Tien should learn customer service etiquettes or find a new job that does not require working with kids or parents. Not acceptable!!! Another hair dresser told my husband that management have raised prices and not to tell customers. The website still list hair cut and other services of $25 when booking online. The price increase is not much. Which I would not mind paying. Tien did not tell me price have increased prior to telling me my daughter hair was too long and knotted and said she wouldn't do it for the price listed during booking. When I went to tell Tien to do my daughter hair she was talking to 4 other hair dressers sitting there doing nothing. It was not a busy time and was only 1 hair dresser with a customer. How do 4 hair dresser decline to work service to a customer?!!! They are there to work not sit around. Picking and choice what they want or don't want to do.
