If you want the long version keep reading... We had an amazing experience with Flinn's. They were recommended by another plumber due to the need of special equipment to unclog our main sewer line. We contacted them late in the day and were contacted right back and were able to set something up that night for the very next morning which we were thankful for. Jay came out and began looking at our problem and pointed out a water damage problem the clog had caused that we likely would not have noticed until it had done some pretty bad damage. Jay discovered what the problem was and while we had originally called for a main line clog, he let us know that the problem was likely more isolated which ended up saving us some money in the long run. We really appreciated that honesty versus charging us for work that didn't necessarily need to be performed. The very next day the owner reached out to me via text to see how the issue was going and told me to keep in touch about it. Much to our surprise the duct never made it to the exterior wall, it ended a couple of feet from where it dropped thru the floor at the dyer..The job turned out to be much greater and involved than either one of us expected. Joe was able to quickly construct a hard duct work and install it. Working with detailed efficiency Joe solved a serious problem that I didn't even know I had. CK was very professional. The technician came out and took a look, and took the time to confirm that there was nothing simple that could be done to repair the unit. He checked online for the part and ordered it from a source in Louisiana, and scheduled the follow-on appointment to install it. I was given a price that was higher than I would have guessed but not outrageous. The installation appointment went well, as well. The technician not only did the job but pointed out a few things that needed attention in the upcoming year or two. He also answered some questions for my planning purposes about additional jobs -- replacing an aging microwave and dishwasher, etc. Everything was done quickly, cleanly, and at the quoted price. Once when I paid for a half day rental of a bobcat and wasn't quite finished by closing, the owner actually came by and picked up the thing half an hour after they closed rather than force me to pay for an extra day.
