I hate to give a bad review in the age of covid, but this was our second time here, and this has been the most disappointing Sharetea location thus far. The sweetness level is way off. Both times I have ordered my drinks 30% sweet and my husband's 50% or higher and both times mine were sweeter than his. So disappointing. I think I'll stick with Pengu. read more

I ordered a Lime Mojito and asked to add lychee jelly and was told they could not. Just wanted to say you should consider adding toppings to these drinks as well especially if the customer is willing to pay. Share tea is a decent boba place. I got a mango green tea with pearls (brown boba). It was very good, although the boba wasnt the softest. The drink itself was good but i recommend getting light or no ice because there isnt that much to drink. read more

Came here for the first time on Saturday 10/17 around 4pm. We ordered 4 drinks. They made only 3 out 4 drinks. After patiently waiting for more than 20 minutes (people were coming and going already) I finally asked what happened to my last order, the worker just realized she never made the last one. No apology, no sympathy, and walked away from us, didn't want to acknowledge her mistake. read more

This place is jumping with activity. Lots of workers working behind the counter and lots of customers ordering. If I go to a tea place and there's nobody there---I pass on the place, because there's a reason for it. These people make a good tea and there are a lot of choices to choose from. This place is sexist towards males. The restrooms are labeled " employees only " and a female (non employee) that used it did not have a single word said too her so I figured if she could then I could at least go in there to wash my hands. So when I did and walked out the little girl behind the counter proceeded to say out loud talking loudly that the restroom was for employees only. Been supporting this business ever since it opened recently but a bit disappointed that when they make a mistake they're not really willing to fix it. They'll just apologize and say they'll do better. Does it really cost that much to remake a drink for the customer? Most places will remake the drink for you if you're not satisfied, but I'm not sure that's the policy here. I understand it is a new business and they need to make money but customer service is important, especially in the long run. I respect a business that fixes their mistake on the spot than one where they'll just apologize on social media for all to see yet does not really uphold those values. With several boba stores popping up in the area I'm not sure I will support this one as much as I had in the past. Taste and selection wise they're good but customer service needs improvement. read more

Sharetea is absolutely amazing! In the past, I had to drive to Irvine in order to get decent boba so I was extremely happy when this Sharetea opened because I live just up the street. All the employees are very kind and helpful!
