My experience with my Sales Rep, who did my consultation was great. She was came To my house and was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted. The "in between" people, who schedules- and confirms, not so much... they called me the day before and said left me a couple of messages and said they would not come if they could not reach me. WHEN THEY CONFIRMED THE DATE and time weeks before. Thankfully, the installer, called me that morning of the confirmed date and was making sure "of it was a GO or not" and he brought me back to believing this was a solid company. Firstly, I do like my closet. My issue is with the designer that took measurements and drew plans that were incorrect when the installers arrived. I was forced to accept a closet that wasn't exactly what I expected but certainly a marked improvement! The installers were outstanding! Very professional, able to adapt well and very friendly. They were there for 4 hours because they had so many modifications to make to the original plan. My suggestion is to check the final plan with the company before installation day. Make sure all fixed objects( vents, returns, windows) are accounted for and the measurements are accurate. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I get that in every review there is some opinions and then there are facts. People tend to leave the good reviews or the bad ones not the in between. I'm livid as I was lied to and spent a lot of money for an incomplete closet. I contacted closets by design last fall to have my closet redone. A sales rep came out and measured my ideas. In December it was installed and a foot section was cut short which was supposed to be by our door. I called right away and spoke to an assistant manager and she assured me that they'd be out to fix at no cost and they were out to re-measure that following week. They gave us paper work to sign to say it was at no cost which is paper work I have. Three months went by after the month they said it would take to be in. I called inquiring about this as I spent over $5000 on a closet that was installed incorrectly. The assist manager remembered me and said they'd find out asap what was going on. The manager Steve then sent me via email a proposal asking for over $500 to fix their mess up. I called immediately and was hit with unprofessionalism blaming me for signing off on the original design. I said I paid well over $5000 for you all to measure correctly as that is their job and he said he get back to me the following Monday. Monday came and went and I called that Thursday to see what the outcome was. He sent me a picture that was taking all the shelving and long hanging areas out to replace it with I'm not sure what, two small hanging racks. Nothing like my original design. This is complete garbage for a hefty price tag. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE, DO NOT BELIEVE THESE LIARS! read more

I would not recommend this company. We were quoted a 2 day install which took over 5 months. The communication between the designer, installer and scheduler was awful. The installation crew was kind and very respectful of our space and continue to work with us until the job was finally complete but what a hassle! So many pieces needed to be re-cut, remade or re-installed. The quality of the product is also basically partial board and laminate. For the price they charge you would think quality and craftsman ship would be of importance but that is far from the truth. With all the issues we faced they only discounted $100 the full price for the inconvenience. Save yourself the trouble and go with a true cabinet company for a custom job. read more

Good and bad... like everything in life. While I love the (almost) end result, it has not been without bumps along the way. My 1st installation included the wrong doors as I ordered shaker with lines to match every other shaker cabinet in my house, and I got no lines. Incorrect measurements meant a drawer top was 2" too short & two drawers missing. 6 weeks later, I'm getting my cabinet fronts with lines but two drawer fronts are STILL MIA. Have to wait another 10 days for those . Bottom line, 4 months and still not complete. Any price adjustment or other concession for this inconvenience?? Nope. read more

First of all, I love my closet. It makes my life a lot easier when it comes to finding my shoes; no more shoe boxes. My installer arrived on time, was very polite and went straight to work. He was done in approximately 4 hours, which amazed me because he worked alone. The designer was on point with her measurements and plans. I would recommend this company to anyone. The price was also reasonable; I now have my dream closet. read more
