I can not stress enough how excellent this service was. The scheduling was simple and painless, they got me a next day appointment, they kept me informed over the phone throughout the process (confirming the booking, calling in advance of and on arrival, walking me through how to pay, letting me know they'd finished, etc.), the cleaners were friendly and professional, and my car looks so new I'm almost scared to get in it for fear of ruining how perfect it is. And did I mention it's the most affordable detailing like this in the area? The crew and service was fantastic! I put in for a quote on a Saturday morning and they arrived later that afternoon. The crew of three guys was extremely friendly, detail-oriented and hard working. They were meticulous when cleaning the interior of my Jeep and removing the dog hair and dirt. I was quoted $100 for the job and that's what I paid. I found these guys on Yelp and WHAT A FIND. Very professional and friendly. A whole crew showed up and worked on my Camry for two and a half hours. They did everything; even shampooed the trunk! Great job. My car has never been so clean. They spent 2 hours here at my home. One hour for inside and one for outside. They used their own power (generator) and water. Polite friendly hard working. I wish I had taken before and after photos of my Tahoe. They got out coffee and whatever else stains that are 15 years old (first owner) and the nastiness of my dogs and rabbits. They overpromise and don't deliver. Communications were mediocre at best. We were preached to by someone who seems to think god takes more precedence on a job that they were hired for than the job itself. Furniture was moved and damaged and left out of place. Brand new wood stained floors were demolished. The wife's flowers were trampled outside around the house. Trash was left inside and outside. Equipment was left behind. New granite was chipped. The job was not prepped correctly, meaning sanding was not done in some areas, some areas were incompletely coated, runs all over the house. It's been a year and most of the doors are all peeling. New bathroom fixtures were painted over. Hand prints were left on ceilings. THEY PAINTED HEAVILY AROUND ELECTRICAL OUTLETS AND CUT OUR POWER AND LEFT THE HOUSE KNOWING IT AND LEFT US WITH A MASSIVE FIRE HAZARD AND ELECTRICAL BILL. The craziest thing isn't that after all this the same owner had the audacity to try to silence us with a document if we signed away our right to publicly write reviews. When workmanship was questioned, it was met with nothing but aggressive behavior by one of the owners. Accusations were thrown at both myself and my wife for simply asking questions. The company does nothing but make excuses for poor workmanship if you can call it that. After lots of talk with many other companies it was noted that the main reason they stay in business is government contracts with schools. Maybe they are good people who just have a lot of internal problems to work out but with this much stress and damage done to our new home they should have paid us triple what we paid them. If you have a business and like your property damaged and poor work while throwing your money away, hire them. If you value your home and belongings NEVER allow them on your property at all.
