stools facing the street, Nine facing the kitchen and a very small tall table with Five matching tall stools. That lone table could be crowded with two customers food, but five? Better only have a beverage and one item, and that would be elbow to elbow. Shout out to Detroit Food Review for his October 3, 2025 review for here. That is how we found it. They do have a drive through if you do not want to climb the three stairs or use the ramp or if the restaurant is full inside.

This business is not a physical entity from what I understand, but strictly delivery. The menu items looked really good when I was making the order so I took a chance on them. I must say they really did leave a poor first impression. The food was incredibly messy, especially the burgers. I didn't mind my chicken sandwich, but it wasn't anything special. My main issue was the food had waaaay too much salt, especially the burger patties. Even though everything tasted okay while we were eating it, we felt so crappy afterwards and regretted it. This happened at around 9:50PM last night . While the worker was reading it back to us, he even said "brownie" but my receipt read cookie dough. Disappointed but not surprised.

This review is for this location only. And as a preface, I frequent several Culver's locations on a…read moresomewhat regular basis. And the Culver's burger is either #1 or 2 on my list of favorite smashburgers, depending on my mood. Plus I eat far too many concrete mixers, so to say I'm a fan is an understatement. But this location unfortunately is a touch subpar compared to others in the area and I say that based on 3 things. 1) their drive thru is the slowest I have encountered. There have been times I've waited 20+ minutes for orders. 2) as I said above I frequently order concrete mixers. This location virtually never fully mixes the cup. It's the norm to have no mix ins in the bottom half. 3) Compared to the other locations I frequent, Canton is the most expensive. Specifically the base cost for their concretes, and the cost of the extra mix ins. So tied to #2 above, this location charges more for a more inferior product. I've been coming to this location for years, ever since they opened. In the beginning the owner was there all the time and he was on top of service. It's now been a couple years since I've seen him. Lance, if you are reading this, the store could use your attention again. I say that as a fan.
