I wish they had Jasmine tea with cream top and brown sugar Boba. The California locations do. The green tea that I had was good and the Boba was good if not a little chewy. It would be nice just to have some additional flavors.

Sharetea inside Desert Ridge provided excellent customer service. The menu and prices were exactly what we expected. The area had a relaxed and cool vibe, with plenty of seating outside. I loved the picture of two anime characters on the wall, and surprisingly, we ended up ordering the same thing as the character in the picture. Overall, it was a great experience. We love matcha, and adding boba made it even better.

The workers were friendly. The place was clean. I had the passion fruit orange and grapefruit tea. I had mine with less ice & half of the regular sweetness. It was so good! The only downside was that I almost choked on an unexpected seed from either the orange or grapefruit. Either way, it wasn't ridiculously priced and next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely get another drink here. There's so many choices. Yassss.

I've tried a lot of boba places, and this one stands out! The mango slush with lychee jelly was fresh and flavorful. The drinks are well-crafted, and the shop has such a nice vibe. Definitely worth checking out! But, maybe waste long time to waite

Places like this can be hot or miss for me! I got a winter melon lemonade with 30% sweetness. It just tasted too syrupy and sweet still but I think 0% sweet wouldn't have been great either. It was a little pricey. It is cute in here and nice staff! Very large menu to select from.

I was charged $9.75 for a so-called large order fee. I took six kids to order seven drinks in one setting. If I knew I would have have each kid ordered separately. Boba was also undercooked and too chewy. Size of the drinks also shrunk!

The last two times I visited this location, I didn't recognize a single staff member. Drinks are no longer consistent, service is mediocre - I presume because everyone is training. There is never management presence, so staff seem to do their own thing for better or for worse. On my previous visit I was informed the shop also got rid of their loyalty card program, no more freebies for regular visitors who fill up a card. I went yesterday, figuring a Monday would be a good bet to get a drink in a reasonable time. There were four staff members in attendance, three young girls making drinks at a cringeworthy pace, and one gentleman. The gentleman had a lot of attitude when taking drink orders, not to mention when you come up to cash he won't greet you; he'll ignore you while he tinkers around with other things. Once the gentleman takes the order, he proceeds to stand there staring at the girls while they make the drinks, doing absolutely nothing to help. There were 3 orders including mine in queue for 7 drinks total. With four employees it took 20 minutes from ordering to completion of the 7 drinks. The employees do not seem confident in how to make the drinks, the workspace is completely disorganized, there is sticky syrup everywhere... Nothing like the sound of sticky syrup on the floor sticking to your shoes. One drink was ok, the other drink was a disaster. I ordered the Mango & Passion Fruit Tea at half sweet with just boba, no jelly (I normally order jelly with it) and it was soooooooo sweet. It was the sweetest boba I've ever had in my life. I absolutely could not drink the drink as is. I would have had the staff fix my drink, but the gentleman was so rude I didn't really want to have to deal with his attitude on top of everything else. I waited until I got home, poured out half the liquid, and added water. Finally the drink was where the sweetness should be, making me think they might have given me 1.5x sweet instead of .5x sweet. DIY fixing your drink when you get home is not what I had in mind for a $6 drink. Hard pass on this place. I'm thoroughly disappointed and it seems based on the other recent reviews this is a growing trend. Sadly, this location has gone downhill fast. Not the kind of boba shop I want to support.

Came here on a Saturday evening and it was packed! I encountered the most awkward transaction at the cash register. I think they need to work on this if they want tips.. So shortly after placing the order I noticed the employee taking the orders would ask in a loud monotone voice if they would tip. And all the customers behind the customer at the counter agreed how that was what to do if you don't want tips. Maybe try a friendly approach and not be straight up asking? Just a tip if you want tips. My order was messed up 2 times, first was with ice, second was with no foam, 3rd was finally correct but not good. I ordered the Matcha foam with pearls. The Foam was perfect. The Matcha had no matcha taste. The Pearls were firm and not enjoyable. I didn't eat the pearls. They are slammed busy but they also had a ton of staff. This doesn't give an excuse for the quality to suffer.

Wow haven't written a review in a while. Met up with some friends here and it was the perfect treat for a warm day. I've been to the Tempe location several times, but this was my first time at this one in Desert Ridge. It's next to a bunch of stores but H&M may be the largest one for easy reference. I like that there's other seating nearby since there's only one table outside, but it was free when we were there so we used it. I wanted something without caffeine so I ordered the honey lemonade. Usually comes with aloe vera but I only like boba (pearls) so I got that instead. I ordered my drink with less ice, 50% sugar and it was such a refreshing treat. The boba was chewy and cooked nicely. Service was friendly and you can either get 10% off your drink by checking into Yelp, or you can get a stamp card. I chose the latter so I could use it during my future visits. Definitely a great addition to this shopping center and hope they stick around for a long time!

I'm so happy that Sharetea has finally opened in AZ! I've gone to numerous Sharetea locations all over California, and I'm always dying to get boba there when I'm back home in the Bay Area. But now, I don't have to wait months to return home and go to one of my favorite boba shops because it's finally here! I ordered an oolong tea with lychee jelly and creama. It was exactly like Sharetea in California! I've been to other locations that are slow to get the drinks made right when they first open, but this location is still in their soft opening and it's perfect! read more

I've had sharetea in California and I'm very happy they decided to bring the franchise over to Arizona. Drinks and staff are great. We live in Chandler and we are willing to make the drive. We will definitely be going to this location until the one in Chandler opens. read more

i liked the customer service! & they have options for sweetness level & ice level which is nice. it felt very crowded & busy but that isn't their fault. i really love boba normally but this was just kind of disappointing. coffee boba was not good. no coffee flavor until the very end & it was very bitter. feeling pretty bummed about it. read more

So happy to see the first Sharetea open in Arizona. We don't need to go to California or Las Vegas to get the Sharetea drinks anymore. We ordered QQ Happy Family Milk Tea and Hawaii Fruit with Aiyu Jelly this time. We like the QQ Happy Family Tea more, we would recommend the QQ Happy Family Milk Tea. Also the Peach Kiwi Tea is pretty good as well. read more

I come here all of the time and I usually get the Matcha with Fresh Milk. Matcha is my favorite kind of tea and these guys know how to make a good Matcha tea. When I get it, I usually adjust the sweetness to 50 percent and it tastes so refreshing! Not too sweet and not too bitter. I also really like the fruit teas. Those taste the best without added sweetener (0 percent) because the fruit makes it sweet and flavorful enough. Overall, this place has a helpful staff, the atmosphere is pretty hip, and the drinks are tasty. I will continue coming back for the Matcha with Fresh Milk and I will keep trying other drinks on the menu! read more

Great boba place. Best one north of the city for authentic tasty drinks. Only a four star because they need to work on efficiency and speed. Also only let you do two toppings max (no split). Lots of choices, fair pricing and boba has the right chew. A little sweet but at least you can reduce the sweetness to make it just right. read more

Share tea has amazing boba tea! I got the ice blended taro and replaced the pudding with tapioca pearls, and it was AMAZING!! I got my drink about 2 minutes after ordering, and everyone was so kind! The drink is a great size, and the prices are not bad! The drink I got was $5.95. It was one of the more expensive because it was ice blended, but there are many other less expensive drinks. I love that the drinks are so customizable! I got mine at 80% sweetness, but haven't tried it at normal. I would reccomend getting 80% for most people who don't want an overwhelmingly sweet drink. Overall, Sharetea is an amazing shop and I love visiting! read more

I'm not sure what happened to this location since I last came here. This was the first bubble tea shop and one of the very few in Arizona that I trust since I moved here. I've been going here since they opened and have never experienced such terrible customer service. I usually don't rate places on customer service, but this has been an exceptionally bad experience. Today is their last day open before the shelter in place order so we thought we could make one last trip for the time being. We arrived 30 minutes prior to closing but as we walked up the employee was locking the door and ignored us. We tried to get her attention even for an explanation but she continued to ignore us and started cleaning up. We didn't come at the last minute so I don't understand why this employee decided to act this way..and we'll never know because she just ignored us. I'm really disappointed - I've been to several different sharetea locations and not once has this happened. read more

My friend two daughters and I were enjoying DR until we became hot and thirsty. We saw this cute shop and stopped in only to be kicked out. No costumers in sight and staff all in the back chatting. The smell was off putting as well. Guess it's just for tweens not mothers and their daughters. Hard pass. read more

We have been looking for a decent place for boba milk tea, my wife loves their tiger milk boba tea and Jasmine milk boba tea. You can choose how much you want for ice and sugar which is really good for individuals flavor. Definitely worth to try it if you'd like milk and tea mixed with some chewy riceball. read more

I heard that some employees have tested positive for COVID and other who worked with them had to continue coming to work. I'm not going to this place unless I know that any employees exposed to covid have self isolated the CDC recommended amount of time. read more

Best bubble tea near the North Scottsdale area! Also the most authentic (everything else within 10 miles is pretty Americanized or has unsatisfying boba). I really enjoyed the oolong classic milk tea. Prices are also reasonable. Really excited that they opened a location here! read more

I was told corporate policy prohibits adding boba to the lime mojito, even if I'm willing to pay for it. This is completely ridiculous! There are plenty of boba places willing to customize my drink anyway I want it. Why would I ever come back here?! read more

I was coming in to order a drink a few days ago and couldn't help but notice how unprepared the store was. There was no clear screen between the staff and customers. Leaving them vulnerable to catching COVID-19 at this time. I came in today but left because the store was packed. Seems they aren't enforcing social distancing. I hope they close until they can protect their own employees. read more

One of the best boba places in the Phoenix area. They have a great selection: from your typical milk teas to house specialties (makes sure to check it out). The place is small... with the intention of grabbing a drink and continuing with shopping. However, the service is friendly. Last time, the worker offered me his "shift drink." Apparently, each employee gets a free drink at the end of his/her shift. Pretty awesome! My favorite so far...matcha with milk. Don't judge..try it! read more

That said, the fried chicken bao and BBQ pork dumplings were really good, and I would go back for those. Given the lack of options in this category for the Valley, I would definitely make this a staple if I lived closer. The staff was friendly, and it was affordable.

Sharetea is one of the most authentic Taiwanese boba spots in Phoenix, which is a rare find in a city where many boba places feel more westernized. The drinks are fantastic--rich, flavorful, and true to the Taiwanese roots of boba. If you're looking for sweeter, more experimental flavors like mojito or Oreo boba, you might prefer other spots, but for authentic boba, Sharetea is hard to beat. That said, there's room for improvement in the service. During our visit, the staff seemed eager to close up, dimming the lights and cleaning about 15 minutes before closing, which made the atmosphere feel a bit rushed. They were also out of boba and jelly, which was a letdown, but the drinks we did get were still delicious. I'm giving Sharetea five stars because their drinks are excellent, and it's so important to support an authentic Taiwanese boba shop in Phoenix. I hope the service experience can improve to better match the amazing quality of the drinks. This is easily one of the best places for real boba, and I'll definitely be back! read more

I came into the store this afternoon, and I havent been in for a little while, the quality of the employees and management must have gone down because what I saw was unacceptable. No one was in anything resembling a uniform, one girl came in over 15 minutes late with a blatant hickey on her neck, and I waited for over 25 minutes for 2 drinks... its unfortunate because I like the drinks so much, but I will not be going back in anytime soon unless they get their store in order.. I very rarely review places, but since I moved down to phoenix from Washington, I missed great boba places, and once I learned a sharetea was opening down here I was ecstatic. Shartetea is an awesome chain that serves some of the best boba around, and its a chain, which makes the feat even more impressive. They just opened but are already killing it and will only get better with each day that goes by. Highly recommend trying sharetea out. read more

This place just recently opened at Desert Ridge Marketplace and I love it! There tea is super tasty and what I love is that you can customize it to your liking. So if you don't like you tea super sweet, you can just get 50% sweet. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something refreshing. read more
