Instead the two ladies in the shop were annoyed that I did know the answers. Finally, I commented, "fantastic customer service" to which both taunted..." Oh yeah!" While the other stated, "great communication too!" Needless to say, I gave no response to either jab and continued my exit! This office has no clue about customer service so if you prefer terrible customer interactions and like to be treated petty and apathetically....this is the eye doctor to see ...otherwise steer clear of the verbal jousting!

Yesterday, my 89 years old dad who has Alzheimer, was desperate asking me to leave while we were waiting for the doctor as many other times. I calmed him down, asked the reception about the delay, kept waiting, saw the doctor leave an exam room but getting into another one, decided to wait until the 60th minute and left. I missed 1 hour 45 minutes unpaid work time to bring my dad to his appointment. Dr. Cheng is not respectful of patients and rides.

We made an appointment with his optometrist in San Jose who said everything was fine and you have nothing to worry about, it's just an episode. Not feeling good when we got home my husband decided to get another opinion. He went online and found a local optometrist who was Dr. Robert Wolff, MD, he contacted him and explained his vision loss and Dr. Wolff scheduled him an appointment two days later. Dr. Wolff was very pleasant and professional. I couldn't believe how thorough Dr. Wolff's exam was. He performed test after test after test and when we walked out of his office we felt confident his diagnosis was on point. He insisted we go right over to the hospital emergency with good reason. The emergency room doctor spoke to Dr. Wolff and they was in agreement as to what needed to be done. Blood work as well as a CT Scan confirmed Dr. Wolff's diagnosis. Thanks to you my husband won't lose the sight in his only good eye. I cannot tell you how much we appreciate your making yourself available to see my husband when you did. Given the appointment time you scheduled, 5:00pm I am certain you deliberately stayed late so you could examine my husband knowing the seriousness he was facing especially on a Saturday. We thank you for all your help including following up on Sunday as well. Doctors like you are very rare and we appreciate everything you have done for my husband. Thank you ....
