I spent over $10,000 on flooring from this company, which was installed by a subcontractor they…read morewere partnered with at the time of purchase. Although they stated they "did not do the install," the installer was directly connected to and recommended through them. Three years later, the flooring is separating and clearly showing signs of being installed too tightly, a known installation issue. Instead of standing behind the product and the partnership they promoted, the company has taken zero responsibility and has pushed the issue entirely onto the subcontractor. This is an extremely unprofessional way to handle a major flooring failure, especially given the cost and the fact that customers are led to trust their installer partnerships. Being passed around rather than supported has been frustrating and disappointing. I would caution anyone purchasing flooring here to get everything in writing and be aware that accountability may disappear if problems arise later.

The company finally started responding to my messages once I contacted the BBB. They said they…read morewould split the cost of repainting a room (suggested by the painter they provided) and I declined, given the lack of need until this issue arose. They said they would send a check to cover the cost of the painting (previously, the sent the painter out and had him bill their business). The check has yet to arrive and I question whether it will actually cover the cost of the paint job, should it ever actually come.

We hired Flooring RVA to refinish existing floors and install new flooring in our home. While the…read moreproject was completed in November, our experience since then has been extremely frustrating. After the job was finished, there was no notification that the job was complete. In fact, several materials and tools were left scattered behind. We then discovered numerous issues and excessive damage caused during the process. This included problems with the subfloor, uneven stain coverage where the old stain shows through, gaps and transition issues, mismatched show moulding, and multiple baseboards that were torn off and not reattached correctly. There was also damage to surrounding walls and trim that occurred during the work. A representative from the company finally came out to review these concerns after numerous contact attempts. Upon reviewing the work in person, RVA flooring acknowledged that portions of the work were done incorrectly. We were assured the issues would be corrected and that someone would follow up to schedule the repairs. Unfortunately, that follow-up never happened. For months, we have made repeated attempts to contact the scheduling team to set a date for the agreed-upon fixes, but our outreach has largely gone unanswered. At this point, we are simply trying to have the workmanship issues and damage addressed as promised. We chose Flooring RVA expecting professional service, quality installation, and accountability. We are still hopeful they will stand behind their work and make this right, and we ask that someone from the company contact us to schedule the necessary repairs.

They might do a good job, but I certainly wouldn't give them the chance since apparently they think…read moreit's fine to come onto my property without asking to dump other people's trash into my trash can. I wouldn't care if it's out on the curb but it is your company's responsibility to dispose of trash properly. Even if i wasn't home to see it this time, my cameras captured it last time, it's annoying to have alerts go off while I'm at work over stupid stuff like this. A simple "hey can I dump this trash" is fine, doesn't bother me. *Edit: This seems to be a case of just lack of training for their employees. The owners appear to be aware of the problem and presumably will address it in the near future.

Mixed opinion. For its review, the Company was furnished the Amazon listing of Murphy bed I…read morepurchased. Then I was given an assembly price of $250. Extremely friendly and polite contacts prior to assembly. Day of assembly the two guys worked very hard and long to assemble the bed. However, they finally gave up on assembling the drawer and the drawer does not open/close properly. So now I am afraid that the drawer will be stuck opened or closed. When it came time to pay the price went up to $350. Promised to come back next day to remove all trash. Never heard from them nor would they answer my phone calls. So I'm left with a job not finished by two very polite and good working guys. I paid $414 for the bed and $350 for assembly. So by the time I tipped the guys $20 each, the assembly was only $24.00 cheaper than the bed! Thus my mixed opinion. Their effort was great but I'm left with a bed that isn't properly assembled.
