Usually this place is very good and prompt to get your drinks out, but today I had to reorder my drink and even then, I walked out of the store with an incorrect order. I ordered a strawberry ice blended with lychee jelly and no ice cream and received a strawberry ice blended with boba and ice cream. I told the employee that my order was incorrect, specified what was wrong and received just the drink, no jelly. I was on a schedule, so I just left with my drink - it wasn't even blended fully. I'm chewing large chunks of ice as I type this. To clarify, this has never happened before and I'm pretty sure it won't happen again, but I was still disappointed. read more

Every order is done in less than 8 minutes and they've never messed up an order of mine! The macaroons are very tasty plus the pricing is reasonable. The pricing for the actual beverages are perfect in my opinion since the cups are quite large. I normally love this place. But for some reason my drinks have been very inconsistent. I always get the same thing, Okinawa pearl milk tea no ice 80% sugar. It's upsetting because sometimes it's absolutely perfect. Today, it didn't taste like anything at all. It might have been the last bit of tea, but they definitely didn't put the right amount of creamer or sugar. It wasn't creamy or flavorful as I always have had it. Today it's just wateryI would've went back to get it fixed but can't today. The girls at the counter taking orders are always friendly. It's just the bar people maybe aren't trained thoroughly ....? Definitely taste your drink before you leave. Update: 10/18/19 Haven't been here in a while. The girl taking orders was very friendly and she was very nice about the whole situation. Prices did increase quite a bit. They also didn't give me the 15% off for checking in.... and it's a one time check in discount.... so that sucks. Anyways, this update was for the same drink I usually get. Whenever I see the usual employees, I know my drink and service will be great. I wish I could remember their names (Alyssa...? And others), but they weren't there. Today, was just funny because it was that ridiculous. I asked if there was any way to get it more creamy (asked if I could just get some melted cream to add in myself). Of course, no they can't do that. I get it. So instead they decide to remake my drink. Now here's the funny part. The boy did NOT melt the creamer first before adding it to my old drink! Come on, it should've been obvious that it won't mix cold. Hahaha Then tried to pass off the drink to me with literal chunks of powder and the whole bottom just powder not even half attempted to dissolve. (Another boy eventually remade it again.) But to think that the first guy tried to play it off telling me it's because there's ice and it's supposed to be that way. Dude, working in a boba place for 5+ years, you can tell when someone is just too lazy to remake it the proper way. Too funny. After the second guy made my drink proper it was fine. read more

I've always had good experiences with other Sharetea locations, so i decided to give this a try since it's so close to my house. It was kind of busy so i tried to be patient with how long the [two] drinks i ordered were taking. But 30 minutes for two milk teas (pretty much the simplest drink to make), is kind of crazy. There was a lot of staff, but they were all lackadaisical so that explained why a 5 minute drink took 30 minutes to be made. Will probably drive the extra 10 minutes to go to Boba Fiend where they make good drinks in 2 minutes tops. read more

Honey Milk Tea or TARO with Boba is the way to go!! This place was so so good! We were looking for a place for Boba and drove a but out of our way to try this new place. We are very glad we did and it now has us hooked!! On top of that we received great customer service :) The prices are a huge plus also! Not too expensive to fix your boba cravings. The drinks are very good. I tried creama tea (black and greentea). Its not too sweet or plain like other places. However, the creama cocoa was too sweet for me ( i ordered regular sugar and ice). I think if you guys are not sweetie favor people, you should tell them less sugar in creama has milk. Grapefruit tea was good too. I like how they have a "small plastic knife" for drinking creama tea instead of using straw. However, minus 1 star for the decoration of the store. Otherwise, this is Da best place in this area for me now! You guys should try it!!! read more

Today was our first time coming to Share Tea. We had high expectations since we heard other people say it was good. When we got in we didn't know what to get and the person at the register was very rushed and didn't ask us if we had questions although it was empty inside and there was no one in line behind us. We got the Oreo iced blended & taro ice blended. Honestly not impressed. The Oreo one tasted like caramel with coffee and NOTHING like oreos. The taro did not taste like taro AT ALL it's just purple like taro should be but that's it. It just tasted like milk with sugar. The taro & Oreo bobas I've tried at my local donut shop tastes 100000 times better than these. They also took forever with our order when it wasn't busy & to top everything off they didn't say our order was ready.... they literally left our order there and we had to guess if it was ours. Probably never coming back again. Don't recommend unless you like drinks that taste completely different than what you expect. read more

Great boba! Perfect flavor and the boba had the right consistency. This was my first visit, definitely will be back.

My boyfriend and I have been here 3 times. The first 2 times the wait was extremely long. It took over 30 minutes to get our boba. After getting the boba it was very hard and not good at all. I got a frozen drink with ice cream the second time and the ice cream was frozen solid so I could not drink it for 40 minutes. The third time we went, which will be the last time, I ordered a tea without sugar. I tried the tea and it clearly had sugar. I took it back to tell them and they told me that that's just the way it is but they failed to inform me before I ordered it that it had sugar in it. They were very unhelpful and we won't be going back based on everything that has happened. read more

This is a nice addition to Riverside. I'm not sure what all the fuss was about wait times. You should expect to wait a little longer when a brand new business opens the first week because everybody wants to try it at the same time. However, I had a completely different experience arriving on a Saturday around 4pm. We were greeted by the employees who asked if it was our first time. They were very helpful explaining the menu and we got our boba in about 3 minutes. Our drinks were amazing and very different compared to most boba we've had. This is how boba should taste.
