Dutch Apple Pie for my bratty daughter because she behaved while we were here!

Great food. Jessica C. was our server and she was incredibly kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone passing through. Big plus for being open late!

This place was incredibly delicious. I loved everything I ordered. I got an egg scramble with tomato, Pico de Gallo, cheese, and sausage. I go a side of buttermilk pancakes. I also got 2 hot teas. The eggs were really tasty. I'm picky about eggs and at most places, I don't like their eggs. They are watery or rubbery or tasteless. But these eggs are flavorful and fluffy. The cheese actually tasted like yummy cheddar cheese. The sausage was YUM! And the pancakes were fluffy and cakey. Waitress was friendly. They had a bunch of award winning pies too but I was so full that I haven't tried mine yet. I'm not from Oregon so I got their Marion berry pie, which is supposed to be exclusively from Oregon! Also ordered Banana cream. They also give you a reward card where if you sign up you get a free slice. Wish they had this place in LA!

Stopped by to eat here because almost everything else was closed on Independence Day. I use to eat here often just for the cream cheese and strawberry crepes, unfortunately they have since taken them off the menu. So I decided to order the breakfast sampler, but substituted the pancakes for biscuits and gravy. The bacon was so over cooked that I couldn't eat it. The sausage was close to the same. The biscuits and gravy came to the table cold, although it did have a great flavor, and probably would have been perfect had it been served warm. The best part of the meal was the eggs and hash browns. The kids ate pancakes with chocolate syrup (sugar overload, lol), and my husband ate a bacon cheddar patty melt, which he said was delicious. Overall I would recommend stopping here. They are very well known for their pies, unfortunately we didn't have room in our tummies left for a slice.

This is what you get for $15.99. I've had bigger fishsticks

Not worth your time. They don't even care to seat you let alone serve you. Empty restaurant. Oh well.

We had the two specials: my wife had the rib eye steak and I had the cioppino. The steak was served with a blue cheese butter, asparagus and mashed potatoes. The steak was so tender you could cut it with a fork. Truly delicious. I like to think of myself as a cioppino snob as it is one of my favorite meals and I've had it at restaurants all over the world. I must say Carson's recipe is superb. His broth has subtle flavors of tarragon and fennel. He adds sole, blue crab and shrimp for the protein. It's truly outstanding and one the best I've had. Jolie is not only the hostess, but also the waitress and pastry chef. She's charming and really fun to talk to. She let us sample some of the full-bodied red wines as well as a nice Petite Syrah. She also enticed us to try her peanut butter shortbread dessert. It melted in your mouth. The restaurant decor is charming and cozy. It makes for a very intimate setting and Jolie and Carson makes it feel like your having dinner with good friends. Still the best restaurant in Grants Pass. Apparently, Carson makes Osso Buco, which is another one of my favorites. I will be sure to come back to try it.

There's a cool wood-fired oven for pizza, which was a fun process to watch. I ordered the patty melt, which is something I never order, but I was in a rush to decide & did one of those, "I'll have what he's having" things when my husband ordered his patty melt. We're big seltzer water people, so when we went to order a seltzer and the lady told us it was free and self-serve, I was elated. The food didn't take very long & it was tasty looking! The sandwich was cut in half with smashed burger meat overflowing past the bread. It was glorious. The part of the plate that wasn't dominated by melty goodness was filled with with well-seasoned and crisp homemade fries. I could smell how delicious everything was the moment the moment the plate was set down in front of me. Flavor & texture of all the things exceeded expectations. The patty melt had layers of crispy fried onions that made for a lovely and tasty first-bite surprise, & continued to bring joy with each subsequent bite. Every there was incredibly nice and friendly. Dining there was so easy and lovely. Would love to come back the next time we pass through!

Since we were unfamiliar with Dominican food, we asked for guidance from the owner. He recommended a bowl with yellow rice, fried plantains and red beans. We chose chicken and added the cabbage with avocado dressing. We shared a small bowl while waiting for our MQC sandwich to be made. The bowl was wonderfully flavorful with great textures. We fought over the plantain. The MQC sandwich is an invention by the owner, a fusion of Dominican foods and flavors. We followed his recommendation and chose pork. It was delicious - one of the most amazing meals I have had. The fried plantain "bun", the homemade sauce, the pork, everything was balanced and amazing. The inside is colorful and comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful. The consistent 5 star reviews are legit. This place is a treasure in Grants Pass.
