It's sad how unhealthy Milk tea/Boba drinks can be. We ordered three drinks with 0% sweetness and they were all still way too sweet! Turns out the base already has added sugar in it so you really can't have a no sugar added drink here. Couple this with the low quality dairy that they use and I would say stay away! My kids love Boba drinks and I appreciate places like Boba Guys which use only US produced boba and offer organic dairy as a standard option. read more

Steer clear of this place!!!! My husband and I went there because they were the only ones open it took a while to be greeted by the girl at the register she seemed very consumed in putting the stickers on the cups for the online orders so much so that I thought they were closed. The two girls in the back were trying their best to get all the orders out but I could tell they hadn't the slightest clue I didn't see anything being measured just kind of eye balled, then in the middle of them making drinks a guy came from the back with a bucket of ice that he poured in a station by them and went back to the back. I had a peach kiwi tea with the kiwi looking jelly, I forgot what my husband had and we ordered another one for my son it was taro milk tea. Me and my son's was supposed to be half sugar and my husband's was regular. THEY WERE ALL EXTREMELY SWEET ‼ mines was so sweet I couldn't even drink it and they all had this weird taste to them not quite sure how to explain it. It was the worst tea I've ever had!! I think they should use measurements not really sure but I do know that I wasted my money and won't be back. read more

I like the taro fresh milk drink here but the customer service was AWFUL. I pre-ordered for a pick-up via Uber Eats. Should have been a simple and easy transaction once I arrived at the store, right? Apparently not. I walked straight up to the pick-up side and the Asian girl at the register sees me but doesn't even greet me. The blonde girl making the drinks also looks at me a few times and does not greet me or ask the girl at the register to assist. There was no line whatsoever and it was not even busy, yet they couldn't even acknowledge me. I've been waiting for several minutes at this point. Then a guy comes out from the back, sees me, doesn't greet me or ask how he can help, and goes back into the kitchen. A few min. later he comes out again, the 2 girls still have not said a word to me, and at this point there are more people behind me waiting to pick up their drinks. None of them have been acknowledged. A guy who just came in the store shows his phone to the guy who came out of the kitchen and he starts assisting people in random order, not based off of who was first in line. I was the first one in and the last one to get my drink. Later I called to ask for the manager and after several rings, a girl picks up. She didn't know when the manager would be in and when I expressed that I was not happy with the customer service, she replied "oh" and hung up. No apology or anything. Overall really disappointing customer service here and workers were apathetic. read more
