Anytime we have a plumbing emergency, Jerry takes care of it at a very competitive rate. We just re-did our kitchen and Lynch Plumbing installed a new faucet, Disposer and re-installed our Dishwasher. He even put a shut off box in behind the refrigerator for the ice maker line. All done right the first time. I disagree with Terry S's review. Lynch does know what they are doing. I have several condos and Jerry has had to cut into the wall on several occasions. That is where the plumbing is! My suggestion would be to get a siding guy to come out before hand and plan the job. You won't find a better plumber than Lynch, and he was honest with you up front. The owner even told my husband we were never charged for the first visit--interesting, considering we handed over $200 cash. Three visits later, they replaced parts that weren't broken and installed what was essentially a temporary wire instead of an actual repair. After all that, we were told the owner would "take care of us." He never followed up. When we reached out, the solution was simple: pay another $3,000+. The highlight was the third visit, when the technicians tried to leave without confirming anything worked. I stopped them, tripped the pump immediately, and only then did the tech admit he hadn't checked the wiring--because it requires a "specific tool," which he had the entire time. At this point, it feels less like troubleshooting and more like expensive guesswork. If you're looking to spend a lot of money without actually fixing your problem, this is your place. Otherwise, I'd strongly suggest finding someone who diagnoses before replacing parts.

D&H installed a water heater that was illegal to put in my mobile home on 10/19/23…read more Came to replace it, on 10/31/23, with a HUD approved heater and did not understand that it needed a roof jack provided ONLY by the manufacturer. During this time, one of the owners, Dwayne, almost exploded my home 3x after flashes of fire exploded from the bottom of the unit as Dwayne tried to light it. The other owner, Hunter was also present, along with another worker named Ethan. The 3 of them then drilled a hole in the side of my house (about 5" round) to vent the unit. This didn't work, as was evidenced by another fire flash from the bottom of the unit. The 3 of them were at my house from 9:15 to 5:15. Hunter started to ask who had the best pizza locally. I thought he was going to have it delivered. I was wrong. Hunter and Ethan left around 5:00. Dwayne followed shortly after. D&H Plumbing left my home, again, with no hot water. They also left an open hole in the side of my home for bugs, mice, snakes and freezing air to enter my home. They left sharp metal throughout my kitchen and outside where they cut the hole in the side of my house. They gouged and scratched my less than a year old luxury vinyl flooring. After speaking with Dwayne about this, he informed me that he would not be returning until he finds out if AHS ( warranty company) or me was responsible for paying for the 1st water heater, because he could not afford it. He would not come back to cover the hole. I has explained to him on a few occasions that I was disabled, on a fixed income and unable to pay for another plumber to fix it. He refused. After a few days of cold air rushing into my home and fear of outside creatures, I climbed a ladder to close off the hole. I fell of the ladder. As of today, 11/27/23, nothing is resolved. As of today, I woke to a leak in my water heater pipe connection. It is filling one red solo cup every 45 minutes. I am lost.
