Nice business setting but they need to be more transparent of there pricing. We ordered a drink as per there price chart close to the register but ended up paying more as they told us prices have changed. Well, then how long does it to update all your pricing instead of fooling customers. Most of the product is ice and sugar so not sure what the hype is all about for $7? Way too crowded, no place to breathe inside as it's so small and not sure what they are doing about hygiene protocols especially since there are so many people cramped up inside. read more

Sharetea has always been my go to boba place, as all the drinks I've had are great as well as the boba. However, today marks the 5th time I've attempted to go to Sharetea when they were out of boba way before closing time. I've never heard of a boba place running out of boba before they close, sometimes several hours before they are supposed to close. Needless to say, if you don't want to be disappointed in a boba place without having boba, I'd go somewhere else. read more

This boba tea shop is different! I am what some would refer to as a wet blanket or someone who often needs to adjust the ingredients in my order. Sharetea is one of the first and only boba tea places I've seen that asks you what level of ice and sweetness you want in your drink! It's like they knew how difficult I can be. And not just me, I know there's other similar to me. This detail is so small yet very significant because they went the extra step to stick out from the competition. I also love the location. First off our drinks were messed up, I got two milk teas and two coffee milk teas but instead was given 4 coffee milk teas with all mini boba when we paid for the normal sized (big) boba. There were 4 people ahead of us. With five workers working but one of them at the register. I ordered a 100% sweetness but it tasted the same as my mother's who ordered 50% sweetness. Overall it was clean but workers need to be more considerate with how many people come in to the place since after us there was 5 more people in the small building. Staff is very slow and seems unorganized. The line was out the door and me and my husband were waiting in line for around 30 minutes. There is no indication where the line starts and ends which caused a lot of confusion. We ended up ordering and waited about another 10 minutes for our 1 drink. I would not recommend going here if it is busy. read more

The drink I ordered was a strawberry blended and it was quite good. I recommend it 10/10. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, especially the pretty girl with light brown hair and bangs, and the short cute young lady with a black/green faded bob and glasses. Glad we finally have a nice tea shop here in Desert Ridge. It's probably one of the better tea shops out there even when compared to the ones in Tempe. I haven't been to Desert Ridge in a while, so I was pleased to see that there was a boba shop that popped up. Usually, you have to drive far to get some good boba or you need to sacrifice your pride for a bit and cave into the boba at those mom-and-pop donut shops. Sharetea is set up like a traditional boba store, where you order at the counter, watch them make your drink feet away, and then pick it up once they call your name. I ordered the taro fresh milk and the taste is comparable to popular LA boba stores like Pot of Cha or Taiwan-based Gong Cha. I'm happy to see that Sharetea was started in 1992 in Taiwan. Phoenix rarely has authentic milk tea, so you'll definitely be getting something delicious and higher-quality at Sharetea. I would come again 100%. I love their classic boba milk tea. It's always so good and tasty. Some boba places only give you a little bit of boba but share tea gives you a whole lot and I love that. Their boba is always soft and chewy which is awesome. It's too bad that they stopped doing the stamp cards. read more

I was stoked when I saw that Sharetea was going to open in Arizona. I had had sharetea a couple of times in other cities and I really liked it so I was very excited to try it out here. I wasn't disappointed. I ordered classic milk tea with herb jelly. It was very good. The herb jelly had a sweet taste to it and it was pleasant. Out of pretty much everything. Went earlier today and I'm still bothered by the way they treated me. I ordered the oreo ice blended and they had no oreos. They could easily run to target and grab some, but instead choose to stand around and not work. Terrible lack of management and is pretty much ran by kids. Stay away, the place is disgusting too. So much dirt and syrup on the floor, I thought my shoe was going to fall off. Go to boba day on tatum and greenway, much better drinks and great service. read more

We came here on opening day with no expectations since we finally found a great boba place here in north Phoenix earlier this year. Sharetea has a prime spot in desert ridge and I was hoping this would be our new boba place since it's in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, the boba itself was super disappointing. They were on the smaller side (this was not the mini size) and super chewy and hard. The classic milk tea (I chose black tea) had a weird taste. My daughter got the peach tea with aiyu jelly which was pretty amazing. I would not come back for any of the other boba drinks, but definitely will stop in for the peach drink and try the other fruit drinks. read more
