I've been to so many boba places in my life, and I always find myself coming back to Sharetea. Sharetea is definitely one of my favorite boba places, and ever since I've tried the black milk tea with ice cream and lychee jelly, it's hard to try any other drink here! I highly recommend that drink if you don't know what to get on the menu. This Sharetea in particular is located conveniently in downtown Chandler, and the parking garage is just a short walk away. There is plenty of seating either inside or outside of the weather is nice. They have such an extensive menu, and you're also able to personalize your ice and sweetness level of most of the drinks, which is also nice. read more

I ordered a hot Hokkaido boba tea, 20% sugar. Not the best I have had, but not terrible either. It's already sweater weather here and the hot boba made sense for me. Great place to come for boba! My favorite part about this place is that they are able to customize your drinks to your preferred sweet level. You can do less sweet or more sweet based on your preference. The staff is very friendly. There is some seating available, a good place to do work. Stopped by after brunch. Girl at the counter was unwelcoming and didn't say anything at all. My daughter even mentioned that she wasn't friendly. I told her that is awful customer service. Share tea is conveniently located on the Main Street of downtown chandler. It's hard to miss the place. The place was packed but the service was quick so everyone was out in about 5min. There was continuous flow of customers. When I walked in, I was not impressed at all on how the place looked. May be it was the drawings on bulletin board or the chairs randomly placed or the whole place which looked dirty. I went with Okinawa milk tea and there are options for level of ice and sugar which is what every boba place is offering. The tea was decent and good. Loved that the boba was fresh and warm. This is really more like 3.5. My matcha with fresh milk was delicious, and the boba was good. Great as far as that goes. There was no one to greet me when I came in and I stood there for a bit. The door and windows needed a good cleaning. All fingerprints and smudges. With what we went through with COVID I would think they would want the store to look very clean. Customize: after I ordered my drink they asked me how much ice I wanted or sweetness I wanted. Never been asked that at boba place before I was confused first. I asked for less ice, thought that would give me more drinks. Sugar, I asked for 30%. At first I asked zero but since I ordered taro, they recommended I have 30%. It's like walking into an anime! There were anime drawings on the wall, J-pop playing on the speakers, and it had an all around more kawaii atmosphere. I felt like I was at an anime convention and was caught up getting boba at the Artist Alley or something. So since I had just gotten ramen on a warm summery day, boba was in order. My son and I are huge boba fiends. I was kind of surprised how long it took me to try this place given how close it is to our house. But I rarely ever see anyone rant and rave about it on social media so I was a bit hesitant to try it. Anyways i promised my son boba after his swim lesson for doing so well and we ordered two drinks since the tiger milk you aren't allowed to order a large size so I ordered an Okinawa and should have got a small. Both my son and I couldn't even finish half of our drinks. They were not good. They left like a weird after taste and film on your tongue. Maybe it's not this way every time but I just can't believe they weren't even good enough where I felt tempted to Just chug them to be done with them. The service wasn't anything to write home about in any fashion it was average. So definitely won't be running back in the near future. What I love about Sharetea is its consistency. I've been to both locations in Atlanta when there were two locations and the drinks were always tas-tea! I stopped by this Sharetea for a quick, refreshing treat while walking around downtown Chandler one afternoon. I was the only customer at the time and was greeted right away. The staff was young and friendly. I usually get the QQ Happy Family Milk Tea, but wanted the taste of coffee so I went with the coffee milk tea with boba topping, less ice, and 50% sugar. A few minutes later, my drink was ready. The staff and I said our goodbyes and I was off to enjoy my drink. The coffee milk tea was exactly what I needed. However, next time I will go with 80% sugar instead of 50% for a little more sweetness. It was still delicious nonetheless. I appreciate that sharetea is pretty generous with their toppings. We discovered this place and came by after 8pm. Parking was okay as we parked in the garage behind this building. The staff here was nice, professional and very fast with our order. The lime mojito was yummy! I enjoy that they asked you how sweet you want your drinks because some of these types of establishments usually ask but then, when you receive your drink, it's nothing close to what you ordered! I also enjoy that they have a few games that you can play while you wait so my friend who thought she'd beat me, suggested that we play Jenga. This also helped us kill time. Located right next to Screamery with plenty of free parking behind at the Overstreet Garage. Glad to see a boba place in DT Chandler! The boba at Sharetea is very delicious. It's the right texture - soft and chewy and sweetened with honey. If you're unsure - ask for a sample of the boba! I usually get the Taro Pearl Milk Tea or Matcha Milk Tea (I substitute the red bean for pudding). The Coffee Milk Tea reminds me a bit of how a Vietnamese Iced coffee tastes and is also delicious with boba. Overall, it's a pretty decent boba spot. I've been back a couple times now and would say everything has been pretty satisfying with the exception of one drink having slightly chewier maybe undercooked boba. I'll give them a pass though as it was the grand opening and when I returned the following day the boba was just fine. I tried the mini bobas and might have to go with this option from now on for all my drinks. Overall, glad they are open and will likely be returning for more delicious drinks. read more

Came by here with my grandkids a couple of times after eating at nearby restaurants. We left La Ristra next door and wanted something sweet. The drinks were tasty but the lady was very rude for the 3rd time. It's unfortunate when there are many places I would rather spend my money at. Won't be coming back due to the rude manager. The place was a little crowded. We had a hard time finding it because it is a small shop between two other shops. I loved how there was easy parking and a lot of it near the shop. I tried their basic milk tea. The boba balls were soft on the outside and had a hard center. The milk tea came out fast. I have tried a lot of milk teas around the valley along with their tapioca. I am surprised to see so many around the valley. There was some nice seating outside but not any in the shop which was fine by me. There were two employees working on the drinks and one at the register. They didn't have music playing which was fine since I didn't stay in the shop too long. Sharetea is one of my favorite boba spots in Chandler! I visited both Saturday and Sunday night this weekend, and I was very impressed with the service. Our drinks were made fast even when the shop was very busy, and they tasted super fresh. The cashier was especially friendly, initiating some nice conversation! As a regular at this spot, I saw a couple of new faces, which allows me to assume that there have been some new additions to the team. My favorite boba chain after love at first sip in the Seattle area. I was so excited to see openings in the Phoenix area. Came in close to opening hours on a Friday afternoon so no wait time. Had to order my favorite drink, the matcha tea with fresh milk with red bean at 75% sweetness and 100% ice ( I like my drinks cold). It was as good as I remember several years ago. I was also in the mood for something fruity so I ordered the wintermelon lemonade with mini boba at 100% sweetness and ice. I am hooked! It was still pretty tart even with 100% sweetness. I did a 3 day weekend of boba tasting in the East Valley and Sharetea was my first stop. It set the bar pretty high. They are pretty conservative with the sweetener, so I didn't feel bad at all ordering multiple drinks! I also might love mini boba over regular boba and Sharetea's boba was perfectly cooked. I've been to Sharetea before and decided to leave a review the second time around. Note: The milk tea drinks only come in one size which I would label as a Large. I was disappointed to see that there was no Jasmine Milk Tea so I settled for the Classic Pearl Green Milk Tea, 50% sugar, regular ice. The flavor is that of a roasted milk tea, which made the drink itself pretty dense. The boba was very soft and light to chew. I used to really enjoy this type of drink but my preferences now lean towards something more less dense and more flowery scent (hence why I like jasmine so much). The QQ Happy Family Milk Tea (which was for my sister) tasted very strongly of lychee and was definitely more so on the sweet side. There was an assortment of jellies inside in addition to tiny tapioca balls which made every sip very busy (if that makes sense). I personally wouldn't get it because I'm not much of a sweet tooth but I certainly understand the appeal of it. Overall, not a bad place to get your fix of boba milk teas but not a place that matches my preferences. If what I described sounds good to you, then I would say go for it! read more

I ordered a matcha red bean milk tea. The caucasian lady with a tattoo on her chest informed me they were out of red bean. It happens, I said okay and changed my order to regular matcha milk tea with boba. When I received my drink, I started drinking it on my way to the car and noticed it had miniboba. I thought it was a mistake and went back to ask if they could put in regular boba. They informed me that they ran out of regular boba. #1 I wasn't informed I was going to get miniboba. If they're going to change a customer's order, they should've told me at least? I would've gotten something else or another topping instead. #2 The lady never offered to fix my drink and looked at me like I was the one in the wrong. Didn't apologize, just said "Oh we're out of regular boba." ..... and that was it. I just said "Ok thank you" and left (side note, what boba house runs out of regular boba? Running out of red bean, sure, happens. But boba?) I'm a regular at this location but will probably not be returning after that experience. read more

I went here during their grand opening and BOGO event. The line didn't look as bad as I expected, but I didn't see that the line snaked around inside as well. It was marketed as a BOGO event for boba milk tea, so I thought you had to order a boba milk tea to get another one for free. Turns out you got a free boba milk tea with any order. I got the mango green tea with lychee jelly. It took a while for them to get all the drinks prepared and the line went by very slowly. I was surprised by the number of people working there because I would have assumed the line would be able to move much quicker. For a special event such as this, especially for a grand opening, it's crucial to really nail down the assembly line. We ended up waiting maybe 1.5-2 hrs to get our drinks and the people I was with got very impatient. We spent a lot of that time waiting inside, where we got to see the inefficiencies in their process, such as multiple people checking the same thing, people really taking their time on things that should be very quick. The thing is, they already know what half the orders are going to be (boba milk tea) before people even order. Yes, people are going to customize sugar and ice level, but for the most part, they're going to have boba, so multiple cups can be prepared with 1 serving of boba, instead of waiting for the orders to come through. For a regular day, there are going to be much fewer customers, so the inefficiencies won't be as noticeable, so their current process flow can handle it. I saw that they use powdered creamer/dairy and powder for other flavoring. I'm not sure how common this is for other boba shops, but I could definitely taste a difference (and not a good difference) between this milk tea and the milk tea from my favorite place. I thought the boba itself was good though. I liked my mango green tea better, but after a while, the drink tasted a bit too sweet and artificial. Would I come back? Probably not, unfortunately, even though this place is closer to me than my favorite boba place. The quality just isn't as good.
