AM cleaning does a great job cleaning,but they have problems with good customer service. I fired them because of poor customer service. They will charged you 70 dollars if you cancel after 24 hours which I can see. What they did to was they got held up on a job. They did not notify us about not showing up. They should pay us but they won't.It is bad business to do people that way. They had another day they didn't show up;no phone calls nothing. I would use someone else if I were you. read more

Excellent work, definitely got out the animal smell left behind by the prior owner and wiped down the walls which another place refused to do. Worst cleaning service I've ever been provided with. This cleaning service is unprofessional and lack customer service skills. If you are recommended through any realty place or find this on your own, DO NOT USE THEM. I was charged for a FULL house cleaning only to have NOT EVEN HALF of my house cleaned. Not only that, but the lack of answering the phone as a business is ridiculous. I called the day after my cleaning service to have them make it right, but guess what? No answer. Then after many attempts, I have someone FINALLY call me about the issue just for them to be rude and unprofessional to not even provide a solution based from THEIR mistake. Had the cleaner for a few weeks did a good job till something was broken and she and manager lied about it blaming my grown teens it was a petty item but broken glass was spread around and disregarded breaking said item so with trust broken had to fire this company would not recommend them. read more

When the ladies leave after cleaning, the house always smells nice and clean and everything looks good. I'm not sure why anybody has given this company any stars at all. If it was possible this company(or whatever it is) would get 3 tomatoes(and they'll probably have a hard time cleaning that up). What a fraud!! The manager or whoever answers the phone, i think her name was Brenda, is the most unprofessional person i have ever encountered. Save yourself the trouble and stay away!!.... I was going to write just a brief review but i guess it makes it easier and better if the whole story is told. Here goes.... I usually clean the house myself but i just thought, let me just give these guys a try, you never know. So i bought a groupon for a "deep" cleaning and called to schedule an appointment. The cleaning crew showed up 2 hours after the time window the lady(Brenda) had told me, only to do the shoddiest job ever. I called Brenda a few hours later after i had inspected the place to report my findings. She asked me to send photos, which i did. She then offered to have a different crew come and do the job again. Mind you, the initial cleaning was on Thursday and we had agreed to have the crew come back a week after. This lady calls me back on Monday morning asking if the cleaning crew could come on Tuesday(next day) instead. I was quite confused about the request, plus i didn't have the time to clear the area very well since i had some boxes out after the cleaning, so i proceeded to ask her why that request on such short notice. What she tells me made all this worse, and this is in her own words.."If we wait until Thursday it will be a whole total deep cleaning and i had wanted the crew to just do a spot cleaning". First of all, whose fault was it that my house is still dirty, isn't that what your crew is professionally trained to do?? And to have the nerve and audacity to call 3 days before the scheduled date to tell me if they waited for another 3 days to do the job the house might gather more dirt and they'll have to do a "deep" cleaning instead of a spot cleaning. The most annoying part too was that she was soo unprofessional and rude about it over the phone, I believe "whatever" was the last word she mumbled when i had told her there was no way i was going to agree to change the appointment. Needless to say i called groupon and reported the company and got a refund. I have pictures that i'll try to post to show the obvious and conspicuous dirt and spills they missed. My experience was great! We had the team come out on a Friday to clean our home. There was lots a dog hair due to our husky shedding everywhere, and they got it all up! Looked like we didn't even have a husky. Bathrooms, and kitchen looked good. The bedrooms were also very clean, and the beds were made up. House smelled really clean as soon as you walked in. I was so excited to treat myself to a deep clean. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for an 1130-130 slot. During the appointment set up I told them that I had a dog, that he barks but will just lick you to death. The cleaning crew of 2 ladies shows up 1.5 HOURS LATE, and then would not come in the door because I had a dog. I told them if they walked in, he would be put outside. I was holding him by the collar so they could come in. Eventually the ladies came in, and he went out. When setting up the appointment I had specified what I wanted done (2 bathrooms, windowsills and windows, baseboards, kitchen if possible-2200 sq ft house) and was told no problem. When they arrived they said they would not be able to do it all. And they didn't. The cleaning they did do, was good. HOWEVER, none of my stuff was put back where it was found. Windows/sills and baseboards were NOT done. Kitchen was. EVERYTHING was moved. They rearranged my house how they wanted it. So I had to find my stuff and then put it back right. Last thing, the chemicals that were used absolutely killed my sinuses. The smell resided for 2-3 days after the cleaning. So disappointed in my experience. read more

The first few visits were great and they had no problem cleaning around our 14 year old, grey muzzled arthritic dog. Suddenly they decided the dog looked vicious and quit cleaning the kitchen because he was in there. The owner was initially apologetic about skipping the kitchen and said she wanted to make it right, but after standing us up on the make up appointment, they came by to work unannounced 3 days later without permission or notice. She became defensive and rude and seemed more interested in casting blame or giving excuses then doing what they were paid to do. Totally unprofessional. After buying her recent Groupon, I tried communicating through email to make an appointment for an estimate as I wanted to addnon additional services. After three business days, I had heard nothing, so I followed up with a phone call. I was greeted with a barrage of scatterbrained excuses as to why she had lost my email, but we eventually arranged for her to come out today. She showed up yesterday, during a time when I could not accomodate her, so we again agreed she would come today. She never came. I called 20 minutes after her appointment time, just to get a text that she was in a meeting. Several hours later, I called again, was obviously screened as I went straight to voicemail, and fired her in the message. I can't attest to her cleaning skills, as we never even got to that point. They were great with scheduling and being flexible, however they were less than great eith everything else! The cleaning was fine but not stellar and not what I'd call deep cleaning. They also contracted someone for the steam cleaning of the carpets who quoted one price range and despite knowing the square footage and giving a max, they charged significantly more on arrival. We were in a rush so we said fine, but then they didnt even do a good job. We had specifically asked about a wedge tool to get in the area where the carpet meets the walls and they said they could do it but when they arrived said there was no such thing. In addition, they had confusion about the cleaning people calling the carpet team when they were done with a portion so that it could all get done at once. Instead we had to take additional time off work to handle what was supposed to have only taken half a day. When we tried to call and resolve some of the issues with aM cleaning they said they would call the contracted carpet company but then they ghosted us and never called back despite us leaving multiple messages. Now we're having to hire another company to get the carpets done and spend more money for the job that AM cleaning said they would manage. Save your money and use a company that can do it all and do it right the first time. read more

Incredibly unprofessional; really bad experience....I had suggested my Mom get a cleaning service into her house after spending 2 weeks in the hospital, and coming home very weak. Found them on Groupon and contacted the company to see it they would come to Fredericksburg. They said they would. So ordered the 'deep cleaning' which is supposed to include the "Basic cleaning sessions include dusting and cleaning / sanitizing of the bathroom, kitchen, and floors. Deep-cleaning sessions include the same areas as the basic sessions, plus baseboards, windows and sills, light fixtures, and ceiling fans." The crew arrived; neither spoke English well, one spent a majority of the time in the bathroom (didn't even clean the toilet well, and did not touch the floor), and the other had a dust cloth in one hand and her cellphone in the other. I visited after the 'cleaning;' I could not tell that a cleaning crew had been there; floors were not touched, window sills not touched, baseboards not touched, light fixtures not touched. The kitchen sink had been wiped, but nothing else in the kitchen had been touched. I called, and talked to Jessica, who tried to give me the sob story about being a single mother, dealing with Groupon, driving to 30 miles for the job (note I had asked before purchasing), every excuse but why this crew had done such a HORRIBLE job for my mother. Ultimately, they came back and did a re-cleaning; showed up 2.5 hours late without even calling to say they would be late; it was passable, but still not what I would call a deep cleaning. Really not happy that they would try to take advantage of an elderly lady. If I had not called to complain...buyer beware! read more
