She wasn't sure what we were asking. She even told us that her English wasn't very good. Eventually, we got to "plain cheeseburgers were $3.50", great. My husband asked if they did a lettuce wrap or if they had gluten-free buns, as he is celiac. She said yes, they could do both. He asked for a gluten free bun and a double bacon burger. He pointed to the glamorous pictures of the burgers on the wall and asked her "will my burger looked just like that"? she said yes. Well, not only was that completely untrue. It was not good. He received, two sad looking, thin patties, no cheese, no tomato, pitiful little pieces of wobbly, undercooked bacon all hiding under the wilty lettuce. The poor kid in the back who was actually cooking the burgers had to also run the food out because she was busy at the counter with more customers. When he set my husband's burger down, we both just laughed at it. We asked the kid about the gluten-free buns, he said we don't have those. Poor kid, he felt bad. He was doing his part the best he could. It makes no sense to have someone taking orders who struggles with English and doesn't understand the menu or gluten free. We will not be going back. (And I didn't even mention my conversation with her about the carbonation being out on the soda machine, forget it) We will not be going back.

I do appreciate the option for Impossible dogs and burgers, though you'll have to order them without a bun and most toppings to keep it vegan. It seems like a neighborhood spot where the people are friendly and no one is judging if you need to start happy hour at 3pm. On that note though, it's a huge bummer that the happy hour deals got a major downgrade. Instead of all drinks being $5 flat, now it's just $3 off select cocktails and $2 off beer and wine. Since the Four Points location closed, I get it, they're clearly trying to cut back and improve margins. It's a fine deal but for the quality of cocktails, not really worth it anymore.

The atmosphere and decor does not match what I thought would be a theme, kind of sad that it focuses on the beer but even then, the decor is cold. Because you really do not get a server, no one comes by to check on your service, food or refills. And remember you already tipped when you placed the order! When you go out you want an experience and we did not get that here.

The majority of the property is covered by an expansive patio area, perfect for groups. They have a number of large tables, small tables and even chaise lounge chairs - whatever makes you comfortable! We arrived later in the night just as the live band was wrapping up but there were many of people out back watching the World Cup game. In terms of drinks, I got the skinny rabbit margarita and it was fantastic. It far exceeded my (admittedly, low) expectations. It had a mint accent which was delicious, and combined with a tajin rim, the perfect summer drink. Don't worry, if you don't like mint, they will happily leave it out. My friends got an espresso martini, customized without baileys or dairy, and enjoyed it for a bar that doesn't seem like they would even have espresso martinis. One odd note that I did notice is that the handwashing sink for the restrooms is outside of the restroom and around the corner both inside and outside. At first I thought that they did not have handwashing sinks and was confused but noticed them once I left. Hopefully people remember to do this when they leave!!

We ordered a kids cheeseburger meal and a Classic Burger with fries and a drink added on. The young man working the register was very kind, and our food was ready in a little under 10 minutes. I can't speak for what it's like during busier daytime hours since we came a little after 8 p.m., but the restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating. I'd definitely come back during a different time of day just to compare the experience. As for the food, I'm someone who almost always has to ask for my burger to be cooked well done (even with thin patties), so I was pleasantly surprised that my kids cheeseburger came out exactly how I like it. I also appreciated being able to customize it with extra toppings. The fries were fresh, crispy, and nicely toasted--not soggy at all. My husband enjoyed his Classic Burger as well. His only complaint was that it isn't automatically a combo meal, so the fries and drink had to be purchased separately. Other than that, his burger was cooked properly, and he had no issues with it. He also commented on how much he liked the dimmed lighting inside. After an overstimulating day, it was actually a really relaxing atmosphere to end the evening.
