I got 1 delivery of water at my house since March. It's September people! Yet they continue to charge me a monthly premium for both water coolers. I get an email everyday or weekly that my water delivery has moved. They schedule & reschedule me constantly. Every week since March. Worst customer service EVER! No deliveries YET THEY Continue to TAKE OUR MONEY. WANT TO CANCEL BUT YOU CAN not GET A REAL PERSON! I'd give it no stars if it were a choice.

The owner answered the phone, and offered to come help me get it off the freeway that night. Had the trailer delivered by flat-bed on Sunday, and Hot Fix fabricated and installed a new trailer tongue by Monday afternoon, salvaging the coupler and sleeve and saving money on those. Very fair pricing, quick service, quality workmanship. The new tongue is much stronger than the one that broke, and will outlast the trailer!

He showed up within a timely manner with a very nice setup, that was not cheap at all. He was able to get the trailer fixed on the side of the road without any issues.
