All of the high scores for this dental office are to be trusted. The quality of care was fantastic. The "bedside manner" I received from Sharon and Boba were kind, genuine, and informative. My experiences in the office were smooth. I'm so glad to have found a dentist I can trust, feel safe in, and be well taken care of. read more

Dr Albright and her team are professional and caring. I'm greeted with a smile at every appointment, and I feel appreciated. I'm so pleased that my teeth and gums are now healthy. Plus, I'm very happy and thankful that the appearance of my teeth and my smile has improved. In addition, I must mention how punctual they are in this office. My appointments start at the scheduled time, and I've never had to wait. Also, I'm so happy that I've found a dentist that cares about me, and who listens to my concerns. Dianna Sensley read more

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Sharon Albright's office, both with the dental work and with the front-desk staff. I came in as a new patient to have three damaged fillings repaired. Before scheduling, I specifically called to ask about insurance coverage because the practice was out of network. The explanation I received from the front desk led me to believe that my insurance would cover approximately 80% and that I would be responsible for the remaining balance and copay. Based on that conversation, I expected to pay roughly $500-$600. Instead, I later received a bill of approximately $1,500. When I asked the office staff to explain the charges and how the out-of-network coverage worked, they were dismissive and extremely rude. I ultimately had to figure out the insurance structure myself. A clear explanation upfront would have prevented much of the confusion. More importantly, the fillings were left uneven, creating a raised area that caused significant pain whenever I bit down. I remained in pain for approximately a month and had to return to the office twice to have the fillings adjusted. During the first follow-up, the dentist checked my bite and shaved the fillings, but the problem was not fully corrected, requiring another visit. During the second visit, while I was still experiencing pain from the dental work, the front-desk staff made me feel as though I should be grateful that the office was correcting work that should have been completed properly in the first place. They also treated me as though I might not pay my bill and would not allow me to see the dentist until payment was made. I understand requiring payment, but the way the situation was handled was unnecessarily disrespectful and humiliating. After this experience, I decided not to return. I later received a reminder for a previously scheduled cleaning, along with a warning that I would be charged if I did not cancel. The office only allowed cancellation by phone, adding another inconvenience to an already poor experience. Overall, I had to make two additional visits, experienced pain for about a month, received misleading information about my financial responsibility, and was treated very poorly by the front-office staff. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice. read more

Our entire family (2 adults and preteen kiddo) have been patients of Dr. Albright for many years. She and her staff are very caring and thoughtful. Dr Albright has a very gentle, kind manner. She and her entire staff truly care about their patients and it shows. I've been very happy with our quality of care we've received over the years from regular cleanings (spa day for my mouth), invisalign (yay! Straight teeth) to the very occasional cavity fillings. At a recent cavity filling appointment for my 11 year old, Dr Albright took the time to show my daughter the photos of her cavity, explained exactly what they were doing and answered all of her questions to help with her nervousness. Explaining as she was going along exactly what she might feel ("this might feel cold..") and what they were doing as they were working. Her explanations were all age appropriate, clear and straightforward. Also checking-in throughout to make sure she was alright during various points of the procedure. ("Doing ok still? Thumbs up?") Dr. Albright and her staff are just as great with children as they are with adults. My daughter was 5 when we first started taking her here and her level of care and ours has always been constant. Their office is on the 2nd floor of the building. Each room has huge windows that let in a ton of natural light and look out to the tops of maple trees and other trees the rooms feel open and more relaxing. They work with our various dental insurances over the years and the billing team has always been clear in helping in understanding what our out-of-pocket cost will be. Also, because this is a small office, calling in to speak with someone is a breeze and the receptionist team is fantastic and friendly. They have reasonable working hours, which means I often can schedule my daughter's appointments for after her school gets out. We're happy here and we hope that you will be too. read more

Simply the best dentist and staff, and they play great music. I came to Dr Albright after my beloved dentist of 30 years retired, and to my delight feel like I got an upgrade. read more

The dental hygienist was excellent she X -rayed, cleaned and flossed, my teeth without any pain, which for me was unusual, and they look great. She was also conscientious about listening to me about some roughness on my gums and taking time to examine it. She relayed her findings to Dr. Albright. Dr. Albright has always been very knowledgeable and takes care to resolve, and/or keep an eye on any problems. In fact, she recommended a specialist to take a look at the patch of roughness on my gums, which I thought wasn't a big deal. Also, I love the music they play ;-) read more

I went here one time 10 years ago, did not have a good experience, and have not been able to get them to stop contacting me by email or text ever since then. They found lots of tiny problems they wanted to charge me for that no other dentist has agreed with before or since then. I get constant messages asking me to make an appointment and use up my dental benefits. It's disgusting. read more

Always ten out of ten service, especially the hygienist Boba! Been happily using her for twenty years.

I was looking for a dentist that could see me immediately because of a throbbing tooth ache. My previous dentist couldn't see me until two weeks later. So, I called my family to explain my current state, and they recommended Dr Albright. Within five minutes, I was in a conference call talking with Dr Albright, and she was able to see me early the next morning. I was so relieved to hear that a dentist I did not know was willing to care for me on such short notice. First of all, Dr Albright and the entire staff are kind and very competent professionals. On the day of my appointment I was greeted warmly by Dr Albright and her staff. I was treated with the utmost of care and compassion. I came to the office in a lot of pain, and I was very emotional. However, after the appointment I was no longer in pain, and my emotional state had improved significantly. At this time, I've had a few appointments and I've had a chance to meet most of the staff in Dr Albright's office. I can truly say that after every appointment I leave their office feeling better than when I arrived. I'm now feeling good about my dental health. Dr Albright helped to create a plan to improve my health, and to reach my goal of having a beautiful bright smile. I feel confident that choosing Dr Albright was the right decision for me. If you're looking for a highly skilled dental team who will treat you with respect, kindness and compassion, I highly recommend Dr Albright's office. Dianna Sensley read more

The first thing about Dr Albright that I noticed was that she treated her staff with courtesy, she didn't interrupt them, over talk them and clearly showed she respected them Ask to her care, she was extremely thorough and careful I am terrified of dentists and consequently I have no upper teeth. She explained my options and what would be realistic . She even addressed my fantasies. She then gave me realistic options and sent me to her financial expert. She too was outstanding showed me my options discussed insurers and how that worked with her practice and even went so far as to ensure that I could get the necessary funding. Most importantly, Dr Albright also treated my 14-year-old granddaughter and explained some abnormalities about my granddaughters bite, molars and what her teeth told me about her overall health. Obviously we're in it for the long haul with Dr Albright. read more

Dr. Albright is an excellent Dentist. I have been going to her for services for about a year now. I have seen improvements including resolved jaw pain and clicking when I used to open my mouth extra wide. She spends time, uses critical thinking, corrects if something isn't working and is very fair. The office is not handicap accessible unfortunately. I counted 20 steps outside. So you'll need to be able to walk up 2 flights to gain access to Dr. Albright and her awesome crew!
