No quote was under $2000 (more expensive than Shade Store). I told her this was double what we discussed and more expensive than the Shade Store quote so I wouldn't be moving forward. I started heading back to my room to run to a work call and she loudly demands, 'aren't you going to see me out?' I explained that I needed to return to work. I live in a 1000 sq ft condo and my nanny was in the kitchen by the front door so it's unclear why she needed a formal send-off. This agent had probably 50 feet to walk to get to my front door. She proceeded to get aggressive and loud despite my repeated asks for her to quiet down given my son was sleeping. She insisted her voice wasn't loud and proceeded to insult me. I kept asking her to please leave my home immediately and had to threaten to call the police if she insisted on continuing to cause a disturbance. The fact this woman is in Sales boggles my mind. Second, my initial flooring choice became unavailable between the time I selected it and ordering. When this happened, Eric and I went down to Home Depot together and found another option that looked better, was higher quality, and cost less. I cannot recommend Eric and A&E construction enough! 100% would use again. In fact, I have some upcoming work that I need to do on my home.
