December 17th: In November Bennet Glass came to replace 2 dual glaze units in a sliding glass door. Glass was dirty and stickers were left on in addition the X and O panel interlocks were installed backward leaving a 1/2" gap between the doors. Over this last week we have had snow and rain and due to this 1/2" opening water came inside the house and damaged a box of 1600 Baseball cards valued at over $3000. Not only was there damage we have had that hole that allows the cold air in, bugs/mice in and very easy to break into. Monday I will be sending pictures of the gap and what needs to be fixed. As a retired glazer of 25 years this is a careless mistake and I will take the pictures to the property management company CMA Monday. In our 40 year old home, we had 4 windows replaced due to glass fogging, two double hung windows fitted with new balancers because they would not easily open, and one sliding glass door fitted with new rollers. It was about 4 weeks from time of order to time of install, which was very good considering the delays right now in anything to do with construction. We had a flat glass window replaced in our bathroom after the painter broke it with his ladder. The glass is double panned. After it was replaced we noticed that in the morning when it was cold outside but warm in the bathroom a ring appeared on the inside of the window between the two panes. The ring disappears after the room warms up. Called Bennett and they said it is called "ghosting" and their warranty doesn't cover this. Very disappointed. Would not use them again. read more

Excellent customer service. The rear left window on our Ford Escape fell down. They analyzed the issue, taped it shut, told us to drive to NAPA, order the new part and when it came in bring it back to them. They installed it within 20 minutes, brought out the old part to show us where it failed. The total replacement was half of what the dealership charged two years ago for the right rear window. I just had my windshield replaced with Bennett Glass. 2 things that I'm not happy about: They removed my dash mat, balled it up, and put it in the passenger seat. Didn't even bother to reinstall it! Most upsetting, they gave me back my car with a very dirty (new) windshield; smudges and streaks on both the inside and out! I paid 200.00 for a spotless windshield and didn't receive one; this is my last visit to Bennett Glass. read more

I was visiting family in the Phoenix area and Prescott. On the drive from Phoenix to Prescott something hit the windshield and I didn't feel it was safe to drive with the cracks. I called on Thursday afternoon and I was told they had the windshield and could replace the windshield first thing Friday Monday. Staff was great and took care of me. This review is submitted to complement  Bennett Glass installers Carlos and Devin for the great work they did on 4/15 /2021 installing a glass shower panel and door in our master bathroom.     The project was completed very efficiently and quickly.    The one thing that really impressed us was that before installing the door they pointed out to us that the factory pre-drilled holes for the shower door handle were higher than normal and asked us to check to see if it was acceptable.     They took the time to let us get a feel for the height before proceeding with the installation.  Some companies would have just installed it and never bothered  to inform the customer.       We would be remiss if we did not also mention that the office staff was very easy and pleasant to work with on scheduling, follow-up and payment of the invoice.     When employees of any company work well together, the end result is always good!!!   We highly recommend Bennett Glass and would definitely call on them again for any future glass needs. Super quick and friendly. We were on a road trip with a rented rv and got a crack in the window shield. Our insurance didn't cover rvs and we wanted to makes sure we fixed before we dropped it off to avoid paying the premium. One edge of the glass for the glass-toped table is wavy rather than a straight line. Almost scalloped. They did not make a very good pattern for the oval top and/or did not do a good job of cutting a piece of glass for the oval table top from the pattern. I do not recommend Bennett Glass and will not use them again. Very poor job. Very slow service. Very disappointed with the glass and the price I paid. read more

Great service and prompt. Replaced double pane glass and rollers in a 35+ year old sliding patio door and by adding a little Rejunivate to the aluminum frame the door looks brand new and slides like on ice. By replacing the glass and rollers I was able to keep the same look as the other doors without the expense of a replacement ($1300 +) so I saved a few hundred dollars. I would give you a 5 but it has only been 2 days since the install so I'm waiting to check it out in a few more days. Great job Bennett Glass! read more

We had a chip in our windshield and went looking for a place to fix it late in the afternoon. After visiting Safelite and Magic Glass,both of which were unable to help, the receptionist at Magic called Bennett which was almost ready to close. They agreed to stay open (thank you!), did a quick repair on the chip and handled the insurance claim in less than half an hour. Much appreciated and good work as well! read more

Bennett Glass is not a door and window store. If you just need glass replaced they'll do a good job. If you need repair or adjustments they're not set up for it. If you call the office for readjustments, Dixie tells you that she will check on it and call you back, but she never does. Someone will eventually show up, but their solution is to put it back the way it was instead of properly fixing it. Bottom line, if it's more than just a replacement, don't use Bennett Glass. read more

Well when it comes too auto glass, top notch! I had a crack in the drivers side window compliments of I-17. National chain had me wait 3 days and wanted 2 hours to fix for $100 more. Went with the local talent, and I was in and out in 45 minutes! Thanks guys! read more
