To our dismay, our 22+ year old AC unit stopped working at the start of a weeklong heatwave. We…read morewere able to secure a next morning appt with Advanced Plumbing, Heating and Air, and Victor came out, assessed the furnace and outside unit, and let us know that it was pretty much kaput (which we expected). Victor provided detailed and thorough information, and showed me all the areas that were broken/corroded and were contributing to the overall dysfunctions. We had had our dryer repaired a few weeks ago by different vendor, and Victor's assessment aligned with that vendor's assessment -- that we were possibly dealing with a full HVAC issue. Victor was able to apply a bandaid fix to hold us over in the heat and scheduled an appointment with Mark, who came to our home later that evening to do a further assessment and to provide us replacement and financing options. We were able to secure an installation appt of the new HVAC system two days later, in which, Bobby and his team came in and took care of. The installation took just under six hours and from what I could tell, went smoothly, though I did feel bad that they were installing the system on a very hot day. But they didn't complain and remained professional and courteous. Overall, we felt well-informed and well taken care of by this company! All the employees we interacted with were professional, personable, laid back, and provided us great, fast, and generous service and care. We ran into some hiccups with financing but Mark helped us iron that out quickly and smoothly. The investment of the new HVAC system was resonable and fit our home goals. I appreciated that we didn't feel upsold to or pressured, and that they took the time to understand our pain points so that we could make the best decision. We're happy with our new HVAC system and are looking forward to seeing the physical and financial benefits of having an up-to-date and more efficient system. Would highly recommend.

On top of that, the work was done very well. He and his crew were hardworking, professional, and left the area so clean it was like nothing had even happened. That really stood out to me, especially for a job this messy and involved. Enrique has been honest, reliable, and easy to work with from start to finish. I even heard good things about him from the city when I pulled the permit, which says a lot. I already have him on speed dial and have recommended him to neighbors in my HOA community. Ignore the negative reviews and at least get an estimate from him first. I'll definitely be using him again in the future!!!!!!!

He listened to my concerns and we arrived at a compromise. So, just be informed of the charges beforehand and get multiple estimates if you can. This time, though, I absolutely hit the jackpot, and I have to give credit where it's due. Sergio is everything you hope for but rarely find--honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing right by his customers. After seeing so many glowing reviews, I decided to give his company a call, and I'm so glad I did. He answered immediately and, by sheer luck, was already working nearby, so he stopped by to check out my leaky kitchen sink. He took the time to walk through the issue with me, even having me recreate what I thought was causing the problem (of course, it didn't happen while he was there!). When I called my husband to explain, Sergio patiently listened, assessed the situation, and confidently reassured him that everything was resolved. My husband was skeptical, but Sergio stood by his expertise so firmly that he was willing to back it up--promising to return if anything came up. That kind of confidence and accountability is rare. Then came the part that truly impressed me--when I asked about the cost, he told me there was no charge. I couldn't believe it. It's not just his skill that stands out--it's his integrity, fairness, and the way he treats people. In a time where that can feel hard to come by, Sergio is a reminder that true professionalism still exists. If you're looking for someone dependable, straightforward, and exceptionally good at what they do, Sergio is the one to call. Don't think twice--you'll be in great hands.

First he did very clean and professional work - left our garage clean exactly as he found it. Second, he was super honest and patient with us. Took a lot of time explaining things and answered all the questions we had. Our water heater had a bad leak, called him around 8pm, and he was able to come the very next morning at 7am.
