Recently they even broke my window, and, evidently, I needed a replacement. I've looked around and selected Vista View Glass and Mirrors based on the coverage area and their good ratings on Yelp. It was easy to contact them, and they arrived promptly to do an estimate. Their price was reasonable, and I decided to hire them for the work. They have a quick turnaround, and they would have completed the work in 3-4 days or so. Only in my case was there a problem: the golf ball broke not only the window but also damaged the frame and the window trim. That window trim had a specific design, and the window manufacturer was no longer in business. It took Louis a couple of weeks to search everywhere, but he did not give up, and in the end, he found a replacement. The new window looks just like the original. I could not be more content.

The tech showed up on time and did a very good job installing the pet door and didn't leave a mess. The second job was the repair of a commercial door that was damaged as the result of an accident. At first Jim thought the entire hinge might have to be replaced but after they started on the repair they were able to fix it using the existing hinge which saved hundreds of dollars. I'm very impressed with the honesty and integrity Glassfixer showed - they could have easily proceeded with the more costly repair and I wouldn't have been the wiser.

I was really impressed with Ismael's thoughtful approach. He strikes a nice balance between giving you objective professional advice but letting you ultimately choose the path forward. He was patient with my myriad questions as well. His quote for service was also the best price I received of 3 vendors I obtained quotes from. Once I gave him approval to order the glass it only took a week from the order to Ismael doing the install. I give him extra credit because we have a textured surface in the shower which adds complexity to the sealing process because the texture means variance in the gap between glass and shower surface. He handled it like a pro though; the sealant is smooth despite the challenge. We really appreciate the help and strongly recommend Victory Glass to anyone who needs a good glass team. Thanks Ismael.
