My expectations were managed, as I bought the cheapest package and through a discount service. AM Cleaning exceeded my expectations. My house was immaculate. Not only was it clean, but they made every effort to organize (I'm a bit of a mess). I couldn't stop telling people about how great my house looked! Come prepared with measurements and know what you're looking for. What I did was measure out my entire bathroom drawer and cut out a piece of paper that fits my drawer and brought it with me at the store and use that as a mat while I played around to see what trays fits my drawer and how I want it customized. This saves me time and money (from not overbuying and having to return). Since it's the beginning of the year, ELFA is having a 30% off sale. The store will always have sales at different parts of the year, but I saw some sales going on now. The employees here are nice and so helpful. I wanted to buy a large bin that was out of stock in the store and the cashier helped me order it and it can even be shipped for free at my house or I can choose to do store pickup. I know some products may be a bit pricer than other store competitors, but I feel like the quality of the items you're getting and the variety of shapes and sizes they offer is worth checking out.

I tried to find my way to using them as I felt there would be some sense of cohesive finished product. The principle designer just would not listen. No matter how many times I plainly said what I was wanting and clearly articulated it she just was more interested in attempting to wow me with her software. Describing features and benefits while discussing inherent attributes of their product would have been better than taking broad swipes at other materials that weren't even part of the conversation. I wasn't impressed and didn't see the point in pursuing anything further. I didn't purchase there.

Our family recently moved from Raleigh, NC to Williamsburg VA.
