When you come to this place, it's a great atmosphere to watch different games on different TVs. The food is decent however, they have a lot of young girls working here in particular. They kind of run around taking everyone's orders as a word of advice I would ask for a seasoned Waitress so you're taking care of if you don't wait one hour to get taken care of Wes for a beverage but for something to eat, we had a young lady named Drea that came to a table 40 minutes later I asked her if they had Red Bull she said she would go in and check. She went in and came out took someone else's order. Didn't check for what I asked her for then the manager came out and spoke with me so I had to end up putting the order in with the manager. Very Disappointing Experience at Bombshells Katy I had an absolutely horrible experience at the Bombshells Katy location on Friday, July 24. I have been a loyal Bombshells customer since 2017 and have visited many Bombshells locations throughout Texas and elsewhere, which made this experience especially disappointing. When I arrived, I requested to sit in a particular server's section. After some confusion, I was told I could not sit there, so I agreed to sit somewhere else. I had a very pleasant conversation with a manager I recognized--the gentleman with the shaved head, great beard & smile. We discussed the FIFA events and the business they brought to the restaurant. I also recognized the female manager, whom I believe may be the general manager. I have seen and spoken with both of these managers before, and they have always helpful, friendly and professional. After I was seated, however, I waited approximately 10 to 12 minutes without anyone greeting me, offering service, or taking my order. Eventually, a new server came over. I am partially deaf and had difficulty understanding her. She repeated the same question several times, and I told her that I had already answered it. There may have been a misunderstanding, but I was not threatening or attempting to scare anyone. A different male employee then approached me. I did not recognize him and do not know who he was or what position he held. He had dark hair and a darker complexion. He accused me of threatening or scaring employees and told me to leave. I was shocked and stunned given a fair opportunity to explain what had happened. I'm a 70 yr old Sr. citizen! As I was leaving, he also told me not to return and never to bring my Mountain Dew inside again. I carry that drink because of medical reasons. I keep it in my vehicle, at home, at my office, at church, and during business meetings. I would have calmly explained the situation, apologized had I been approached with basic courtesy and respect. Also note, i dinned yesterday evening Thursday, had great experience, tipped my server well, and all other servers because they claimed buss was slow, i felt sorry for them. I am especially confused because I know and respect the two managers I saw that evening, and I know Bombshells' upper management personally to be outstanding. I do not know who this other employee was, but the manner in which he handled the situation was unnecessary, disrespectful, and embarrassing. On the hunt for a sports bar that shows UFC 313 since Tom's Watch Bar charges $25 for admission fee. Bombshell's luckily doesn't charge any fees for the fights. Food: We got Chicken Tenders, Wings, Asada Nachos, and French Fries. I'd say all of them weren't so bad. Definitely better tasting food than Tom's watch bar. Only gripe about the Chicken Wings is that, it's a bit dry and the lack of sauce. Service: Our bombshell of a server was very nice! She's on top of her work and she double checks everything. She always does an audit of her tables to ensure everyone got what they need! Unfortunately, I didn't get her name :( The restaurant itself is quite spacious with booth seating and high top tables. There are screens everywhere. Only downside about the UFC event is they play music out loud when everyone wants to hear the audio of the fights. Overall: Bombshells is a great place to chill and watch events like UFC. They just need to play the audio of the events. Food was decent and our server was awesome! read more

Management does nothing! Restrooms are constantly disgusting. The bikers do burnouts in the parking lot. Frequent sketchy crowds. Overpriced food for the value. Drinks/bottles are marked up an insane amount. Has fallen off tremendously over the past 2-3 years! read more

Service really sucked on a Friday night. Sat at a round table by the bar and a waitress said we need to check in at the front and wait for a table. Pretty slow on a Friday night so we checked in at the front and were seated right at the same table. Waited nearly 30 minutes for a waitress to take our order and we're never waited on even though there were plenty of staff on hand. Waitresses mostly walking around or sitting down with customers. They definitely need better customer service and not just pretty looks. read more

Title: Unprofessional Staff and Poor Management We had dinner at Bombshells Katy and left disappointed, both with the food and especially the service. My burger meal was nearly $18, and while the portion was big, the quality didn't match the price. But what happened afterward was worse. I accidentally left an important magazine on the table. Within 15 minutes I came back to retrieve it. I had tried calling first, but the phone went straight to voicemail--which was already full. For a busy bar/restaurant, having no working phone line is a serious safety and customer-service issue. When I arrived, there were five hostesses/waitresses standing at the host station, all chatting but unable to tell me anything about the magazine. I then asked the bartender for a manager. She pointed to Jason, who was literally leaning against the wall with one foot propped up, scrolling on his phone--the exact same position he'd been in when my husband and I left the restaurant earlier. I stood in front of him for about five seconds before he even noticed me. When I explained the situation, his response was dismissive: "I don't know, probably the bussers got it." No initiative to ask staff, no effort to check, just indifference. After pressing, someone eventually brought my magazine out (thankfully), but the lack of attentiveness and professionalism from both the host stand and the manager was unacceptable. Between the overpriced food, inattentive staff, and a manager on his phone instead of managing, the overall experience was very disappointing. Do better, Bombshells. read more

Service can alway be better at bombshells respectfully- I recall going in maybe a year ago and the promotions & management was way better from what it is now- Quite frankly might aswell get bought out by ojos locos because everyone their is latin and it's not being racist but running into the language barrier of someone u can't communicate with- Prices are insane one might've thought drinking beer is cheap 3-4 friends doing 2-3 rounds each and your looking at a tab of 300$ read more

Remember this is a sports bar with cute servers and many TVs. Not a fine dining place. Good burgers and good apps. I stayed away from anything fancy due to other reviews but my burger and brisket jalapeno app were great. I will be back. read more

Really disappointed with my experience at Bombshells tonight. I came out specifically because they were advertising that they'd be showing the Jake Paul fight. At first, everything was fine -- they had the fight on and the sound playing. Then out of nowhere, they cut the audio to play a DJ set. It wasn't the main event yet so I wasn't too upset, but it was frustrating since the whole reason we came was for the fight. I asked if they could at least turn captions on so we could follow what was happening and was told they couldn't, which made no sense for a place promoting a fight night. I was reassured multiple times by our server that once Jake came on, they'd turn the sound back on. So we stayed, ordered plenty of food and drinks, and waited. When the main event finally started, the DJ was still blasting music and they never turned the sound back on for the fight. I asked our server -- the same one who promised me they would -- and she just shrugged like she had no idea what was going on. I asked for a manager, who came over and basically brushed me off with some excuse about an issue with their circuit. I understand things happen, but no one said a word to us the entire time. I made it very clear when we arrived that we were there for the fight, and they let us sit there, spend money, and wait without a heads-up. To make it worse, the manager was short with me and didn't offer any kind of apology or way to make it right. It felt like they just didn't care. I've had decent experiences here before, but after tonight, I don't plan on coming back. The service was poor, my second shot was poured so light I had to send it back, and the food was just okay. It seems like they focus more on atmosphere than actually delivering on what they promote. If you're going to advertise a fight night, follow through. Simple as that. read more

I'm going to drop a Bombshell on you... you don't come to Bombshells for the food, guys. It's funny reading some of these reviews because you don't come to Bombshells for food. It's a bit like Hooters in that some of the food is actually good and some of it is really not great, but it's never as bad as Buffalo Wild Wings. However when you come here, you come here to be served by beautiful women, that's the whole selling point, like Hooters or Brick House or Los Ojos or Twin Peaks, and there's lots of beautiful women at this location, as with the majority of Bombshells. It's busy and it's fun and it's cute and it sexy and some of the food isn't bad if you know what to order. read more

I'd like to preface this by saying this is a fun place to have a good time with your friends - keep in mind this is a sports bar-like environment so as long as your okay with this, you'll have a great time! Came here on a Tuesday afternoon and we were greeted at the door. Not many patrons at this time, but we were hungry! Bri -- hope I spelled her name right -- was wonderful! She's sweet, friendly and provided exemplary customer service. We ordered our food and it came out within 10-15 minutes. Great ambiance, especially if you love watching sports and have ADD like me- so many TVs to constantly keep me busy! Stayed a bit longer because a friend came out to meet us and Bri ... was amazing and checked in on us very often. The ambiance of the restaurant having sports on every TV and TV's in every corner is phenomenal for a sports fanatic like me. It seemed to be extremely clean almost relatively new looking on the inside. The food was GREAT. Worst service ever! Came here for the last time tonight after dining here several times over the past years! Walked in and the attendant was on the phone so we waited for another waitress to come seat us... waited 20 minutes, no waitress. My husband decides to get up and talk to manager. 14.95 for 10 okay chicken wings. I cannot believe they're charging $15 for some very middle of the mall hot wings. At the very least those should come with fries or something. It's an awful feeling to pay for food which is subpar and overpriced at the same time. This is what I thought of bombshells when I visited it, beginning of February, a few weeks before the COVID craze. I had ordered their wings with flavors suggested from the bartenders. I also ordered some french fries because they didn't have any combo like other bars where a side comes with wings. It was all À la Carte. As I was grazing through the menu, I also noticed That they don't have any food specials or food happy hour prices like most bars do. For example, wing Wednesdays or taco Tuesdays or boneless Thursdays etc. etc. My french fries came first in a stainless steel Cup. Quantity was low for the price they charged to order a side of fries and they were just mediocre tasting. After 20 minutes or so, I asked the bartender about the wings and she went back to the kitchen and came back out and apologized that they had made some error and forgot to place order. #WHATEVER. After another 15 minutes, the wings came in the same similar stainless steel cups. I am not sure why they were not served in a plate. If you look at the pictures the presentation is horrible and unattractive. The wings were awful, like they didn't taste flavorful or seasoned/coated well. I was hoping to have received some sort of a concession for the mess up in the order and for the quality of the wings, but nothing ( which is fine). The bartender was still nice and courteous and the scenery was attractive, so I skewed the rating up to 2 stars. read more

I pride myself on writing honest reviews whether food or bad. And I rarely have anything bad to say about a place and try to write constructive criticism instead. I have been to other Bombshells. That is not possible with this place. They need to nuke the entire staff and start over. I do not write many, bad reviews. Probably one of the worst places I have been in Houston. For many reasons. 1. There was a line out the door, of people waiting with many empty tables inside. 2. I sat at the bar since there was one seat left. When I asked for a water and still looking at the menu they would not give me a water without a credit card. 3. When she took my credit card and returned it she threw it on the bar as she walked by. 4. The quality of the waitresses is way below any other place I have ever been. 5. The food was terrible In to many ways to write about. 6. For a place that is supposed to have good looking girls and nice staff this failed in every category. Bottom line , I would never go back and would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Bombshells opened in late October to mixed reviews. I waited a while before visiting for them to get the kinks out. So I went for a Sunday football game and sat out on their patio. I was told their are over 100 TV's there!. They always have happy hour specials if you get there early enough.There menu is pretty extensive with lots of appetizers and starters. The drinks that I have had were fixed to my satisfaction. I like their patio as it lets you smoke outside and there is a bar out there also.They have a lot of waitresses all around with their skimpy outfits on. lol. I got there like at 2 pm and ordered chips and beer to begin with, they brought the chips in like 2 minutes not bad, but around 2:25 pm after 25 minutes I was still waiting for my beer, you know how hard is to wait 25 minutes for a beer under the sun? Do they have to ask the bar? Or the manager? How long does it takes to serve a beer maybe less than a minute with empty restaurant . Yet they were wondering whose table I was, they look like ducks walking around the restaurant asking questions and discussing logistics, they all were confused. sh*t it's just a beer guys come on. So I decided to leave, when I was about to go I asked for the check to pay for the chips and the confusion and logistics discussion began once again HAHAHA the duck walking and confusion took over the place, very sad. I recently went to the Bombshells in Katy, TX and have to say that Jaylynn absolutely knocked it out of the park! Best service I have had at any establishment in a long time. Katy, TX needed this establishment. Me and my Wolfpack spent the day here watching football and the World Series. I must say the entire staff was very easy to look at! And what made the day extremely cool was how friendly everyone was! Davon, Janeda, Molly and last but not least Morgan made sure that drinks were on point and the outside bar was the absolute place to be.
