In fact, Layla's exceptional customer service is the reason we came back the very next weekend. Employees like her are hard to find, and she truly made us feel valued as guests. While I thought the food was a bit mediocre and some of the other employees weren't as friendly or engaging, Layla completely changed the overall experience. I will say the table reservation was interesting. They have a lot of tables labeled reserved but no one is sitting there. I tried to ask a waitress about my table and said you have to reserve one and ran away. She didn't even let me finish my sentence. I asked another waitress and she listened to me and found my reservation and apologized for the other waitress' behavior. The manager did come by to give us some great service so we ended the night on a good note.

I drove through the main parking lot and exited behind the building to find a large paid parking lot that the Puttery will validate for you. The decor is classy and thoughtful and the employee at the register was friendly and informative. My party decided to eat dinner before golfing and the waitress was upbeat and seated us promptly. The food and drinks were quite delicious! The spicy tuna crispy rice had nicely seasoned tuna and paired perfectly with the crispy rice. The rice itself was a tad too sweet for my liking. The brisket jalapeño spring rolls were different and I enjoyed the combination of brisket and the smooth cream cheese. The elote style corn ribs were nicely presented and I've never had corn ribs elote style before. The pizza was pretty good but I wish the toppings were more plentiful. The short rib was tender and flavorful and I liked the pairing with the peppery arugula. The courses were super thoughtfully planned out and I appreciated the different themes in each section. The attention to detail was very obvious and I enjoyed going through the courses. My diagnosis: wonderful destination for indoor putt putt and yummy food.

Due to traffic we ended up arriving closer to 6:30 pm but it was no problem. Because it was a Tuesday, the crowds were light. I bet it can get crowded on the weekends because it's such a cool place. We got our wrist bands and proceeded upstairs where there is a lot of restaurant seating and a bar. We decided to eat before playing and that ended up being a great decision. The food and drink were quite good! I had a Sam Adams IPA draft - perfect! The elote corn ribs, spring rolls, tuna with crispy rice, and short rib pizza were all excellent! The waitress recommended the elote corn and short rib pizza so we went with those plus a few other options. Temperature and texture and flavor of all the food items were on point. Now on to mini golf. The place has two sets of 9 hole areas. The holes get progressively harder. You keep score via an iPad at each hole. Overall, the most impressive part was the decor. It's obvious they spent a lot of money on the decor (and the place is just huge) and they've maintained the place quite well so far. Now you're probably thinking "fun place off Washington? I bet parking sucks." There is actually a huge parking just north of the Puttery building and the parking is validated by Puttery! If you happen to go and you end up on the top level, be sure to use all protection to keep from burning in the sun. My advice. There is a lot of room for everyone to be stretched out, no one in the way, and plenty of area for everyone to enjoy themselves. I found it so fun. Can't wait to go back. It was in a nice area it's very big. They even have Beck's Prime on the property just in case you need a break and something to eat.

This is a very tough course to score on from the green conditions and layout. You have to be able to hit it high and low, the size of the greens basically means ur short sided any time you miss one. Fun course, wish it had lights at night!

I was worried because the zoo is always SLAMMED but we arrived around noon and there were so many spots available and when we left after the tournament there was even more open. The course itself was really nice. Few holes with water. Greens were in good condition. We noticed the greens sloped more than most courses, this was a bit more challenging for the youth players. The only staff we interacted with was the guy by the driving range in that "ball hut" (not sure what it's actually called.) He was SO NICE. There is a clubhouse with a snack bar but we didn't grab anything. Sodas were like $3.50, Gatorade was $4 just to give an idea of pricing. Can't wait to come back!

The course was fun but challenging. The people and the clubhouse makes this course a 4 star place because the service from the ranger, starter, and cart girl was SUPERB! The clubhouse bathroom was so buffed equipped with everything you could ever need and it's clean, spacious, and had great amenities. Unfortunately, the bathroom on the course didn't have sinks for men and women. lol Carts are electric with gps but pretty much quite basic. Shout out to the rangers and especially, Reggie. The venue is spacious, well-organized, and perfect for groups. The second time, I visited with my family and friends, and we had just as much fun trying out the different games. If you're planning to visit, try going before 11 a.m. or 12 p.m., as they often have discounted rates during that time, making it an even better value. Overall, it's a fantastic place to spend a few hours with friends, family, or coworkers. Definitely worth a visit!

When we approached the desk, we were told we'd get a text when our section was ready. At 4:15pm, I had my friend go back to the desk and that's when they sent us up, never acknowledging that we never received a text message. When we settled in, our waitress came over with some menus and walked us through the process. She made sure to let us know our time had already begun, despite the fact that we were waiting downstairs for the text message to give us the green light to head up. Despite all that, we had a great time and played several games. Definitely can't wait to go back!
