Had such a good time here with friends. Zero experience required! I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I hadn't even played putt putt in at least 20 years haha. All of the servers were very friendly, although it did take a tad long for someone to bring us menus and water in the bar area. They're wait time estimates seemed to be a bit off (at least when we went). They told us an hour to 1.5 hours but we only waited maybe 25 minutes. Tons of available parking. Food was pretty good (we had nachos). All around a good time and very nice outdoor group activity option! read more

SO.MUCH.FUN. I'll admit, this isn't the cheapest way to have fun, as you can rack up quite a bill with the golfing and drinking but GO IF YOU CAN. - You don't need to know how to play golf to do this - Come before 5pm for cheaper prices - Check in at the front desk - Once a bay opens up, they will direct you to the right spot - Each bay has a table where you can sit to eat and drink - They provide golf clubs so don't worry if you don't have your own - There are different games that you can select to play from the screen - Staff was friendly and helpful since our mat was a little skew read more

Just getting into golfing and wanted to come here to have some fun and usually top golf is very welcoming but as we were greeted we wanted to ask about the half off on thursday so we saw that it says 19$ on their website and when we came in it said 31$ instead of 19$ like how it says online and as we wanted to ask the waitress who was serving us, we asked very nicely oh "why does it say 19 instead of 31" maybe its something we have to ask yk or show a code and our waitress jennifer O. not sure of her last name, but she started giving an attitude and saying "well it says 31 half here for an hour an usually its 60 so now its half off" yeah i get that there as we asked like "oh whats the difference on the website since we see 19 instead of 31" and as i ask that she catches a huge tantrum and goes "LET ME GET MY MANAGER" and as she walks away she slams her water tray on the dirty dish cart and then starts talking to her co workers rudely as we hear her saying "these people don't understand that half off of 60 is 31 thats what half off means" as we repeated we just wanted to know why it was 19 online instead of 31 in person and so the manager walks out and actually takes 2 seconds to look at it and informs us oh that deal is actually in the morning and in my mistake i didn't realize it says 9-12pm which hey mistakes are mistakes thats on me, but it didn't take anything to say and help us realize that its not for night time or even give us attitude, and after all of this as we're logging in and playing, not only until the last 15-5 mins the waitress finally comes to check on us and gives us checks and never once checked up on us to see if we wanted to get drinks/food or anything and ruined our experience of top golf that night read more

I really wish Top Golf had some better food and drink options. The dishes remind me of an okay sports bar. This time we had the MEATALIAN FLATBREAD and the FARMHOUSE FLATBREAD, both were just fine. Not bad, not great. As for the membership, it should be tied to your phone number, so if you paid for the account before, your phone number should sign you in on the game screen, when you get to your station/suite. read more

Man! I have never held a golf club in my hand, but my whole experience at Top Golf was so fun. While it was a colder day in Houston there were heaters in the space that made it comfortable to be outside. I didn't think the food would be anything special, but the chicken nachos I ordered were delicious. The staff there was so attentive. I will definitively come back. read more

I've been to this location twice so far and each time was a good time! A few things to note. The hitting bays are advertised as climate-controlled, but they get pretty hot! The service can be a little slow, especially when they are busy, but overall the food menu was pretty good! I'll be back soon! read more

Birthday celebration in full effect!!!! Soooooo, I love going to the golf range, so my review may be a bit hmmmmmm... You definitely pay for the experience, for sure. However, you do get the technological benefits because I can guarantee that any golf ranges around here wont come with that, but you can buy neat toys from the PGA store that can do the same thing. I wish they would add the practice round as complementary. The system is so complicated that it was running our time and we had no idea. Apparantly some time ago, they took their best dish off of their menu. I was so in love with their Shrimp and Grits and its gonnnnnne... It's gone I say... We had a party of 8, so we ordered a few items... Queso, Quesadillas, Buffallo Chicken Flatbread, Steak Flatbread, Loaded Waffle Fries... it was cool, but didnt go a long way. I was still a bit hungry so I ordered a brisket grill cheese sandwich with salad. It was okay, but the bread got stale very quickly and the brisket was not seasoned.... so I ordered a side of BBQ Sauce. Perhaps having a side of pico or a special chutney will work for this dish, but cheese and meat on thick bread that cut the roof of your mouth is not it... I was not satisfied, but paid and let it be. Perhaps, they should revamp their menu... Its not that appealing. I remember when I couldn't decide what to order because there were so many things I wanted, not it's more like... Hey do y'all want to go get something to eat after this.. Great service from our server! He was awesome, attentive, and keep our drinks flowing!!! Not sure if I will be back anytime soon! read more

I finally made it to Top Golf! Starting with the positives: The area was huge and had a really fun adult atmosphere. The first floor had a full bar to order some drinks while you wait for your pavilion to be prepared. The drinks were colorful and tasty but lacked alcohol imo. The golf course was really cool and your group can decide on a course theme to kick off your competition. I suggest wearing gym shoes or something sturdy because it was not as easy as we thought. Some of the cons to our experience was the wait time for a server to help us. Management noticed and accommodated us so just find a staff meme bet if you're being over looked. It gets really busy on weekend nights. All in all really enjoyed it and will go back. read more

Top Golf is always a good time. You don't have to be a professional or even that good to enjoy your time. just come out and swing away. We came out as a big group. The staff was very accommodating and helped us get started and were readily available when we had some minor issues. Overall it was a fun time. The facility was very clean and the staff did a great job. read more

It's a fun time can be super busy and feel rushed. The food is good but not the chips and queso. The chips a queso might pass as acceptable in different parts of the country but not here in Texas. But honestly other than that haven't had a bad bite to eat. It is loud and fun. Come have a good time but maybe only every once and a while. read more

A very nice clean fun place to eat and have a good times with friends or solo. Food good, a little pricey.

Updating my review because I am satisfied with Top Golf's improvements and precautions during the pandemic. I appreciate it that the majority of the staff wear masks and that they're all very prompt and friendly. The food & drinks are still good. I only wish they had more veggie/vegan options read more

Do not buy the chicken sandwich here. It is not good at all. My sandwich barely edible due to the thinness of the piece of breast I received. It is so thin that the middle of the sandwich seems to be a crusty, overcooked chunk. It is also cold. The tots are greasy and a tad too crispy for my liking; however, others may enjoy them this way. I've had the burgers and they're better/safer to go with. I'm disappointed. This is my third time here in 2 weeks. Twice this week. Go for the beer and golf. Eat before to be safe or just apps read more

Get here at 10:30 am and they say there is a 30 min wait. There are a ton of bays open. No reason to make someone wait for 30 min when I'm looking at about 15 empty bays on one level. I asked someone why there was a wait when there were a ton of bays open and I was told they didn't have enough bay hosts. I see bay hosts just lounging up against the wall talking. Pretty ridiculous. read more

Was told I'd get a free 30 min or play for my bday and they ended up charging me! The staff apparently lied to sell me on purchasing more time. When we were finished not even 15 seconds we were finishing our drinks and talking the manager came over and asked us to leave since they had someone else wanting our bay! Extremely rude and disappointed, I was hoping for a better first time experience. read more

Visit here to celebrate a great friend's earth day. We RSVP 2 separate golf on the third deck. For my bestie birthday and her entire family. We order food and drinks At the end of our game the waiter was collecting drinks and food that we have already paid for and DID NOT COMPLETE. How rude was that. I sip my alcohol slow. I had HALF left. I told him and he say he didn't know if I as done or not. Even more of a reason to ask. He ask if he should have brought another out. Not knowing if he was going to charge the party again. And my guy left his souvenir cup that was also picked up. We felt some type of way leaving this company. We enjoyed our time together. But we felt like we were rushed out. And it was an entire hour before closing time. This really deserves less stars read more

Top golf was so fun! I always enjoying them out in any city. I made a reservation ahead of time paid a $25 deposit. The only thing i disliked is that the $25 didn't go towards anything but to only skip us ahead of the line? I would think it would go towards the rental of the bay. Even tho I paid ahead of time, we were basically rushed as their was a reservation right after us. That made us feel like it wasn't enough time. Anywho, the food was delicious. I had the lemon pepper wings and Mac & cheese bites. My drinks were good as well. Our waitress was pretty cool. Overall, I had a decent experience. read more

Today, we visited this location to play for a couple of hours and have lunch. This is the first time a visit a place like this and I enjoyed it very much. The chicken wings and street tacos exceeded my expectations. The food is as good or better than a regular restaurant. Bethany was very helpful and cordial! You can feel when someone wants to provide good customer service. She stopped several times by our bay to make sure we were well taken care of. She also made sure our drinks were replenished all the time. The furniture and equipment, as well as the restrooms are in very good condition. The only suggestion I would make is to make improvements in your website. I attempted to reserve two bays online , but the system didn't allow me. When I was there, we were in the middle of two vacant bays. read more

I've been here a handful of times. Right now through the tmobile app you get BOGO free. To reserve a bay you pay $15, then there's a one time $5 membership per player. We went for a birthday, (happy birthday Jason:)!) walked up and immediately we were assigned a bay number, there are overhead heaters above the seating area as well as above the tee area. Service was great, someone comes by and asks you if you need help logging in and setting up, and then they send a server over. They are menu less so you scan QR code. Food was decent but small. Overall the reservation and getting set up to play went smoothly. With your tmobile promo code, you also get a complimentary coffee or hot chocolate. There are vinyl clear makeshift partitions in between bays which is nice, and staff are wearing masks. Was a fun time, well definitely will be back. read more

5 star experience! Reserved a bay for Father's Day and had the greatest time there. I highly recommend getting on their website to reserve a bay before coming in. They're always busy so skipping the wait is a plus. 15 minutes before your reservation they will text you and ask if you have arrived and then send another text to assign you a bay. Also, clubs for toddlers and kids are available upon request. read more

Pros -Plenty of staff -Good management -Good Deal Tuesdays - the chicken sandwich delicious Cons -They requested my credit card ahead of time (will explain)??? -They charge for your children memberships too ???? Still confused ?? - the kids chicken strips was over cooked not to our likeness Tip-- Reserve ahead and go on Tuesday morning you save big It's my first Time coming to Top Golf . My son seems to love it .If there wasnt the deal on Tuesday mornings I would have not chose to even try it out. The tots and the chicken sandwich was amazing with the honey mustard sauce just yum . The management handled 2 situations I was confused about and replaced the kids tenders because they was hard. I still have them a 4 because they tried to handle every situation that arouse. My son hogged the club and wouldn't let me have a swing. I wish everything could have been perfect but the kids tenders wasnt cooked well a bit hard it was replaced with a tiny tiny mini burger. I didn't like that they asked me to start a tab aka get my card before the meal was brought out. The waitress was super nice about it when I acted confused she said it may get busy for her and it will be easier if she just put my card on a tab... Even though she explained why she was doing it I didnt feel comfortable because the waitstaff outside asked for my card after I was done playing. I said I will eat in the dinning area. I didn't feel comfortable giving my card early after I know that they don't do that to everyone !!! I seen the waitress in the dinning area didn't do it with everyone so uhmmm I had to question it. The staff I spoke with confirmed it's there policy but the staff went ahead and refunded the kids meal. The other issue is I didn't understand that I would be charged an additional membership fee as the front desk confirmed I will be paying 1 fee of $5 I was charged 2 fees of $5 allegedly 1 was refunded but dk the receipt given didn't reflect like the refund for the kids meal receipt did reflect the base pay then the refund amount. I'm just proud we went but there policy and practice are different with each waitress and each guest. I'm still confused if starting a tab for everyguest in the dinning area is a thing??? Was I suppose to pay for my son a membership?? Was I refunded for my son's membership properly ??. I don't mind paying for my son's membership or presenting my card ahead of time if every guest is asked to do the same. read more

First time going! My family had fun...! We had reserved a time (3PM) but we arrived early & they got us in a few min early. Super nice about it. They sanitized clubs & made sure we knew what we were doing before they left. Server was attentive & quick although it was busy. There was plastic sheets between each bay & all servers/ staff wore masks. Noticed that customers all wore masks when out of bay. So I felt good about this outing-being outside, masks, & social distanced. Game was fun & even my 11 yr old enjoyed it. read more

What a great Birthday time we had.I took my husband here for his birthday and it was the first time for both of us . I have never been a good girl but he likes to golf so, the sacrifices we make for the hubbs. It was the BEST. The drinks were great and the vibe was on point. Our server Joshua was a sweet kid and so attentive and helpful. One of the managers Lilly came by to check on us and she was just as sweet as could be. We played for 2 hrs and had a blast. It was fun trying to figure out how to hit the ball and make it fly. Mine just kinda rolled . The atmosphere was fun. Music was playing and the drinks were freely flowing. We were on the lower lever and I loved the comfy couches and chairs to relax in. Safety measures were in place and they we're sanitizing everything. All in all we will definitely be back and it was a great night. Well done TopGolf and staff. read more

I'm not a golfer but this place changed my mind. Topgolf has plenty of spaces for small group or a large group. I prefer the fist level floor to brush up my skills. The venue offers plenty of food options for adults and kids. The wings were fresh, hot and delicious. The flatbread pizza is yummy even for a picky eater. On the night we went, the place was crowded. In our group, more people showed up than expected and thr venue accommodated us next to each other. The tables have purse hooks on thr front which was a pleasant surprise for my big bag - yay! If you have young toddlers, it maybe hard to keep them from running around so come prepared with options (coloring, games ect). The venue has overhead heaters so don't worry about cold weather. The second level has a waiting/lounge seating outside the enterance. Elevators were very convenient. I had tons of fun. read more

Updating review, as management shows prompt response to business concerns. Old feedback: This TopGolf is not one of the best I have seen. Got a bay, staff/server were great. Server was getting off and wanted to close out my tab so she could get her tip (understandable). After the server change I was completely ignored by the staff(because I closed out the majority of the bill and the new server assumed they weren't going to get a significant amount in a tip). I had to leave my bay, walk to the bar and get drinks multiple times. There was a server in an empty bay next to me hitting balls for about a 1/2 hour. He finally came over, said he was my server and asked if I needed anything. I explained to him that I needed nothing from him since I had been getting my own drinks for the past 1/2 hour. I'm not above getting my own drinks, but it eats time from my play. I've had many great experiences here, this was a complete disgrace. I guess the takeaway is that you should not close out your tab to help out the previous server, if you do you can forget about any further service. read more

It took forever to get our food, then once it arrived it was cold......all of it. The burger, nachos, strips, and fries all cold. So we sent it back and guess what same thing all cold. They should know we would rather wait on hot food than for them to waste cold food. Reading other reviews this is now the norm. I'll have to find other entertainment or not eat. The second nachos look like this cheese hardened from the kitchen to my table....... read more

Usually I would rate this place 5/5 stars. My family and I have been coming here for years, but it seems that lately the service has gone down. Today, we went to have a nice post-Xmas family outing. When we got there, my dad sent me to get a pitcher and a couple of cocktails. When I put in my order, the bartender asked for my ID. That wasn't the problem, what bothered me is that the guy said: "you look young papi" in a very condescending manner. I get that you are busy, but there are better ways to do your job. I think he thought he'd buy more time if he sent me downstairs and then back up, but the only thing that changed when I came back up is that he now had an angry customer + 3 more people ordering cocktails. I wish I left $0 tip, but the afternoon was already off to a bad start and I didn't want to continue it. The other issue that came up is that when we started a new match in our bay, we got kicked out early because apparently, the membership discount only lasts till 5. This must've been a new policy, because we had played till way past 5 in the past. This experience will really make our family reconsider coming to this venue and renewing our membership. Edit (12/27): Hugh D. -- thank for responding. I'd love to connect and provide further feedback. However, there's no option to PM you. Please advise. read more

I love coming to top golf but today's service was beyond OUTRAGEOUS , 15 minutes into our game we didn't have a server yet and I had to ask an employee to get someone to come to our bay. Fun place for the family. I was going to rent my own bay, just to have extra space, but learned there's a $50 fee to reserve, and this does not go towards your game, food, or any expenses for that matter. It's just a fee to guarantee you get a bay, which I get people pay for convenience; BUT $50 and none of it goes toward your bill? Anyway, there were 18'ish people and we were able to comfortably fit in 2 bays (there were only 6 or so people who actually hit). We ordered several finger foods to share, including pizzas, burritos, quesadillas, and crispy tater tots (see pics). Everything was good. The service was a bit on the slow side, but everyone was nice and helpful. Great place for a company outing or birthday party. read more
