Performed Roof Inspection / Certification: We are helping Buyers with a 'short sale' home purchase in Snohomish, WA. Many of you might know, the 'wait' for a short sale approval can be long, and patience is truly a precious commodity for everyone involved. However, once you receive the 'short sale' lender acceptance, everything SPINS into hyper-speed to beat the foreclosure auction. We finally received the lender acceptance, and the property was appraised for the Buyer's lender. The appraiser called out 'roof issues' and required a roof inspection/certification. Buyers are approaching their closing date fast.... I contacted Cliff @ Sharp Roofing via email @ 10pm, yesterday evening. I immediately received a response from Cliff saying he could help. He already looked at the satellite view of the roof, so he could be informed about the roof and property overview. I met him today (less than 12 hours from initial contact), and he happily prepared a roof inspection / certification for the Buyers lender. I'm in the business of exceptional customer service, it's what we have to offer as a real estate agent, to our Customers. It's businesses and people like Cliff, who allow us to be a "shining star" to our Customers. Cliff was highly communicative, and highly responsive to the Buyer's timeline. We cannot thank you enough! read more

Wow!! We were in need of a new roof in order to close our house deal. Cliff was quick to respond with a competitive bid, which we accepted. His knowledge and honesty is apparent and more than expected. In order to close on time, we needed the roof installed and finished sooner than Sharp's schedule allowed but Cori did not hesitate to see what could be done. She called other Sharp customers who were scheduled to see if they would be able to switch dates to accommodate our need. Thanks to a delayed paint job and an understanding customer it all came through. Cori also went beyond exceptional to help us with the demands of our buyers and helped keep a stressed situation calm. Thank you Cori!! The job started on time and the crew, under the leadership of Cipriano, was superb in set up, clean up and workmanship. Cipriano kept in contact from start to finish, keeping us informed and asking if anything else he could do. At the end of 3 days, there was no evidence that work had even been done except we had a beautiful new roof and all it's trimmings. Thank you Sharp Roofing for making our move and selling of our home a lot less stressful. Will recommend to others and use again in future.. read more

This has been the best experience I have ever had with a roofing company for that matter any home improvement business and I am a handyman by trade. The guys at Sharp roofing they are too notch in my book from the pricing to the customer service the guys at sharp are the best. The salesman Brock Kelly was what did it for me he was not a used car salesman as alot of other roof salesman are he took the time to explain everything to us I say us cause my wife was involved he treated her like she was the only one that matters answered every trivial question she had. That makes a good salesman and a company that I will reference all my customers who need roofing repairs or new construction. All I can say is they are the best in the biz read more

I really owe one to Cliff Hurn of Sharp Roofing. We thought it would be easy to have our roof cleaned this year... not the case. I heard a different story from almost every contractor/roof cleaner. Some wanted to charge me hundreds, some thousands; some wanted to use air, some water. Some wanted to replace shingles, others said "no need". With the rain we've seen this season, we needed a professional. Cliff came to my home within hours of me calling him. He assessed the situation and gave me great advice. He then helped me to find the right contractor for the job and wouldn't accept a dime for the consult! I'm glad I don't need a roof repair this season, but when I do, I know I'll call Sharp Roofing. read more

Sharp sent us a team that blew my mind. They take "hard working" to a whole new level. They were also courteous and so focused on the task on hand. Efficient is another adjective that is hard to use nowadays and this crew reminded me of that word! On top of that, they left our premises pristine - I personally saw them going around the perimeter several times to make sure there were no debris left behind. In my 30-some years of career as admin assistant, I have worked with manufacturing companies and manual labor crews and I cannot recall any like the team you sent us. Most decidedly, you will be recommended repeatedly. Again, thank you for your service. read more

Cliff Hurn came out to evaluate my roof (flat roof on a 2 year old construction that I purchased new) after I found some soft spots on the roof. I was unsure if this was due to normal settling or represented defective workmanship. Cliff gave me his honest opinion and spent a lot of time leading me through the materials used for roofing, how they are applied and why this was likely an unconcerning finding due to building settling. I really appreciated his demeanor, his patience in teaching me and how he didn't try to swindle me into repairs that my home didn't need. If you want an honest company to evaluate your roof, this is the place! read more

My wife and I researched many roofers and narrowed it to three. It took a while for everyone to compare the exact same specifications - eg. metal flashing, external covered gutters, transferable warranty, new vents, new fascia. But once this was done, Sharp was the clear winner coming in at $10K less than the next bidder. Since our roof was finished I had two neighbors ask who did the job, they liked the look of the roof and admired the work ethic of the roofers. Then when I explained the cost differential to identical roofs by other roofers, they were convinced enough to contract Sharp to do their roofs. Big win for everyone. read more

Cliff at Sharp Roofing did a great job of helping me decide on a plan for a new roof in December, at a lower quote than other companies. They delivered on their promise of professionalism. Their work and warranty is excellent, and the service too. Roof now has some additional features my old roof lacked, including venting and edging. They were even nice enough to pressure wash moss off my garage roof while on my property. They followed up on a concern I had with some flashing and within a week got it fixed. No-pressure sales. I highly recommend. read more

We love our new roof!! We recommend Sharp Roofing for not only the quality of the roof but also the professionalism of every employee we dealt with. Russ, the estimator/salesman, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Cipriano was the foreman on the job. The work was mainly done while we were at work so I appreciated having 1 contact person who was available any time to keep me up to date. At the end of each day the roofers cleaned up including blowing off the deck and walkways. These guys are pros!! read more

Cliff Hurn knows roofing! We did a lot of research and had 4 estimates done by various roofing companies and decided to work with Sharp Roofing. Cliff provided all the important estimate information as well as quickly answering any questions we had during our meeting with him and via email or phone after. It's been a year now and we are very happy with the appearance and functionality of our roof. The crew that did the work were quick, efficient, cleaned-up and courteous. Thank you to Cliff and Sharp Roofing for everything! read more

I am writing this review 18 months in because coming home I was looking at the roof thinking about how good of a job they did. No issues at all since the install. Snow, downpour, or frost. They removed multiple layers of old shingles and re-sheeted the whole thing and put down a new roof. On top of that they added the correct amount of venting that wasn't there before. The biggest concern for me at the time of install was price and they were the best on that too. Super happy to have been a customer, still am. read more

No doubt these guys are one of the best. For me, not only is the quality and craftsmanship important, but the communication and professionalism stood out. I initiated my conversation with Cliff Hurn, who has more knowledge than anyone I have ever met when it comes to roofing. I always feel like they are taking care of me verse all other times I second guessed the intent of the roofing company and felt like they were trying to gouge me. Highly recommended and trusted. Thanks Cliff read more

I called Cliff for a leak in my roof. He quoted me the price for the fix but also told me if I really wanted to save money I could fix this on my own really easily! He gave me some tin shingles that I would need and told me what I need to buy from the hardware store to get the job done! As a new home owner, every penny helps and appreciated his help. Definitely recommend him! read more

I asked for a quote from Sharp Roofing, explaining that I needed to have my roof cleaned, some shakes replaced and treated. Cliff came over right away, and told me that I didn't need any repair or replacement work, I just needed the chemical treatment. This saves me $1200 from the quote I received from another company before him. I appreciated his honesty! read more

It has been almost a year since the Sharp Roofing team replaced our roof. When we bought our house 11 years ago, we were told the roof had about ten years left. Cliff came over on short notice, looked at the roof and helped us understand of the roof's condition, what would need to be done and when as well as our options. Super clear. No pressure. No pressure to go the most expensive route. Very impressed! read more

Sharp Roofing did an outstanding job on my new metal Roof. Pricing was competitive and the crew worked tirelessly in the hot sun and 90 degree weather on the steep-pitched roof. They replaced sections of plywood that had water damage and made sure the property was cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Sharp Roofing! read more
