Honestly this place turned me off completely and it's only because of the lady that is maybe the manager or even the owners wife. She was a straight up jerk towards me and pretty much accused me of scamming until the cook confirmed I won money from the probably illegal slot machines they have in there. Basically I go in with some friends and we have a good time buying drinks and food. The bar tender suggests to play the slot machines and we did. Ended up winning about $88 on a machine. We get ready to leave and I show the bar tender my winnings and she tells me to come back later in the week because her manager that does the payout is out on vacation. I say ok no worries. I come back maybe 2 weeks later and have drinks and food again. Ask the bar tender for payout and she says to come back tomorrow when her manager gets back. I say ok and come back the next day. This time the manager is there. I order a drink and then tell the bar tender I'd like to cash out the ticket of my winnings. She gives it to the frail looking manager and the manager says nothing. About 10 mins later she comes out and says "Next time you win you need to leave the ticket here and get paid the next day. We have too many people that come in here with fake tickets and scam us. The only reason I am going to pay you out is because my cook confirmed he saw you win. Next time don't do that!". I was baffled. I couldn't really say much out of shock. She was so loud that the bar tender had to tell her to relax and to please lower her voice. I'm sitting there caught off guard. I say wow ok I didn't know any of this and she pays me out. First of all why do you have slot machines in the bar if you don't have a real way to track winnings. You should be able to check the log of the payout and confirm that the ticket is accurate and needs to be paid out. Secondly, to come in with an attitude and damn near accuse me of scamming is wild. No need for the aggressive energy. Just verify and move on. Not to mention we spent a good amount of money with them each night we went. I know that's not a big deal but the lady was totally out of bounds and could have handled that way better. I left and never returned again. I know one person not supporting does not make a difference but I won't support an establishment that operates like that. You can tell by her energy that she is one of those people that feels entitled and carries an ego or chip on her shoulder for whatever reason. I don't know maybe she is just a woman hiding in the shadows of her successful husband and is just miserable. Or even mad at the life she was dealt. Not sure but she needs to be checked! So that I pinpoint exactly who she is I will describe her...she is a frail maybe early to mid 40's white lady that may have had some addiction issues in her earlier years (not sure). If the owner reads this please take a look in to that employee or if it's your wife please have a talk with her asap! You all losing a few customers is not bad for business but that's not the way things should be. Hopefully it's not overlooked and addressed in some type of way. You know it's bad when the bartender has to calm her down and tell her she is doing way too much and to lower her voice. Smh terrible. read more

Decided to try this spot as I've passed it a few times. Wanted a nice Friday evening meal and a adult beverage. Ambiance was nice, really chilly and not too crowded. Ordered nachos, loaded fries and wings, all was pretty good. Nacho chips were fresh but cheese was cold and all items came out separate. Fries were pretty good and cheese was warmer but because the temperature was cool they got cold fast. WINGS WERE ON POINT, PERIOD. This is their specialty. There was a live performance that kept the flow of traffic going and the attention of the customers. Nice Vibe. This place is more like a hang out spot for the employees and their friends. Gabriella was my server and to put it in the nicest way possible, she was a bitch. She had an attitude like she didn't want to be there like it's the customers fault she's there. When called out on it the whole staff turned against me, it felt like a high school reunion throw back. Not only did they take their sweet time getting drinks (in an empty place) but as I've said they all acted so childish. I was dumb founded by their behavior even after a friend how recommended how "good" the place was. I'm assuming my friend is buddy buddy with the management and the high school like staff so I guess you have to be friends with them to get some good service. As a paying customer it was really ridiculous how staff who didn't witness what happened came up to my group and starting accusing us of shit we didn't do. You would think the manager would be professional and apologize for the shitty staff but he was the president of those clowns with the matching behavior he displayed too. No atmosphere, smells like cooking oil and the bartender took a bit to wait on us as she was busy conversing with her friend. The owner was there and was busy doing shots with his friends. I went to this bar last night, and one of the employees was super drunk and acting belligerent and then proceeded to try and fight me at the bar. The bar tender that night was also rude as well. When called to make a complaint the manager was super rude about the whole Ordeal and Didn't seem to care. Horrible service and even more Horrible waitstaff!! We went here to watch the ballgame on 10-29-21. If I could give negative stars I would because it was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Evening started ok. We ordered food that was average. One of the burgers and an order of onion rings came out 20 minutes after the other food. As they became more crowded the service went straight downhill. Our dirty dishes were never cleared from the table and several of us had to go to the bar to get drinks. We were all frustrated. I looked over at the bar and two servers were standing there laughing and talking. I blame management for not addressing this. I held up my empty drink to signal that I needed another. Apparently this made her mad because she game over and slammed my drink on the table and stalked away. Now I'm really frustrated and went to the bar to let her know others at the table needed drinks. I'm sure my frustration and anger showed. She came back to the table and shouted if I ever yelled at her again it would be grounds to refuse service! Then another server was rude to someone else at the table. We decided to leave and when our tabs were brought they were practically flung at us. The manager told me he would take care of our tab. Saturday when I checked my account there was a charge so I had to call to get it removed, which was done. I worked in the restaurant/bar industry and If I ever spoke to a customer like that I would have been terminated immediately. What the staff will probably never understand is they created this problem by giving very poor service and having a bad attitude. I went with my Wife for a cocktail. It was a clean well run place. The cocktails were served properly in clean glasses and were well made. The atmosphere was well lit & pleasant, it had a sports bar theme with dart, golf and some other games. the staff hustled and were busy with 30 or so ppl. We had a appetizer which was hot fresh and quite tasty Overall a pretty good experience when killing an hour or two. We will stop in on occasion in the future and can say that it is clean bar that has decent service and good food and drink, unusual in today's world. read more
