Fun place for the family. I was going to rent my own bay, just to have extra space, but learned there's a $50 fee to reserve, and this does not go towards your game, food, or any expenses for that matter. It's just a fee to guarantee you get a bay, which I get people pay for convenience; BUT $50 and none of it goes toward your bill? Anyway, there were 18'ish people and we were able to comfortably fit in 2 bays (there were only 6 or so people who actually hit). We ordered several finger foods to share, including pizzas, burritos, quesadillas, and crispy tater tots (see pics). Everything was good. The service was a bit on the slow side, but everyone was nice and helpful. Great place for a company outing or birthday party. read more

Enjoyed our golf experience here today. Ordered chicken nachos and beer, delicious! The bay we were given was sanitized before we entered. Service was friendly. The only thing I want to remind you is that the weather's too hot, so, like many, I also took off my mask within my own Bay area. The air from top keeps blowing, not sure from where, hopefully not from another bay. Anyway, stay safe and have fun. read more

Awesome place to test out your golf skills without costing an arm and leg. Also, really fun place to bring people from out of town. For first time attendees, there is a $5 fee to get a lifetime membership card. After that, you just pay for bays as you play (charges by the hour). Prices are reasonable too. I believe they vary based on the day and time of day. I went on a Sunday evening and it cost $47 for one bay for an hour. This allowed 5 of us to play and it was definitely enough time. I brought my cousins who were visiting from out of town and they had a blast. None of them play golf but it was fun just to hit the ball. Towards the end everyone was getting the hang of it. The course is lit with colorful lights at night and it makes for a pretty beautiful sight. read more

I came here recently for a work event with my coworkers. This place is super fun! It was my first time golfing ever, and this place is great place for beginners. The point system and color coding in the game helps you figure out where you should be aiming. I also like how easy it was to switch between different clubs. Aside from the game itself, the staff took great care of us. We had open bar & also catered food. Everything was on point. Food was all fresh and tasted great. The alcohol was chilled and constantly refilled. And I really liked the golf game they had! We had no issues with any broken machines and the venue looked almost new because it was well taken care of. Would def recommend this for other work events and will most likely come back myself with family or friends. read more

First time here! I'm giving this a five star rating but it was very hot at noon to 1pm when we visited. I'm from California and this humidity here in Texas had me sweating bullets! Last fifteen minutes of our hour visit I was uncomfortable as sweat dropped down my face. It was a lot of fun tho! We will definitely go again just in our own state or I. The evening here in Texas. Beware though the prices go up tremendously after 5pm which is I'm sure the best time here in Texas to be outdoors for this type of activity. read more

Yeah, the food is great. The service is great and the ambience at this facility is tops, no pun intended emoji :-)

I came with my friends on Wednesday night to get the $15 college student promotion and I had so much fun. We got assigned an area (like bowling) on the lowest floor because of the promo. Each area can fit 8 people, but only 6 people can play in a game. They provide golf clubs so there's no need to bring your own. As someone who has never golfed before, it was a great way to catch up with friends and learn some new golfing skills. Also the staff there were very attentive and friendly. read more

I came here for a team building event with work and we all had a great time. The staff is very courteous and attentive, the facility is very clean and utilizes top-end technology for its golfing system. The food and drink menu is pretty large, so anyone in your party should be able to find something they will enjoy. You rent the bays by the hour and each bay can hold up to 6 people. Each bay comes with a sitting area, selection of clubs for both men and women, screens that give the stats of each drive, and an individual driving area to hit from. For our event, we were on the second floor out of 3, so you had a good height advantage to begin with for your drives (which is something I need since I am very bad at golf). Everyone in our party had a great time unwinding and bonding at this event! read more

Arrived early and was greeted by a nice lady. Our reservation was for 2:15 and we asked if we could get in early due to it not being crowded. The lady told us we could but we would lose our deposit fee. I laugh and said " It's not crowded and you have berths available and if we move up our reservation we lose our deposit fee. This makes absolutely zero sense to me. We kept our original reservation and waited for an open spots that was already available for another 40 minutes when they notified us via phone. I also spoke with our waiter and he said " It was a really slow day". The food was just okay, typical overpriced frozen bar food. The drink menu was nice and had a large selection of alcohol drinks. My friend got a mixed drink and it barely had alcohol in it. I would suggest ordering beer of wine. Overall it was a fun day!!! Still Trying to figure out how you would lose your deposit fee when they have available berths open. Topgolf you can do better. read more

Prime time is a bit on the expensive side but for a special occasion or birthday it is super fun! We are not golfers by any means and still had a great time! Our server Sam was awesome and both the managers who were there stopped by to make sure we were having a good time. One of them even jokingly gave us a lesson early on in the night and he even sang happy birthday for us at closing time. Drinks were strong and the space was clean. I highly recommended getting a spot on the third floor if it's available! Can't wait to go back and try golfing again at an off peak time! read more

Awesome atmosphere to hit some golf balls and eat some delicious comfort food! They charge per hour and the rates vary depending on the time of the day. Walk ins are welcome and a reservation is not required. To get the best status, I highly suggest downloading their app. It provides a lot of information for all of their locations. I was invited to a company event during the day. I can't speak much about the event but I enjoyed being here. With most Yelpers said, it can be more affordable when you come with a group of 6 to split the cost. I drove by Topgolf on Katy freeway all the time and never noticed what was behind the fancy building. The facility is very cool, filed with cool AC. But it could get steamy hot at the bays, even with fans blowing. So, bring a hand towel to wipe your sweat. I have tried the food from the bar. I ordered mushi because it was so showy and got a foreign name. Not sure what to expect, just edible. Service was ok, I can't complain because we had a very large group. I can't say that I like golfing. At least I've tried it once in my life that I can speak of. For one, the ball is super tiny. I couldn't see with my naked eyes. With hundred other golf balls on the field, who knows which one is mine. However, I liked the atmosphere when other people having a good time with their favorite drinks and swings. I can leisurely watch TV, having conversation, surfing the net while chilling with them. I got a complimentary membership card at the end. That means I'll be back. Anyone wants to join me? read more

Topgolf is definitely a fun place to hang out with your buddies and kick it while at the same time you can relieve your stress whacking away at the golf balls. However, you have to take into account that it is pretty costly to hang out here. The bay rental is $40/hour and you can fit up to (I believe) six people per bay. So if you have six people going, it would cost you roughly a little $6/hour each which, I guess is not too bad. But it was costly for me regardless because (A) I never golfed before and (B) some of my friends are avid golfers so I thought I was paying too much just so they can show me off. Anyway, service here is TOTAL CRAP! Like, seriously crappy! We were placed at the far 3rd and 4th bay on the first floor so our waitress never came around. Every time we wanted to order something, we'd have to find our waitress just so we could place our order. Moreover, even after you've placed the order, don't expect it to come unless you ask for it again. Let's just say my steak quesadillas never came around and I had to leave this place hungry. They had an area by the restrooms where they had with tables and Nintendo Wii so you can play. I think they're free but I didn't check. But they only had two pool tables (on the first floor) and thousands of people at the range. So I don't know what the policy to shoot pool there. All in all, I had fun. I think I'd go back if I could get enough people to go to share the rental cost. But I will make sure that I'm going with my belly full. P.S. Their injectable donut holes are DE-LI-CIOUS!!!! read more

This place reminded me of a ski lodge when I first walked in. I came here on Sunday with 3 people at around 2 and there was a 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait. We each had to purchase a $5 membership card since it was our first time there and we gave them our phone numbers to text us when our bay was ready. The bays are $20 per hour from 9-12 on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and $40 per hour after 12. On Monday through Thursday, they are $20 per hour until 6 and $40 per hour after 6. Each bay can have up to 6 people and you just have one person swipe their card and split the price between all the players. We hung out at IKEA while we waited and Katy Mills, Memorial City, City Center, Ranch 99, and Super H Mart are close by as well if you want to kill some time and go shopping and/or eat while you wait. There are also pool tables and kinect in the basement and a restaurant and bar when you first walk in. We came back after 2 1/2 hours and they texted us when our bay was ready. We got assigned to bay 122 on the bottom floor. I've never played anything besides miniature golf and I had so much fun! There are bays on all floors and the goal is to hit you golf ball in one of the giant holes. We played 2 games - top golf and top score. I would recommend both if you're a beginner. There are clubs at each bay but a lot of people brought their own clubs. If you're a beginner, I would recommend using one of the bigger golf clubs and putting your ball on the tee. Keep your eye on the ball, legs shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent, and left arm straight and right arm bent when you're swinging if you're right handed! read more

I think I've had TopGolf bookmarked for years. However, there was always something that kept me from coming here. But not this time! We came here on Labor Day, which by the way had normal business hours regardless of it being a holiday. If you come here before noon, it costs $20/hr per bay. After that, it's $40/hr. It's also first come, first serve. So, I was already expecting a long wait, but we were seated right away. Each bay consisted of a table, enough seating for 4 people (comfortably), and a plasma screen TV for viewing any sports. Now, what I appreciated here was that we could start playing golf anytime, and no one was pressuring us until we were ready. So, we decided to eat lunch first. Usually, I'm not expecting awesome food at activity based establishments like TopGolf. But, I was surprised to find that the food was above average here. Just a note: if you get here before 2 pm, you can catch their brunch menu. So, we ordered the Eggs Benedict, the Smokehouse burger, and the cheese fries. The Eggs Benedict was delicious. Eggs were poached perfectly and the insides were still runny. The hollandaise sauce over it was lemony and creamy. Fried potatoes on the side were seasoned really well and had good crunch. The burger was cooked exactly to medium, and remained juicy. Cheese fries came with raw, spicy jalapeños (none of that canned jalapeño stuff), which I appreciated. I do have to say the food and drinks are pricey, though. Add this on top of what you're already paying per hour to play golf, and it can get really expensive. Service was great. Our waiter, Roshi, made sure we were doing good during our entire time there - even filling our water several times, since it was hot and humid outside. Parking was not an issue, since we had no problems finding a spot. I can't speak for peak times, though. Overall, we enjoyed hanging out here. So, even if you're a novice golfer, you'll definitely have fun. I do have a newfound appreciation for golfing as a sport. Now, what are you waiting for? Come check them out! read more

Came here on a Wednesday night around 8pm and luckily there was no wait for a bay. We played for about an 1.5 hours which was a good amount of time for everyone to get a few swings in. My only complaint was that the service was super slow since our waitress was nowhere to be found. The service at the bar was just as slow even though there wasn't really any customers, the bartenders really need to step it up and learn to move faster! The chicken and waffles are pretty good but beware because the picture on the menu makes it look way bigger than what it really is. The flat bread pizza was ok, would have been better if it came out hot. Food prices are a little steep but surprisingly a glass of miller lite was only $3.75. read more

Don't park your car next to the field! I've seen balls go over the net! Complimentary valet...beware if your car gets damaged! I arrived at 8:30 on a friday night spent 30 min looking for parking! A good spot for something new today, date, or out of towners. Downstairs there is free pool & shuffle board! It's pretty pricey...$40/hr for a bay I believe. The wait is ridiculous My first time here was for a friend's bday party..which it was a package. $61/person including gratuity, comes with appetizer buffet, 3 hours of play, & unlimited soft drinks. Which I barley played..because I was too busy mingling with friends. The appetizer for our party was chicken tenders, quesadilla, & sw egg rolls. Egg rolls were whack to me. Quesadilla was cold. Chicken tender was good, until the second batch came out it was dry...it took them an hour to bring out the second batch. Overall, the party package was not a deal to me. I ran into some friends, their bay was on the 3rd floor. My party was on the 1st floor. Makes a big difference for the view! I had a taste of their fries, pretty good I say. Top golf is a great place to go and gets more people interested in golf. If you're a serious golfer, this might not make your list. But for people looking to have a good time and have a good experience with golf, this is fun. It's a three tiered driving range. They have a full bar and food. They have a rooftop outdoor area to relax as well as a place for pool and darts. Everyone can find something to do here. The facility is really nice. They have chips in the balls to measure distances and keep score during different games. It's pretty cool. The staff is more or less good. This varies by individual. The first time I went, Tiffany did an excellent job. I went yesterday, and the person working our area wasn't overly helpful. We asked for additional water, and she seemed bothered. Downside It is ridiculously expensive. You can go to a driving range for under $10. They charge an arm and a leg for the experience here. Which is fun, but only makes it worth it in groups. For the same price you could play 2 full rounds of golf at a decent club. Overall Worth it. Give it a shot, you will like it. Don't expect a cheap night. The more that go, the cheaper it will be. Plan accordingly. read more

Topgolf is a good time, it's nice to kick back some cold ones while hitting some golf balls. It's pretty pricey to say the least, for an hour of play and a bucket of beer, you're looking at spending $85-90. I'm giving them a 3 star because we were there trying to take advantage of there cheaper bay rates but when we got there and checked in, they told us it was a 45 min wait. So as we waited we couldn't help but notice how many empty bays were available.... Needless to say since the wait time put us behind in having the bay issued to us, we had to pay the regular rate. So things have changed here. A lot. Starting last March, the second you set your clubs down you're greeted by someone who makes you slide your card and you start your time immediately at that point. No waiting for the rest of your party. No warming up. No ordering a drink. They did spot us 15 minutes since they had just made the change, but still. It was a horrible policy change. Made me feel rushed and killed the experience. Even so, at the end at 15 minutes till, a manager has to come by and verify you don't want to extend you time. Why?! Also, prices have increased 8 dollars for the before noon price. Honestly it wasn't fun, and the rushed almost shift from fun to "we need to make more money" has made this a place I really don't want to come back to. Anyway, that's it! Syoy! read more

Whether you're a scratch golfer, just want to mess around, want to drink or want some good food, this is a good bet for you. Practicing is easy in any weather. Hot is not much of a factor because it's shaded and has super blasting wall-mounted fans on you the whole time. It faces east which is nice from noon on bc it will always be shaded when people generally come out. You hit off a mat or their tee which can give you a lot of confidence, but remember real grass is much more challenging obviously. But the motion activated ball dispense isn't perfect, it can be screwy, it may take some patience or even assistance at times. But there are so many people that work here it shouldn't be hard to find an employee. You can use their clubs and not bring your own, which is kind of nice if you're just having fun. Their stock clubs are fair but of course you can get real nice ones to practice with too for a pretty penny. Price wise they have some good initial prices when you sign up for membership, as in a free hour. Those are generally found at malls and I've seen them online. The food is pretty darn good considering that's not the main drag. I had a great chicken n waffles dish while I played. There are some cool dishes on the menu to try, and wash it down with a beer or wine!! read more
