The name and location has changed!! It's now Vista on Main Street in Watsonville. I have been to the new office and it's EVEN BETTER than before!! The eye doctor was wonderful along with all of his staff. Felicia was so patient and helpful with me while I was picking out my new glasses. She is so knowledgeable about what frame shapes go with the shape of your face and she saved me some money too!! read more

Called everywhere in town looking for a Place to get my 2 year old's prescription glasses. The only specialist in town is only open 2 days a week and I haven't heard anything good about them. This place was amazing from the start! They were so good with my 2 year old and let her try on what she wanted and made the whole process so easy. I will be letting our pediatrician know as well so she can send little ones here instead of the usual place she recommends, which is only open 2 days a week. read more

Tried to get an appointment but they asked for My SSN. I informed them that it it is illegal to require my SSN and I would be happy to provide my last 4 and other info so they could verify my insurance. They could not deal with it and said I had no insurance. Took two days of back and forth of their front office incompetence. After I gave up I called a different optometrist and it took them 5 minutes to confirm my insurance and make an appointment with no SSN given. Would give zero stars if I could read more

They are liars !!!! They tried to charge me and my insurance I filed a complain with Department of Consumer Affairs about misleading business services. read more

Green Valley - Burberry Sunglasses - Optometrists Near Me - Watsonville, California

Not happy with Doctors since Dr Lee has not been there. Had to go back twice to get contact prescription changed. Finally went back to prescription Dr Lee had prescribed last time she saw me. My glasses got scratched, I returned them for repair. Now new lenses are not the same. I took them back and they said that they found no issues with them. They are completely different. I have been going there for many years. Will not be returning to this place for my next annual. read more

I was experiencing a personal tragedy, in that my glasses had just broken and I need them desperately at work. I called so many places and was told they were no appointments no availabilities, one place went out of their way to call me back when I had left him a message to tell me we have an opening for you middle of next month! These wonderful folks at Green Valley Optometry understood my emergency and were able to help me. I didn't get the feeling that they weren't busy but they cared enough to try to help. Everyone was wonderful in their office between the staff andOptometrist! And I would absolutely recommend this business! read more

I've been going here for a couple years now, but the last two times I've gone to choose glasses the wait was too much -ranging from 30-45 minutes wait time. I ended up leaving both times. Not worth it terrible customer service. It seems like they are all lost as how to help anyone! Ridiculous! Won't be going there anymore! read more

They revamped their frame selection. There was so many frames to choose from. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend. read more

The worst i went woth son and husband for eye exam and it took 15 for them to do all 3 i thought rather quick then was told husband no longer needs his glasses but my son n i do. Oddly my son n i never needed y now dr just said u cant read right so sold us 2 pairs of expensive glasses which i saw worse when before had no problem. Decided to get second opinions for both n to my surprise we got scammed the new dr said glasses not needed great vision just needed lubrication drops for both. I my husband needed high prescriptions for him. Be careful with this place not giving proper exams and scams money for unneeded glasses when i called to tell them they said no refunds and it is what it is TOTAL SCAM RIP OFFS read more

Thank you Dr S. Panchal and staff for taking care of me! I got in for a same day appointment for an eye infection, and received a prescription for eye drops. The staff fit me in on a moment's notice when my GP wanted to rule out vision problems as a source for migraines. I was given multiple tests and the doctors listened to my concerns and gave thoughtful advice even though the issue turned out not to be optical in nature. read more

Great Optometrist's and reasonably priced frames, lenses, and exams. I've had excellent experiences every visit, for 12 yrs.

I don't recall the name of the doctor that saw me, but I do know it wasn't Dr. Lee or Dr. Mosiman. The doctor asked me if I had insurance and when I said I didn't she responded with "if 'the illegals' can get insurance then you can too." Not only is that very rude, but it's also incredibly unprofessional. read more

Don't believe the BS about the glasses being guaranteed if you accidentally damage them. They wouldn't replace mine when they accidentally got crushed. Not going back. read more

I had an amazing experience! Every staff member was nice, helpful & tho it is a small & very busy office, the woman who helped me (Lalani) with my glasses was great! I had been to another office across the street & was discouraged. Glad I came here! I am definitely suggesting this office to anyone I know!! read more

I used to go to the greenfield location because I lived there before moving to Watsonville and I did not know that this office was the same office as the the one in greenfielfd until I made my appointment. I had gone to a different office before going to this one and I am so thankful I did. The receptionists are super nice and the doctor is awesome!! Would not change office for anything! read more

Some of the most important elements that influence me to return to an establishment consists of basic traits that seem to be fading by the day. From the most simple to the more complex, Green Valley Optometry's staff have all bases covered. As soon as one enters their door, that person is warmly greeted. This is not something that I take for granted as it sets the mood and tone for the rest of the visit. Additionally, these optometric technicians are vastly and well-rounded on knowledge that ranges from topics such insurance policies, thorough expertise on their inventory, and can also manipulate those crooked and twisted frames that have been accidentally sat on -_- Truly, the staff in this office have gone above and beyond my expectations every time I enter the office or when I call to check on the arrival of my latest selection, and for that, I highly recommend this office to anyone who acknowledges the level of difficulty that comes when dealing with a multitude of personalities throughout the working day and appreciates optimal command that makes customer service exceptional. read more
