Bennett Glass and Mirror came out to our home to provide an estimate for a sliding glass door . After speaking with the office manager Anita , She followed up on the appointment and on the date + exactly what to expect. The time window was 9:30-11:30 and they showed up at 9;30. The 2 contractors arrived and explained the job as well as , estimated repair time. They were thorough and up front andwering all my questions with no run around. They were professional and highly accomodating. They clearly cared about what they were doing . I will follow up after completion , but finding a shop that treats customers as they did was a relief . Thank You Bennett !!!! j read more

Bennett Glass & Mirror - Great job! No trim! - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Prescott, Arizona

After getting several consultations with to-be-unnamed glass companies, Bennett was the only one who seemed to have the knowledge and skills to do the job. I first heard of them from a recommendation at SOAR Pilates, who have a perfect, GIANT floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall mirror installed from Bennet. We had them do a similar, but smaller mirror in our home gym. It was installed perfectly and affordably. read more

December 17th: In November Bennet Glass came to replace 2 dual glaze units in a sliding glass door. Glass was dirty and stickers were left on in addition the X and O panel interlocks were installed backward leaving a 1/2" gap between the doors. Over this last week we have had snow and rain and due to this 1/2" opening water came inside the house and damaged a box of 1600 Baseball cards valued at over $3000. Not only was there damage we have had that hole that allows the cold air in, bugs/mice in and very easy to break into. Monday I will be sending pictures of the gap and what needs to be fixed. As a retired glazer of 25 years this is a careless mistake and I will take the pictures to the property management company CMA Monday. Update: December 28th and no response or correction to the on going leak that was done by either someone that didn't know what they were doing or just didn't care. New Pictures. read more

Had my first broken windshield ever. Went by Bennett Glass to set up an appointment. They were so friendly and helpful. They set up a conference call with my insurance which covered replacement cost. The next day my windshield was repaired in about 45 minutes. The business is like one big happy family, dog included. They are very thorough with all after care instructions. I highly recommend them for windshields. Also they're cheap and quick with windshield chips. read more

In our 40 year old home, we had 4 windows replaced due to glass fogging, two double hung windows fitted with new balancers because they would not easily open, and one sliding glass door fitted with new rollers. It was about 4 weeks from time of order to time of install, which was very good considering the delays right now in anything to do with construction. The price was also right in line with what we were expecting and the installers and the estimator were very professional. I would not hesitate to use them again. read more

Responsive, easy to work with, quality install on my windshield replacement. Bennett was recommended by my insurance company, as an alternative to Safelite Auto Glass who I had a previous experience with that left my paint and trim around the window damaged. The Bennett team had great customer service, were sure to get the correct windshield with my vehicle model enhancements, they were on time and efficient with the install. Quality of work was excellent. Highly recommend. read more

I have a 7,500 square foot home that has 75 windows that are 20 years old. When they fog up inside the double panes, I call Bennett Glass to replace them. I've used them 4 or 5 times over the past three years as the windows go bad. They have always been prompt, courteous, professional, and extremely easy to do business with! I shopped around the first time that I used them and they are very competetively priced. I dont shop around anymore, because I trust them completely to taske care of my needs. Thank you to Anita and Dave at Bennett Glass! I really appreciate your service. read more

We had a flat glass window replaced in our bathroom after the painter broke it with his ladder. The glass is double panned. After it was replaced we noticed that in the morning when it was cold outside but warm in the bathroom a ring appeared on the inside of the window between the two panes. The ring disappears after the room warms up. Called Bennett and they said it is called "ghosting" and their warranty doesn't cover this. Very disappointed. Would not use them again. read more

Fast, polite, honest, quality, on time, clean! Could not ask for more! Great business!

Bennett glass and mirror sent Mike to service my windows. My windows are 22 years old, 4 of them needed some adjustment. He looked at all the wheels and confirm that the wheels on my window were in great condition and did not need to be replaced. That alone showed me that this company has integrity. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes and now I have windows that are able to slide and lock again. Thankful for such good service. read more

I applaud their terrific installation team and the girls that work in the office; all are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and truly seem to enjoy their jobs. After a mishap initially at the factory, they were right on the ball reordering and making sure all was done right. Again, they did a great job and I would use them again and recommend them. read more

Very unresponsive to phone calls and unhelpful office help. I would use Prescott Glass.

Excellent customer service. The rear left window on our Ford Escape fell down. They analyzed the issue, taped it shut, told us to drive to NAPA, order the new part and when it came in bring it back to them. They installed it within 20 minutes, brought out the old part to show us where it failed. The total replacement was half of what the dealership charged two years ago for the right rear window. Thank heaven the car was under a warranty at that time. Go to Bennett first for glass. Home or auto. Also very nice people. read more

Ordered 3 glass shelves should have in 3 wks. Two months later they keep telling me they are the truck from PHX. It does not take that long to drive from Phx to Prescott. To find out they never even cut the glass shelves. Plus they had a attitude, not good customer service. Go somewhere else. Got a refund reluctantly. read more

These folks are great. Courteous, professional and local. I took my Jeep in the other day for a small chip. They fixed it right then and there! I later took in my son's Chevy for full windshield replacement. Turns out it was the wrong one, but they got it right and had the more specific one that same afternoon. read more

I just had my windshield replaced with Bennett Glass. 2 things that I'm not happy about: They removed my dash mat, balled it up, and put it in the passenger seat. Didn't even bother to reinstall it! Most upsetting, they gave me back my car with a very dirty (new) windshield; smudges and streaks on both the inside and out! I paid 200.00 for a spotless windshield and didn't receive one; this is my last visit to Bennett Glass. read more

I was visiting family in the Phoenix area and Prescott. On the drive from Phoenix to Prescott something hit the windshield and I didn't feel it was safe to drive with the cracks. I called on Thursday afternoon and I was told they had the windshield and could replace the windshield first thing Friday Monday. Staff was great and took care of me. Happy to support a good local company. read more

Super quick and friendly. We were on a road trip with a rented rv and got a crack in the window shield. This review is submitted to complement  Bennett Glass installers Carlos and Devin for the great work they did on 4/15 /2021 installing a glass shower panel and door in our master bathroom.     The project was completed very efficiently and quickly.    The one thing that really impressed us was that before installing the door they pointed out to us that the factory pre-drilled holes for the shower door handle were higher than normal and asked us to check to see if it was acceptable.     They took the time to let us get a feel for the height before proceeding with the installation.  Some companies would have just installed it and never bothered  to inform the customer.       We would be remiss if we did not also mention that the office staff was very easy and pleasant to work with on scheduling, follow-up and payment of the invoice.     When employees of any company work well together, the end result is always good!!!   We highly recommend Bennett Glass and would definitely call on them again for any future glass needs. One edge of the glass for the glass-toped table is wavy rather than a straight line. Almost scalloped. They did not make a very good pattern for the oval top and/or did not do a good job of cutting a piece of glass for the oval table top from the pattern. I do not recommend Bennett Glass and will not use them again. Very poor job. Very slow service. Very disappointed with the glass and the price I paid. read more

Great service and prompt. Replaced double pane glass and rollers in a 35+ year old sliding patio door and by adding a little Rejunivate to the aluminum frame the door looks brand new and slides like on ice. By replacing the glass and rollers I was able to keep the same look as the other doors without the expense of a replacement ($1300 +) so I saved a few hundred dollars. I would give you a 5 but it has only been 2 days since the install so I'm waiting to check it out in a few more days. Great job Bennett Glass! read more

We had a chip in our windshield and went looking for a place to fix it late in the afternoon. After visiting Safelite and Magic Glass, both of which were unable to help, the receptionist at Magic called Bennett which was almost ready to close. They agreed to stay open (thank you!), did a quick repair on the chip and handled the insurance claim in less than half an hour. Much appreciated and good work as well! read more

Bennett Glass is not a door and window store. If you just need glass replaced they'll do a good job. If you need repair or adjustments they're not set up for it. If you call the office for readjustments, Dixie tells you that she will check on it and call you back, but she never does. Someone will eventually show up, but their solution is to put it back the way it was instead of properly fixing it. Bottom line, if it's more than just a replacement, don't use Bennett Glass. read more
