So if you are a newbie like myself, you can hit all the golf balls to your heart desires or when your arm starts to hurt. You can purchase based on time frame and you are provided unlimited balls within that time frame. They provide golf clubs both men and women. QR codes provided for food and beverage services. Came for a team building work event. Food was okay. Sliders. Chicken. Charcuterie. Chocolate chip cookies. Open bar. Although there was no instruction for what to do, there was something so rewarding about hitting balls after a long day at work. I went here January 31st. I really liked the food I didn't like that they forgot my cheese but they took full responsibility and made me another burger no problem so I appreciate that. I don't remember the name of the pizza it was okay. The staff was pretty friendly and they do check on you to make sure you are doing okay. Perfect first experience. We didn't plan ahead for a bay reservation but the 1 hour wait was perfectly timed to eat dinner. The playlist was fire and the food was excellent. Great place for food, drinks, and play. Parking is plentiful. The service is honestly a hit or miss. I've been on days where it takes forever to get our food or drink orders then some days it's pretty quick. The food is ok. I did notice that their pretzel bites looks and taste exactly like the ones at Costco. The drinks are not very strong unless you get a martini. I like that they have a bar upstairs with connect four games so you can play and drink while you wait for a bay. My biggest complaint is that you can't reserve a specific bay. Topgolf was a really fun experience for my family and I! My mom went with coworkers before and decided she enjoyed it enough to want to take us, too! We were all pretty much beginners, and we decided to play the angry birds game. It was really fun for my family and I to compete! You get unlimited balls within a certain time frame that you pay for. Note: there is a one-time new member fee of $5 on top of this For food, we got Asian sesame wings, injectable donut holes (not pictured), guac & chips, queso blanco & chips, tres tacos (both chicken & steak), meatalian flatbread. The Asian sesame wings were not bad, but not super memorable. Same goes for the guac & chips but there really isn't anything too fancy to do with this anyways. The injectable donut holes were pretty interesting, super sweet of course, but can get pretty messy with kids! I do remember the queso blanco being pretty good, though! It was nice and warm, especially good on a chillier day. The tacos were pretty good, too, and the meatalian flatbread was also pretty good. Overall, the food was pretty good, working as some solid snacks to eat while golfing! The workers were all really nice and attentive! We only had a slight issue regarding gift cards and a bit of miscommunication there, but regardless, service was still great! read more

My wife and I met some good friends in Katy for an evening of Topgolf, dinner, and drinks. I'd been to this Topgolf a couple of other times in the past, but not since COVID, when they had barriers set up between bays. Thankfully, those were gone. The experience playing Topgolf was a lot of fun. The food was good - only a minor mishap in the kitchen regarding avocado - the lack thereof - on a hamburger, but once our waitress told the manager, he made sure we weren't charged for it. It was apparently amateur hour behind the bar, though. Several dry Martinis that had been ordered with well gin were made instead with Hendrick's - a top shelf gin - with the associated charge for it. Also at one point what was supposed to be a dry Martini was sent out as a very dirty Martini, while another was entirely missing the olive. The last one was erroneously made as a vodka Martini. Through all of this chaos our waitress, Savannah, was very patient and helpful and made sure that the manager understood our problems and everything was made right in the end. (It's probably been about 9 years since I have even swung a club). We actually are supposed to be in VEGAS right now and planned to go to Topgolf out there. I'm super happy that this place is still operating despite COVID aaaaand that they're taking all of the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe!! They've put up clear plastic dividers between all of the bays, the employees all wear masks and require guests to wear masks when they're not at their own bays and the bar area has completely changed - you can't walk up to the bartender to get a drink (you must get it through a server) and they've limited seating in order to stay socially distant. I've been to this location a few times before and our friend had played in the state he lives in but it was my boyfriend's first time ever playing. We all had a blast!! It was super windy that day but it didn't seem to affect our hits too much. I started out by losing the first two games then made a comeback by the third one and beat both of them! That was the best part Oh!!! They have left-handed clubs that you can use upon request so that should not hold anyone back from having a fun outing with friends or family. If it's your first time coming, you should definitely sign up for the lifetime membership (it's $5 which is the same price as any of the other limited membership options) and keep it in your wallet, so that way if you ever randomly come back, you're already set in the system and don't have to pay that $5 fee again!! They give you a little card with your name on it like a Kroger card and it's worth getting whether you plan to return in the future or not. read more

Just getting into golfing and wanted to come here to have some fun and usually top golf is very welcoming but as we were greeted we wanted to ask about the half off on thursday so we saw that it says 19$ on their website and when we came in it said 31$ instead of 19$ like how it says online and as we wanted to ask the waitress who was serving us, we asked very nicely oh "why does it say 19 instead of 31" maybe its something we have to ask yk or show a code and our waitress jennifer O. not sure of her last name, but she started giving an attitude and saying "well it says 31 half here for an hour an usually its 60 so now its half off" yeah i get that there as we asked like "oh whats the difference on the website since we see 19 instead of 31" and as i ask that she catches a huge tantrum and goes "LET ME GET MY MANAGER" and as she walks away she slams her water tray on the dirty dish cart and then starts talking to her co workers rudely as we hear her saying "these people don't understand that half off of 60 is 31 thats what half off means" as we repeated we just wanted to know why it was 19 online instead of 31 in person and so the manager walks out and actually takes 2 seconds to look at it and informs us oh that deal is actually in the morning and in my mistake i didn't realize it says 9-12pm which hey mistakes are mistakes thats on me, but it didn't take anything to say and help us realize that its not for night time or even give us attitude, and after all of this as we're logging in and playing, not only until the last 15-5 mins the waitress finally comes to check on us and gives us checks and never once checked up on us to see if we wanted to get drinks/food or anything and ruined our experience of top golf that night read more

Experienced a very awkward and rude encounter with the staff. My friends and I booked a bay for two hours of fun, food and drinks. At the conclusion of our two hours we received our check and within second the manager came over and told the bay was booked by new customer and we had to leave. We explained that we were leaving but had just received her check. Her response, "That's fine but you'll need to exit the bay for new customers and you can pay your check at a table in the bar." I went to Topgolf on a Thursday evening and had a blast! The bay server was very friendly and helpful and recommended games that were at my level. Though it was very humid, the giant ceiling fans at Topgolf were able to combat some of the heat outside. Thankfully no mosquitos!
