After all that, we were told the owner would "take care of us." He never followed up. When we reached out, the solution was simple: pay another $3,000+. The highlight was the third visit, when the technicians tried to leave without confirming anything worked. I stopped them, tripped the pump immediately, and only then did the tech admit he hadn't checked the wiring--because it requires a "specific tool," which he had the entire time. At this point, it feels less like troubleshooting and more like expensive guesswork. If you're looking to spend a lot of money without actually fixing your problem, this is your place. Otherwise, I'd strongly suggest finding someone who diagnoses before replacing parts.

I asked when the bottles in my porch would be picked up and she said today. Well, they're still there. If they haven't gotten them by the weekend I'm using them to water my plants, putting the bottles in the recycling for pickup on Monday and disputing any credit card charge they try to put through!

At the Company request I sent them photos of the leak type of tank and they helped me turn off the bad tank and use the second tank. The Technician came out to the house with the wrong tank. They acknowledged they brought the wrong tank and needed to order and come back with the new tank. The issue I have is that I was being charged a service fee for their mistake. No work or Inspection was performed and they already knew what the problem was and what type of tank they needed. Tried to resolve the issue with them and no compromise on their behalf. Looking forward to going to small claims court on this!!!

I got ghosted because I wasn't interested in purchasing a new system during a crisis. Update: Got a text from the branch manager around noon, where I was promised a technician around 3pm. The tech was a little early, but told me that the office could have talked me through turning on the bypass over the phone. I was charged more than $200 for this, was told that I needed to replace my water softener system. Definitely getting quotes from competitors.
