I had some happy memories and great drinks here. Thanks for opening in Chandler. Wish you weren't closing but 'das life.

Great place to come for boba! My favorite part about this place is that they are able to customize your drinks to your preferred sweet level. You can do less sweet or more sweet based on your preference. The staff is very friendly. There is some seating available, a good place to do work. We got the taro milk tea and strawberry mojito, yum!

Ordered 8 drinks - 5 ordered online which is the limit. We love Sharetea but this visit was a bit hit and miss. Seems like one of the workers was new based on the conversation. Some of the ingredients weren't at the expected quality and taste. Hawaiian tea seemed too watered down. Ice cream was more ice chunks. The guys were nice and they made the drinks pretty fast. We'll give it another chance but hope it's better.

Share tea is conveniently located on the Main Street of downtown chandler. It's hard to miss the place. The place was packed but the service was quick so everyone was out in about 5min. There was continuous flow of customers. When I walked in, I was not impressed at all on how the place looked. May be it was the drawings on bulletin board or the chairs randomly placed or the whole place which looked dirty. I went with Okinawa milk tea and there are options for level of ice and sugar which is what every boba place is offering. The tea was decent and good. Loved that the boba was fresh and warm. The pricing is as per the standards. Overall service was good, place not impressive, tea was ok. I might give it a try again to checkout their non milk tea.

This is really more like 3.5. My matcha with fresh milk was delicious, and the boba was good. Great as far as that goes. There was no one to greet me when I came in and I stood there for a bit. I could hear people in the back and I finally called out hello so someone could take my order. The store overall seemed kind of dirty. It just kind of turned me off. The door and windows needed a good cleaning. All fingerprints and smudges. With what we went through with COVID I would think they would want the store to look very clean. Like I said, the drink was great. I'd go back, but I hope it's cleaner.

First time here and I really loved my boba. Parking: free parking garage is nearby. Really easy to park and walk over here. Customize: after I ordered my drink they asked me how much ice I wanted or sweetness I wanted. Never been asked that at boba place before I was confused first. I asked for less ice, thought that would give me more drinks. Sugar, I asked for 30%. At first I asked zero but since I ordered taro, they recommended I have 30%. They knew what they are doing here. 30% sugar offered just right amount of sweetness. Boba was fresh, I think they have enough customers to continuously make fresh tapioca. Service was friendly. I would definitely come back next time I am in the area.

Sharing is caring, it can be fun! But I will never share my boba with you so get your own drink at Sharetea! Unlike their closed Tempe location, this DT Chandler location is so animated. It's like walking into an anime! There were anime drawings on the wall, J-pop playing on the speakers, and it had an all around more kawaii atmosphere. I felt like I was at an anime convention and was caught up getting boba at the Artist Alley or something. So since I had just gotten ramen on a warm summery day, boba was in order. I got the German Shepherd. Lots of good stuff was in it and at regular ice, it still wasn't enough for our strong AZ sun, haha! The ice melted almost instantly! I'm glad to see they don't try to rip you off by adding copious amounts of ice but then it made my drink rather unenjoyable as I was seeking something cold and thirst-quenching.

I ordered the mango green milk tea and it was very tasty! The prices are typical for boba. The cashier was knowledgeable and friendly. Cute shop with a few tables for seating. Menu wasn't small but not overwhelming either

My son and I are huge boba fiends. I was kind of surprised how long it took me to try this place given how close it is to our house. But I rarely ever see anyone rant and rave about it on social media so I was a bit hesitant to try it. Anyways i promised my son boba after his swim lesson for doing so well and we ordered two drinks since the tiger milk you aren't allowed to order a large size so I ordered an Okinawa and should have got a small. Both my son and I couldn't even finish half of our drinks. They were not good. They left like a weird after taste and film on your tongue. Maybe it's not this way every time but I just can't believe they weren't even good enough where I felt tempted to Just chug them to be done with them. The service wasn't anything to write home about in any fashion it was average. So definitely won't be running back in the near future. Switching my rating to 3 stars from 1 to be cordial not because we enjoyed our drinks. I've had tiger milk from so many places just don't come here for that. Or Okinawa. Just saying.

Cute little boba place in downtown chandler. I always stop by here every time I go to downtown chandler to eat lunch or dinner. I don't have any complaints . Their drinks and and service are always great to me. I love how you can choose the sweetness level on the drinks.. I usually go for 80 percent no matter what drink I order. Never disappoints :)

A boba shortage is coming, so stock up on your favorites at Sharetea! I went here during my lunch break and picked up the QQ Happy Family Milk Tea at 50% sugar with jelly, pearls, and a bunch of other delicious toppings. The milk tea was not too sweet, the way I like it, plus all the other toppings were cooked well. Bonus points for the sweet and nice service here. Highly recommend trying out Sharetea for your next boba fix.

Classic Green Milk Tea with boba and a Classic Black Milk Tea with boba
    Daniel H.

We discovered this place and came by after 8pm. Parking was okay as we parked in the garage behind this building. There was nobody there and we ordered Classic Green Milk Tea with boba and a Classic Black Milk Tea with boba. It took a few minutes before our drinks were ready. The Classic Green Milk Tea with boba had a lighter flavor with soft and chewy boba. The Classic Black Milk Tea with boba was good and like other Sharetea locations I've been to. Good place for some milk tea in the area!

    Lime mojito was yummy
    Karis L.

My friend and I went here to waste time since we were attending the "Price is Right" show and had a couple of hours to kill before taping. The staff here was nice, professional and very fast with our order. The lime mojito was yummy! I enjoy that they asked you how sweet you want your drinks because some of these types of establishments usually ask but then, when you receive your drink, it's nothing close to what you ordered! I also enjoy that they have a few games that you can play while you wait so my friend who thought she'd beat me, suggested that we play Jenga. This also helped us kill time. Oh yeah, I won I definitely recommend going here on your stroll in downtown Chandler!

However, the experience has really shifted, and not in a good way. The customer service has become noticeably cold from the staff to the owner. There's little to no friendliness, no eye contact, and it often feels like customers are more of an inconvenience than appreciated. As someone who has supported this business for years and consistently spoken highly of it, that's been disappointing. I still believe the quality of the products is great, but the overall experience matters just as much. Unfortunately, the lack of warmth and basic customer connection has taken away what made this place special for me, and I won't be returning. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because this place truly has so much potential to be both excellent in quality and welcoming in atmosphere.

I'm not saying it's expensive. My juice was $8 for the smallest size. Thats same as a latte from a coffee shop or a boba tea. But I'm just saying it's not fast, cheap food. It wasn't very crunchy and had a bunch of flat oat pieces in it, which made for a weird texture experience. I'd give the service five stars (or more if I could!) and the açaí bowl itself two stars, so I averaged the two out to a three out of five. If I come back, I'd just get the açaí by itself.
