Got a chance to hang with my friends at Topgolf and we had a relatively good time. We booked it for 4pm and got there around 3:50pm. When we approached the desk, we were told we'd get a text when our section was ready. At 4:15pm, I had my friend go back to the desk and that's when they sent us up, never acknowledging that we never received a text message. When we settled in, our waitress came over with some menus and walked us through the process. She made sure to let us know our time had already begun, despite the fact that we were waiting downstairs for the text message to give us the green light to head up. The outside looks great, until you go in and notice how worn down most of the equipment is and then godforbid you get hungry... you will be looking at the clock to see when the food will come. Service was great until you order food. The food takes forever to come. Waitress tries to be accommodating but in the end it's not their fault, the kitchen needs to get their act together. Booked 2 bays and supposed to come with a 100$ free food credit, until you get there and they say the promo on their Site was a mistake and they tried to get corporate to fix it, only when you threat that it's false advertising they get the manager to explain the situation. Manager was accommodating and honored the advertised promo originally booked. Corporate needs to proof read their website before posting it. The bay we were in was like built for a 3rd world country. Floors sticky, couches feel like they havent been deep cleaned since the place opened. When you wave your club for the ball to come out, it rolls around the base to the next bay. The tee was like a worn down straw that's been there since opening, never replaced. Had to balance my golf ball like playing a balancing act. The last food order my group was waiting on didn't come untill our playtime was up. The Manager gave us free 15 minutes to basically stuff ourselves or pack it to go. We even specifically told them to pack it to go since we knew it was not going to be enough time to eat. We placed our order about 20 minutes prior. This probably the worst top golf I've been to in the nation, they really gotta get their act together. My family spent a couple of hours at our local Topgolf, and overall it was a really fun experience. The games are engaging, competitive in a good way, and perfect for family time, whether you're serious about golf or just there to have fun. My only downside is that the food and drinks are pretty pricey, which can add up quickly. That said, we went during their weekday happy hour, when gameplay is half off, and that made a huge difference. Because of that deal, it was absolutely worth it to enjoy a few hours of golf together. My family loves going to Top Golf. This year, my nephew chose to celebrate his 16th birthday here. My sister reserved 2 bays and chose a party package. The package is a bit pricey but it is for up to 12 players. The food and service was great. Our waitress accommodated our needs and made sure we had everything we needed. On the day that we were there, a Sunday evening, it wasn't too crowded. Other groups surrounding our bays were also celebrating birthdays. My nephew enjoyed our small family gathering. I haven't been to Top Golf is YEARS. I forgot how fun it was. We came here around noon on a Thursday and luckily they had a deal going on (week days 1/2 off) so we decided to play for 1 hour $20.00. In my opinion, 1 hour is a lot for 2 people. After 30 minutes we got bored and regretted not choosing to play for 30 minutes instead. I'm taking a star off because of the location of the dock they booked us for. There were so many docks open but the employee decided to put us at the far right where it was impossible for to actually hit a target. Other than that, this a cool place to hang out at. read more

Met up with friends here on Saturday and we had a blast. Place is clean, spacious with elevators and multiple floors. I was told there is a pool table downstairs, but never went to check for myself. She was extremely attentive and came around often to see if we needed anything. Bay rental: Bays are rented by the hr and accompany 4-6ppl comfortably. We ordered food... Flatbread: Chicken Ranch, Hot honey pepperoni Wings: Buffalo, BBQ & Lemon Pepper Dip: Buffalo chicken w/tortilla chips Best bite would have to be the Chicken Ranch flatbread w/ Cauliflower crust. I couldn't tell the difference in the crust, so I'm wondering how much cauliflower is actually in it and if the difference in calories matters. Hot honey was very hot, so if you like spicy, try it. Wings were average, nothing to write home about. Buffalo chicken dip was also average and their chips look cheap, but tasted okay. Depending on who you get will automatically refill your soda drinks and leave it at the table without you knowing. Food though, you cannot expect much. That's all I have to say. Fries are usually cold and I honestly don't understand why. Avoid it if you can. Wings are not bad but can be cold sometimes (this is eating it as it comes right out and everyone stopped playing just to eat). Nachos or queso and dips are what I recommend to share. Make sure you bring your own hand wipes and/or hand sanitizers to clean your golf clubs yourself. Sodas can be flat sometimes but letting a server know, they will get you a brand new one without hesitation. Compare to other locations (including in Massachusetts), I prefer this one, especially on the higher levels. Plus, there's 2 pool tables on the first floor (downstairs) to play with family/friends while waiting. Great place to host birthday parties and cater. WELL that's where the positive experience ended. The outdoor rooftop bartender was shockingly rude. From the moment I walked up, his attitude was dismissive. Simple questions were met with eye rolls, short, irritated responses and an overall tone that made it clear he did not want to be ther or deal with customers at all LOL. Def wasn't just a bad moment or being busy... The patio was dead and he was watching TV like a 13 year old. Horrible lack of professionalism and basic respect. Management seriously needs to address this, because it reflects poorly on the entire experience. I told Aiden and he took it seriously & responded as an above and beyond manager in the industry. We did the two bay party pack and while expensive, it came with a $200 food requirement/stipend that when calculated, ended up being cheaper pp than if we opted another event and food after! This topgolf is very beautiful in design with multiple levels and great food and service! We tried almost everything on the menu and my personal favorites were the buffalo chicken with fries and their tater tots. The coughing itself was very fun and two hours seem to fly by. Service was also great. We had brought a birthday cake and didn't bring a lighter and so one of the servers hunted down a lighter for us. My only complaint was waiting for food. It did take a long time. We placed an order for food 30 minutes into our playtime and didn't receive it until almost an hour later and so by then we only had a little over 30 minutes left of play time to enjoy our food. read more

I visited Topgolf for the first time ever a few weeks ago for my mom's 60th birthday. We had some friends come out to visit and had a mini reunion and thought going to Topgolf would be fun. We have something very similar back at home in NC and we're fairly familiar with the concept. We were able to get a bay immediately but no one had told us about the "membership" until it was time to put our names into the system. Now, times are tough financially so this seemed like such a scam to not mention this at the front desk. It costs $5 each for a lifetime membership at Topgolf JUST TO PUT YOUR NAME ON THE SCREEN and play games! That's on top of already paying for the bay by the hour. The company we visit back at home does not charge a "membership" fee in order to play with other people. That's like going to the bowling alley and paying to put your name on the screen. It's so ridiculous. So that's why I gave it 3 stars because the front desk needs to explain this up front to people who have never been before. The real kicker? I was forced to pay $5 for my membership in order to be able to start playing. Unfortunately, no one played under their own names so we didn't get to play together, we were just hitting balls for an hour. If there was no membership fee, we would have easily paid for 2 hours instead of 1. After that, I had no desire to put in more money at this place, so I didn't order any drinks or food. The whole hidden fee ended up losing them money in the long run (at least, with our large group). Now, if the membership fee doesn't bother you, then you'll be totally fine. Topgolf is nice, don't get me wrong. Their systems are updated and the ball tracker was consistent and never glitched out, the bay was nice, the grounds and facility are well-kept, and we did end up having fun despite the hidden fees. Our waitress was super nice and helpful, however, my friend asked for left handed golf clubs and it took a good 10-15 minutes for them to get them after he asked three times (asked multiple people). Been to a few different top golf for corporate events and wanted to go on a fun date. They try to make booking easy with a slick app, but it actually makes things a lot harder I booked a bay on Saturday at 3:30PM. Looked to see if there are different times available (e.g. 3PM), but the app won't let you saying you already have time booked. Great, let me cancel my time to look, and see, worse comes to worse I can rebook it. Nope, 5 seconds later and the original time I booked can't be booked again and now the timeslots are even worse (this was at 4AM in the morning so no one else is booking). Call top golf - all reservations booked through app. We can't help you and we don't care about customer service... everything routed to a central call center. Long story short - typical corporate cost cutting measures, terrible app design, and low level of service. read more

Good stuff- We came here on Friday around 5p and we were sat right on the top floor. The check in was not crowded nor busy! Upstairs literally was just 3-4 parties were seated. Me and my sister we ended up spending over $200 for 2 hrs pretty expensive! We ordered drinks and food. The service was fast and the food was warm and good! Bad stuff - Need to have hand wipes and sanitizer on every table! It was so disgusting and annoying for me to keep running to the bathroom to wash my hands in between the game. If I knew they didn't have hand wipes I wouldn't have ordered the food or the drinks! I asked for hand wipes and the guy never came back and I walked to the bar and they said they don't have any! The other thing was we were sat right in-front of the sun and it was hot and we were sweating already. Since so many place was empty so we asked to be moved and they said they were full with reservations. I mean half of the place upstairs was still empty when we left after 2 hrs! Came here for a family outing last Friday around 7 pm. We go up to the counter to pay and asked if we could at least be on the 2nd or 3rd level but apparently there are unwritten rules stating "only reservations can have the second or third floor". It was kind of laughable and a silly "rule" as I've been to top golf in the past including other locations and NEVER heard of this. We didn't mind waiting for a bay, but they didn't even give us the option and just said that we would have to reserve online do so. Why would we have to go through that if we were already there? When I checked online the soonest we could reserve for at that point was 2 hours later. Food/drinks: we ordered the nachos and the fried Mac and cheese. It took over 45 minutes for the food to come out, although it was busy, that is just too long. After waiting almost an hour for appetizers that could have taken 10 minutes to make, everything was cold!! We sent the nachos back and after waiting for another 30 minutes we told them to forget it. It was just nachos, it didn't even have any meat so what was taking so long? The customer service really lacked here because if something was sent back it should've been made on the fly. This ruined the experience and we did not order anything else because of this. Overall experience: 3/5 - We had a great time despite the poor service. The prices are pretty steep so you would think the service and management should reflect what customers are paying. read more
