We have had construction going on so our windows were quite filthy. The two technicians who came to do the job were extremely friendly and polite. They worked efficiently to do their job in a professional and thorough manner. I highly recommend Spotless Window Cleaning for your window washing needs! My windows sparkle and are all ready for the Christmas decorations soon to come! read more

We had both gutters cleaned and windows (inside and outside ) cleaned. We were pleased with the gutter cleaning but felt the windows cleaned cleaning was average. I had to go behind them and wipe down a few window sills because they weren't cleaned. They arrived within the allotted window then had lunch and started our windows about 30 mins later. read more

We have used for window cleaning on several occasions. We will use them again in 2026. The men who came were timely, meticulous, very professional, and did a great job. You cannot go wrong by hiring this company. The price was very reasonable. read more

Uriel and Jessica did an amazing job!! They were so conscientious. I highly recommend them. I'll call again !

Spotless Window Cleaning & SoftWash - Nice, clean door window - Window Washing Near Me - Richmond, Virginia

Juan & Uriel did an impressive job on our windows, screens, and window sills. They were prompt, good communicators, courteous, detail-oriented and took care to see that our cats didn't escape through and open window. Truly, our windows have never been cleaner or looked better. Karla, their manager, stopped by at the end of the job to review their work and collect payment. She was very professional and clearly takes pride in her team's work. That was very nice to see. We will call them again and recommend them to others. read more

excellent service! Kevin, Romulo, and Armando came on time and did yoeman's work on my windows. It is a 100 year old house so they dealt with sticky windows, reluctant screens and wisteria -- all without a complaint...and left me very happy!! read more

Owner is friendly but service is poor. Left gate wide open with three dogs in yard, didn't put screens back in and left their ladder in the front yard. Owner apologized and scheduled workers to come back to install screens. I came home from work to meet them and they were 45 minutes late. They then didn't bother to push furniture back they'd moved. Just poor form all around. Windows are pretty clean. read more

We hired Spotless to do a Softwash Pressure wash on the house and to clean all the windows. Worth every penny. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry and communicative throughout the process. They scheduled the Softwash first. Garrett listened to my concerns including the removal of debris from the roof before getting to work. Despite having to wait out some thunder and lightning as these summer storms keep rolling through, he didnt rush to get the job done. He delivered top notch service and the house has never looked so good. The sidewalk is even noticeably cleaner. Two days later Andre and Cruz came to take care of our premium window cleaning service. They were friendly and professional, as well as efficient in their work. The windows look great. I love that this company sends you text alerts to let you know when their folks are on their way. Didn't get charged anything until the services were rendered. Highly recommend this company. read more

We had Spotless come to the house every 6 months and each time they've done a GREAT job. Quiet, courteous and the windows look fabulous. This is our 4th year using them and we'll have them back in November. Thank you Spotless for your hard working employees. read more

Our home was built in 1924. The siding and windows can be a bit difficult to clean. Plus, we have six foot tall rhododendrons across the front of the house, which were in full bloom on May 4th when the crew showed up to clean our siding. Wow! What an amazing job. Only to be outdone two days later when the window cleaning specialists arrived to clean all our windows, inside, outside, inside and outside. I say that twice because we have storm windows on 90% of our windows. It is no exaggeration to say it felt like there was no glass in the windows. They were that clean. We definitely recommend Spotless for both Power-washing and Window Cleaning. read more

Spotless Window Cleaning & SoftWash - Window Washing Near Me - Richmond, Virginia

Terrible experience. Beware! I chose them because they were available for next day service which was very important. An estimator gives me a quote and job is scheduled for next day. Crew shows up to do work and says windows are new and has smudges on them. Now price is 4 times higher than quoted. Perfect bait n switch. Don't trust them. read more

Spotless window was recommended by a relative. I had them clean my gutters, pressure wash concrete driveway, soft wash & pressure wash the entire house, excluding roof. Unfortunately, they don't do that. I'll have to get somebody else for that. Then they cleaned the windows. All & all , everything was done professionally & the staff were concerned that they meant our expectations. I highly recommend this company. And if you have skylights, make sure you point this out & a waiver must be signed for scraping paint off windows if needed. read more

The team was great! The windows in the apartment really needed cleaning, and within 90 minutes, they were sparkling. Arrived on time, cordial and efficient. I like their process from calling for an estimate to scheduling and the clean itself. No hassle! Will call again. Thank you! Deborah B. read more

My house looks much better after the soft wash, but the technician arrived 90 minutes early - Spotless said to expect him between 3:35 and 4:35 p.m., and he arrived at 2 p.m. Not a problem for me, since I was home, but it could have been trouble for someone on a tight schedule. Everyone I spoke with was professional and helpful. read more

I live in a 2000 sq ft two-story Cape Cod style home with about 24 windows, including the front & back doors and shed window. The windows are the old pane style so they take more effort to clean than the newer style. This is the first time I paid to have the windows cleaned. In the past I did it myself (as best I could) and hated the task, so I only did it every 2-3 yrs. I received quotes from 3 vendors and Spotless was the least expensive (and has a good reputation). Still I thought $300+ was a lot of money to spend for something my wife & I could do (albeit, over 6 hrs), but we took the plunge anyway. A friendly crew of 3 (two women and one man) showed up at the appointed time and first removed all the storm windows and screens. They did the outside windows first using various size aluminum ladders, before moving inside. They use multiple size squeegees dipped in a small bucket each had dangling from their belt, and a chamois cloth for the edges of each window pane. They also cleaned out the tracks of the windows so the windows glide easier when they're done. It took the team only about 2 hrs to do all the windows (and tracks). I paid by credit card when the job was complete. Spotless offers a 24-hr rain guarantee whereby you can call them back if it rains within 24 hrs of the job completion, if you feel some windows need touching up. We had rain the next day, but surprisingly all the windows still looked fine afterward so I didn't need to call them back out. All in all I am quite pleased with the work they did and even learned a few things about efficient window cleaning. Due to the cost, it'll likely be a couple years before I have them back out again, unless there's a ValPak or Reach coupon before then. read more

Excellent job by Andre and Walter. Arrived on time. Reasonable price. I live in an old house and the windows are not easy to clean. I have used this company for a number of years. I also used the soft wash service in the past and it worked much better than power washing. It removed stains and mildew without chipping paint. read more

I thought they were efficient when coming to provide an estimate and the price seemed reasonable. The appt was set and they cancelled due to weather concerns so we rescheduled. They made an error with the appt time and I forwarded proof by sending them their email showing the confirmed time. They blamed it on a computer glitch and said they would be here at the scheduled time. They never showed. An hour and 10 minutes later I ontact them and come to find out they are on another job and were running late. We decided to reschedule since I had plans later that day and they needed a minimum 3.5 hour commitment. Thereafter, I received a few random emails with offers for an immediate appt which reflects they were trying to fill me one for someone who had cancelled. I was never provided with a courtesy phone call or another appt. time. I found this experience highly disappointing and unprofessional to say the least. I certainly don't understand how this establishment was highly rated which is exactly why I selected them in the first place. read more

Two friendly gents showed up in masks on time to clean the huge windows in our large house. They worked quietly and dilligently and were very efficient. They cleaned the windows by hand inside and outside (not with a power washer) and the windows look amazing. When they were finished, they had me walk through with them and inspect their work before they would accept payment. I would use them again. read more

From quote to completing the job, Spotless Window Cleaning was extremely easy to work with. Their quote and scheduling process was extremely convenient, and on the day of service, the team arrived on time and completed the job efficiently with minimal direction. Spotless has been cleaning our windows for several years. They are prompt, efficient and careful. The windows always look great!

I have used this company before to Powerwash my house and they did a great job. On August 17, my house was powerwashed by a tech name, Alec or Alex, I didn't get the spelling of his first name. I was outside the house and smelled strong bleach in the air. I asked him, why was the smell of bleach do strong, I didn't smell this when house washed last time. My bricks was looking white, front shuttles was turning white/fainted and they are red. My concrete sidewalk was spotted and discolored from the powerwash. The Business Manager (Trey Walker) came to my house and put some more chemicals to try to get the spots up. He just made it worst and took a layer of cement off. He even stated, if we have to replace the concrete sidewalk, we will do it. Company Operation Manager emailed me, won't talk to me, that he wasn't paying for repairs and everything was done according there guidelines. I am filing suit. read more

I have used Spotless a number of times for both window cleaning and soft washing. This time they came to softwash right before we had replacement windows installed. I received a text that Derrick was on the way. He arrived on time with a smile on his face. He worked steadily to clean our house and our sidewalk. He was still smiling when he finished, and our house looked like it had been freshly painted! read more

I would like to say this was a great experience, however it was not. The company scheduled and came out on time, however the quote lacked the photos. I did proceed with the job as I needed to get the mildew cleaned from the siding. The technician used diluted solution, had to go over the areas twice and then had to be called back again. The management quality assurance told me they would meet me but then rescheduled four times. I never did get to meet with anyone in management as I just could not continue missing work for their lack of ability to maintain a schedule. Overall the work was completed, it was just a very long hassle with many missed time slots. I will give them two stars as they did keep trying, I had to be very persistent in keeping them on task. read more

I had Spotless Window Cleaning clean my 3rd floor condo windows 10/6/2021. The 2 gentlemen, Walter and David, did a wonderful job. They worked hard to satisfy me and did so. In spite of rain, they managed to persevere. Walter was fearless, climbing a ladder to a 3rd floor, and managing to get great results. David, always positive and extremely polite made communication while on the job easy. Both gentlemen are an asset to Spotless and deserve kudos for their work ethics. read more

Andre and his team did a great job. I have used Spotless Window Cleaning on a few properties now and been pleased with each of the jobs done. They really take their time and care about their work. I have been using them for 15 years and highly recommend them. My windows have ancient aluminum storm windows that are a real hassle to deal with, but they are able to handle them well. They aim to please. If there is ever a problem, they will fix it. I get my windows cleaned twice a year and I am glad that I found them. I noticed that, when I tried to get an appointment this summer, they were booked up over a month in advance. So, call ahead. read more

Spotless just softwashed my rental house and washed the windows. The aluminum siding was discolored with mold growing on it. This looks like a brand new house now. My tenant said she thought they left a window open but they did not. It was just so clean that you didn't notice the glass. Spectacular job!!! And these are older windows with old storm windows. The workers were on time, let me know when they were on their way and when they arrived. Also when they were finished. They moved the porch furniture off and then put it back on the porch. They even put my outdoor faucet covers back on. Very professional and courteous. read more

I wrote a review some months ago and it didn't make the cut.. Let's see if it does now! I had used them in the past with no issues. They cleaned all the windows (casement, window sill, window, storm window).. Hired them again ($20 a window, not cheap!) and this time the window is only the glass. No wiping anything else, and if they do is very slight wiping. Had to open all the windows again and wipe them myself. Also, found later they had broken two latches so now I have to buy the latches and install again. And, to try to schedule them had to call 3 times.. read more
