I contacted HESCO and was told they had a "rush service" available and I could wait while the cylinder was repaired. I jumped in the truck and headed down. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately and the technician even took the cylinder out of my truck. Within minutes I was told what the problem was, partly bad parts and partly bad assembly! Within 2 hours I was on my way back home. The added cost for rush service was minimal when compared to the time it would take me to leave it and come back again. I'll use HESCO for ALL my hydraulic needs in the future!

He said he was leaving on vacation the next morning to take his daughter to Disneyland and wouldn't be in town. He then offered to drive to my house in Chester from Richmond and could be there within an hour!! I agreed and was willing to pay a little extra. Super sweet and friendly guy.
