I recently moved 80 miles away from this office, but have reason to come back to SV so I kept my appt. Yesterday after driving 80 miles for this appt, hwy 17 had an incident that was going to make me 15 mins late. I called 1 hour ahead of my appt and informed of this. The front desk person informed they would likely not be able to see me. I explained I was 10 miles away but blocked. Anyhow... I showed 15 mins late and was refused service. I thought my family established a relationship with this place over the years to where we could work it out. It appears it's just an act, but as I said above, I "get it." I wouldn't be as agitated if I'd been "taken back" on-time just once for all these years. IMO, the vibe of this office changed with the attrition of the front desk folks, but what do I know, I am the fool that drove 80 miles for customer loyalty.

I was advised to come here versus waiting another 24 hours. I was able to get an appointment and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome. I received the new client form within seconds of getting off the phone. There an option to have it emailed or sent to your phone. When we arrived the front office staff sat down on the floor, gave treats and lots of love. Everything was done with such care and gently to not freak out my dog. Thorough evaluation was done and I received easy instructions, a follow up appointment and medication. I cannot thank the team enough! I highly recommend coming here.
