Called ahead for an appointment. I arrived early and my vehicle was promptly taken (yes, taken…read moreearly). Wonderful customer service over the phone, a noticeable smile in her voice scheduling my oil change was in contrast to the 1st place I called (the "not Firestone" one) and it actually just got better from there. All told, they had me in and out in under an hour. Walking in, I noted a clean, cheery, comfortable lobby and desks. Front staff, Trinity & Emily, are courteous, delightful, professional and knowledgeable. They made the wait less of a drudgery with sprinkles of friendly conversation. I overheard them greet a handful of other customers during my wait and these great qualities were consistent throughout each interaction with the public. My work truck got the oil change and tire rotation it needed. It's a fleet vehicle so I can't speak to value per se (company pays) but everything else is 10/10. Of significance, the employees were actively removing the "six foot social distancing" stickers from the floor while I was there: That marks the end of an era perhaps, but the start of this being my go-to for my fleet vehicle service.
