Walking into the clinic, everything looked pretty standard but neat. The check in process was…read moresimple and didn't take long. The person at the desk answered my questions without seeming annoyed which I appreciated. In the back, one of the medical assistants went through the initial steps and made sure I was settled in the exam room. When the doctor came in, they took time to go over some background and asked a mix of general and more focused questions. They had a calm way of talking and didn't jump into assumptions. What I liked was how they explained things clearly but didn't try to oversimplify. The doctor gave a few ideas on what could be happening and explained the next steps without pressuring anything. They also gave some basic advice on what I could try on my own. It felt more like a team effort than being told what to do. I left feeling like I got useful information without being overwhelmed.

Dr. Solomon deserves these five stars herself. Kind, knowledgeable, and caring, she makes getting…read moremy eyes dilated the best part of my day. She asks about you and remembers the answers to talk more next time. What a sweet and caring woman. On top of that, my glasses and contacts are better than ever and I've got some great samples to try for eye drops. Only downside is the front desk staff can be hard to work with somethings. Records and insurance issues have happened to me in the past. Very long waits with COVID precautions now too. I appreciate the safety, but it always irks to wait 50mins when told 10. Worth it for Dr Solomon though!

The only specialist in town is only open 2 days a week and I haven't heard anything good about them. This place was amazing from the start! I will be letting our pediatrician know as well so she can send little ones here instead of the usual place she recommends, which is only open 2 days a week.

Use to come here all the time, but it's gone down hill since the last couple of years I've been…read morehere. The staff is unwelcoming, and rude upon arrival. The parking spaces are small, and crowded. The place is unkept, and more importantly I was dismissed by a lot of the staff. The nurse, or whatever you might call her, didn't care to listen to me at all when I told her I was having trouble even getting the appointment I had. Not only did they give me an appointment 8 MONTHS in, they delayed it by 2 extra month because the doctor had "an emergency." And instead of them have the courtesy to call me and help me reschedule my appointment as soon as possible, they sent me a quick message and had ME call THEM! The doctor herself isn't very sociable and doesn't do a thorough examination. More importantly, they don't have that many options that medical pay for you. They use to have a larger selection of glasses, and it use to be that that blue tint to those who have astigmatism use to be covered by medical but now they want you to pay 100 dollars for something you really need. They do additional studies that they want patients to be 20-40 dollars for. It's horrid. Would recommend another place! Don't waste your time here.
