I had been scammed by a father/son team and they committed fraud and messed up my bath tub access pipes, and the new handles, tub spout, even my kitchen faucet, etc. They got caught scamming and are heading to court for fraud. In the mean time I didn't know who to call. My neighbor said to call Woodfin. They fixed the access pipes but lied about the dripping tub spout and kitchen faucet and did not look at the stem, handles, or tub spout that kept coming off and water coming out while coming out of shower head, with pressure problems also, or was able to determine that the Escutcheons were too thick, at least that is what Trevor who is a one man company who owns JT Waters Plumbing and Piping, said when looking at the new handles and Escutcheon Plates, put on by the scammers. He said the problem seems to be the thickness of my plaster wall with lathe, etc. So knock out some of the one side of the plaster lathe and wall around the area and fix the problem. Instead he tried a quick fix by grinding down my handles. Now the problem is worse than ever. The cold handle I still can barely turn, and the hot turns way to easily. I get very few showers, 1 a week, because I am either getting burned or freezing cold, and my new HVAC system isn't working right so it's freezing in here. Trevor when leaving told me if the fix did not work to call him and he would come back and do correctly, but when I contacted him on 2/3/23 he bailed and said his shoulder hurt and he didn't want to do the work. He didn't charge me for the quick fix claiming something about being a Christian, but what Christian would leave a 66 yr old ill, disabled woman in a house with her only bath/shower not working, and he made it worse? I assume now that he used a grinder on the handles and that they are now ruined so I can't even sell them. I have no idea where the scammer plumbers bought them but now the will be a donation if anyone can even use them for parts. He has no idea what it's like to live in severe intractable pain, ill and in a house that hasn't even had heat in this bitter cold. I am miserable but he didn't care. He doesn't know that my own shoulders have been torn severely and still are at a level 8 pain. Last year I couldn't lay down in my bed to sleep because my own body weight pulled on my shoulders and the pain was so severe it was unbearable. I was in level 10 pain just with my shoulders, and had to strap my arm to my body and sleep sitting straight up while not gettin help in the pandemic because I lost my doctor. He certainly can't be in anywhere near the pain I suffer with my shoulders, and all my other diseases and problems, and I am alone in life and have to keep doing things myself regardless. He really has made me angry and more miserable because trying to find people who know how to work on old homes built in 1942, and plumbing is extremely challenging. Trevor, go ahead and retire now. If you are that much of a cream puff that you would leave an ill, pain riddled woman with inadequate enough plumbing to take a proper shower without risking getting burned and injured, then you shouldn't be working any longer. Pack your bags and retire! Go back to church your Christian church and pray for forgiveness for being such a wimp ass. He didn't even apologize. There was no I am sorry, but I just can't do it. The owner answered the phone, and offered to come help me get it off the freeway that night. Had the trailer delivered by flat-bed on Sunday, and Hot Fix fabricated and installed a new trailer tongue by Monday afternoon, salvaging the coupler and sleeve and saving money on those. Very fair pricing, quick service, quality workmanship. The new tongue is much stronger than the one that broke, and will outlast the trailer!

Two thirds of the pool wall was not in the bottom track, the liner was 2.5ft off center end to end and the corners were off 3ft which caused the liner to pull and all the walls to buckle when he attempted to fill the pool. He then blamed it on the sun going over our house and the liner ``cooling off``. Then he stated he would not be able to come back to fix it for at least two weeks but the four inches of water in the pool was sufficient to hold the walls and liner up. He also blamed the water delivery company stating there was no way he could get them to bring another load of water in the near future. As a contractor and prior part owner of a pool company in this area I know and have dealt with the water truck company for many years. They informed me when I called that he stated multiple times that he had no intention of coming back. I never have contracted out and paid someone to do anything I think or know I can do myself especially once I set my mind to it. In the five years of being half owner of a pool company we sold and installed turnkey everything from a 24ft. above ground pool to a $125k fiberglass in ground that was flown over the customers house and set in place by crane. The only reason he was hired was due to me having back surgery which he started our pool the day after I got home from the hospital. When he showed up I offered him a copy of the installation instructions I had printed off and he refused and said ``I don`t need them they`re all the same``!
