Jae and Aaron were my movers and these guys are well spoken, professional and real movers. The load had an 850 lb safe on it, they strapped it and carried it off the truck and into position. Now they were sweating a little doing it but these two are well oiled muscle machines. My client told me that she had to have their information as she was going into a rental and would need to move again as soon as she found a home to buy. I was handling the move by myself because my husband was in a new job and couldn't take off work to help and they went the extra mile and even helped me move all of my clothing I'd loaded into my van to move myself but I was running out of steam at the end of that very long, exhausting day and it would've taken me all evening to unload the van without their help. I was only moving 2.3 miles away, and they still managed to turn it into a week-long nightmare. What should have been a straightforward 2 day pack, 1 day load, 1 day move turned into a chaotic mess. A different crew showed up each day with no clue what the others had done, and communication was nonexistent. One day was canceled entirely because their truck broke down. They "lost" $1200 in gaming equipment from my son's room, a full size headboard, and a bed rail--then assembled the bed anyway without saying a word. My iMac was completely smashed. Despite clearly labeled items, they still mixed up what was going to my new home and what belonged in storage. Total damages exceeded $3700. I emailed them repeatedly to file a claim--no response. When I finally texted, I was told, "Sorry, I've been out moving." That's the level of professionalism. I've moved cross-country and overseas. This 2.3-mile move was somehow the most disorganized, careless, and unprofessional experience I've ever had. Do not hire them. You will regret it.

The quote they provided was accurate, but as a customer, it's important to be well-prepared. I opted for the move-only service, and packed everything myself, with them disassembling and reassembling the beds. I highly recommend packing as much as possible in boxes, as it helps the movers work much faster (this applies to any moving company). I felt fully prepared, and the team delivered exactly what we agreed upon. The payment process was straightforward, and they were very communicative throughout.
