I started my project by filling out Contact Us inquiries to random companies. Steve was PROMPT in responding and through his level of professionalism and VAST knowledge of his trade we were well on our way to building our dream wine cellar! Steve took the time to listen to our goals for the cellar and through the house visit he picked up on our design aesthetic and helped us create a space that is so beautiful and uniquely us..I still love boasting off this room to house guests! Yes, he is technical and takes his time to talk through your vision, but it's because he will do whatever it takes to see the vision to reality AND when he says he can do it...HE MEANS IT, at the highest quality of care!! Case in point, when we asked our builder to insulate that space for a future wine cellar, he said yes and built something?? But with Steve's help he realized that our venting unit was certainly blasting air into the room, but the builder did not build a vent anywhere in the house for the hot air to escape!! I don't want to imagine what would've happened had Steve not noticed this. So rather than halting our project and asking us to correct the issue through another vendor, he actually just corrected it himself first before continuing with the rest of the project as previously discussed. He immediately earned our trust because his work and ethics are earnest. And through our project, we met the very talented Roxanne, who plastered the walls and created the panels in the center of our cellar and Steve was able to match the wood stain almost EXACTLY to the plaster color! This was not extra work on our end, he just adapted to what our desired design required and made the introduction! Overall, our experience with Steve was smooth, professional, and rather easy because he is indeed a luxury contractor that takes immense pride in his work ethic and client experience from start to finish!

Seems like a decent guy however $300 for a site visit and then $40,000+ for a wine cellar that is 6…read morefeet by 9 feet and has nothing special other than wooden racks and air-conditioning in it? This review covers the free in-home design consult and scheduled appointment to review the…read morerenderings as a no-longer prospective customer. My husband and I had a free design consultation with Tony from EA Home Designs, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Tony showed up 30 minutes late without a call or text to let us know he'd be delayed. From the start, his demeanor came across as patronizing and dismissive -- particularly toward me as a woman. When he asked what kind of newel posts for the stairs I wanted and I replied "square," he snapped, raising his voice, "NO, I'm talking about the posts." I then showed him a picture -- of square posts -- which made it clear I knew exactly what I was referring to. As a professional engineer living in an affluent area, I was genuinely shocked by his tone and attitude. The contrast between how he spoke to my husband versus how he spoke to me was noticeable and uncomfortable. His behavior came across as misogynistic and condescending to me as a woman, which has no place in a professional design consultation. Later, when scheduling our design review, we told him we could come to their Sterling office three weeks from that day -- the soonest we were available. He snapped again, criticizing that timeframe as "too far away." Yet on the day of the appointment, after we'd planned our day and were preparing to drive an hour to Sterling, he called just 10 minutes before our appointment to say he couldn't make it. Lastly, he came to take measurements and took minimal measurements. We've had multiple quotes from other companies. Tony had the nerve to ask us for a floor plan, rather than taking physical measurements like he was supposed to. He must have realized this later - canceling our appointment to view the renderings of our project on our appointment day given how ill prepared he was. Between the unprofessional communication, attitude, and lack of respect for our time, this was one of the most unpleasant experiences we've had with a home design company. I initially scheduled the consultation because I liked their Instagram designs and frequent ads, but this interaction made it clear that great marketing doesn't equal great service. EA Home Designs should reconsider who they send out to represent their brand -- especially for projects worth $50K and up. Respect and professionalism matter. We will be taking our business elsewhere. We really were hoping they'd be the one stop shop for all of our home projects.

Jennifer and Christy are creative, professional, and truly listen to your needs while making the design process easy and enjoyable. They transformed my office into a beautiful, feminine space that's both functional and cozy. They also refreshed our primary bedroom, even transforming a childhood dresser into a piece we now love and proudly display. Most recently, they redesigned our family room into a stylish, kid-friendly space with smart layout choices we never would have thought of ourselves. Every space feels intentional and reflects who we are. We constantly get compliments on how well put together our home looks, and we always credit Haven Home Solutions. It was a large open space with no clear divisions and they were able create clearly defined areas for work and relaxation. When I moved out of state in 2021 I asked for their help again with the entire first floor and one of the bedrooms in my new home. They helped me figure out how best to reuse what we selected for my old living room, as well as furnish a dining room and sitting room, make efficient use of a garage that had been converted to a bonus room, and select flooring and wall colors throughout. The master bedroom is a lovely, calm escape at the end of the day. To this day when people visit I get so many compliments and I love to tell them I had a lot of help from Haven Home Solutions.
