Took the family to Pismo in June and rented a beautiful RV. Had a great experience with Share my Coach. The pretty ladies in the front are always so helpful and nice. Will be back!

have sent this email to this company and had a conversation with the owner Lisa good luck trying to get any support from them besides trying to blame everything on us and having no accountability on their part they are extremely unprofessional. Lisa said they were new tires but I suspect they don't change the tires and just charge the owners of the RV for tires but they don't get changed. The tire that was supposedly new looked really old. Do not rent from them you will regret it. You will put your family at risk look at their office and surroundings looks dirty and nasty just like all the office staff run down and unprofessional. If they don't spend money on up keeping themselves and their office why would you think they will spend money on the safety of your family. Bottom line they just care about money what ever is the cheapest. Do not rent from them I guarantee that you will regret besides charging and you erroneous fees. The owner of the company had advised us to keep driving our RV after we had told him the tire was coming apart in chunks. All they did is reimbursed us for the tire and told us that normally they do not reimburse For a blown tire since they assume that we the renter is liable for tire damages. I am extremely disappointed in renting this RV from you guys we paid top dollar to rent an RV from you guys the last minute there was a chance in our reservation and we got a different RV from what we originally had reserved. The RV we received had a ton of issues including safety issues that I feel should have been caught at the very beginning. It looks like no one inspected it inside or outside. Their daughter a is the office manager and was laughing at everything. I told her that she is not part of the conversation and to get out. My family safety is of extremely important to me and that is why we were okay to pay extra to make sure we get what we paid for. Well in this case I don't feel we got what we paid for instead we got a far less quality. The roll up shade was ripped out from the previous renter and it was explained to us that a replacement easy up was provided but we only found the frame with no cover. We had no protection from the sun the entire trip. The stereo system not working at all Spare tire was flat and unusable Had a hole (see pics) Tire thread came off (Safety)- We had to find our own tire guy to replace (no support) - the owner told us it was okay to keep driving it WTF Bed Slideout not working (my sons school and work laptops were stuck inside compartments we were not able to pull out since they were located at drawers that the bed was blocking them) A/c was not working inside cabin (blown fuse my husband fixed it) the AC was leaking and they told us it was normal and provided a towel to catch the drips Front brakes (vibrate a lot) Extremely Sluggish uphill Back up camera stops working (intermittent) Took us forever to get to our destination and get back because how slow it runs every one was passing us would not go past 35MPH

This was the first tome we ever rented an RV but overall we had a pretty good experience. The staff does a thorough walkthrough of the RV with you in the beginning to give you a rundown of everything you need to know and also marks down any preexisting damages so you won't get charged for then later. They also provide a packet with all the information. The check in process was fast and took around 30 minutes. The return process was smooth and had no issues there either. However, the RV could have been cleaned a little better prior. We found a broken press-on nail and some chips in the corner but we did not bring chips nor did anyone have press-on nails.

We had to to charge the battery if we turned off the RV and wait over an hour for the RV to start again. Luckily we had packed a car charger. We were dry camping and had no power the majority of the time because of the battery and generator issues. If you ask for AAA discount they lie and stat you already used a discount code when booking, UNTRUE!!! They would not honor the AAA discount after we were told they would when we dropped it back off. We could not refil the gas because the battery would not hold a charge and to stop would have been a problem so they completely over charged us for gas. How about you check the batteries before you send people out with an RV they PAID for with working equipment?? The hours on the paperwork don't match anything with this business on the pick up times. There is nothing positive to say about the experience with El Monte RV.... Nothing. The mattress had gross stains all over it and uncomfortable crease in the middle. Went to make the bed and they had put a clean flat sheet over the mattress to hide the disgusting stains. The toilet bowl was dirty with poop when we picked up. The freezer would not stayed shut and we had to use duct tape to keep it closed. How this place stays in business is beyond me. This was supposed to be a fun time meeting up with friends and having a comfortable place to sleep and use the bathroom. We were lucky to have packed battery lanterns or we would have been screwed.. THANK YOU El Monte RV for putting a damper on our over priced holiday!

They were willing to negotiate, patient when I picked it up and took time to explain all the systems to me. In addition, they gave me the peace of mind knowing they'd help if I had any troubles (which I did not). When I was ready to move on to another camper, they took my used camper on consignment and sold it in weeks. This is a locally owned, zero hassle shop. I highly recommend this team.

We first met Dave, the owner, and immediately felt at ease. He was relaxed, personable, and super knowledgeable--he answered all our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. His salesperson was out that day, so Dave personally showed us the trailer and took the time to go over everything. When we sat down to talk numbers, there was absolutely *zero* pressure to buy. He didn't push us, didn't ask to run our credit, and genuinely encouraged us to take the weekend to think about it. That kind of approach is rare and truly appreciated. We decided to move forward the following Monday and called in to speak with Miguel. The entire process was seamless--we did everything online and over the phone. Miguel was consistently available, responded to texts (even after hours), and answered every single question we had. By the end of the week, we were picking up our new trailer. The walk-through was smooth, and they let us record the whole thing so we could reference it later (which was perfect for us as first-time trailer owners). David, Miguel, and Steven all made sure we were 100% comfortable and prepared before we pulled off the lot. Galaxy Camper feels like a family-oriented shop that genuinely cares about their customers. No gimmicks, no tricks, just fair pricing and honest people who want you to enjoy RV life with your family. We had visited some of the big lots before this and the difference is night and day--at the big places, you feel the pressure the moment you step on the lot. They bombard you with calls and texts and push hard for a same-day deal. Galaxy Camper is *not* like that at all, and that's exactly why we'll be recommending them to everyone we know. Highly, highly recommend!

Richardsons Fix the way do business…read more I bought a used 2018 TT & an extended warranty from Richardsons in late 2021 took it out for the 1st trip 3 months later. Toilet flushed once then water pressure to toilet was gone. I take my Trailer in for the issue toilet won't fill properly due to low water pressure to toilet only. Kitchen, restroom sinks and shower all have good water pressure. I explain how I feel it might be the toilet valve to Guy A as he takes trailer information from me. 1 week later I get a call from Guy A saying I need a new toilet that run $700 and the warranty don't cover it. I lose my cool explain how it's BS. I just got the trailer from them, I asked don't you guys check the trailers before you sell them some kind of point inspection. The toilet worked for 1 fill then pressure was lost. He apologizes and says he understands I should had been able to use it more... I feel bad so I go into the office apologize to Guy A for losing my cool I understand it's not his fault. He seems to accept my apology so I ask him to help me understand the issues. I ask various questions when Guy B jumps in and says there's build up, could be from city or camp site having poor water and or hard water. I explain I understand, but that build up normally don't happen from 1 fish to the other it takes time. Mean while Guy A went back to speak with the service tech and confirmed that water is flowing to the toilet but then there's build up. I say thank you and say I'm not paying for a toilet. They explain how I'm gonna have to pay $175 for the time spent. I tell them I can't take trailer yet cuz I'm in my car. I return an 45min later with warranty in hand to show that warranty states it covers valves and fittings which I felt is where the issue is. Guy A is on the phone so I'm standing there waiting Guy B asks what I have, I say my warranty showing valves are covered did you guys check the valve? He then replied with yes there is blockage warranty won't cover blockage you need a new toilet if you want it fixed. Guy A gets off the phone and says they were going to let me take my trailer with no charge cuz I didn't sign that section of the paperwork. I say thanks can I pick it up tomorrow. I pick up trailer the next day take it home and in 20 min I have the toilet removed and bypassed the valve and toilet works fine. What really gets me is that there was no attempt to fix my toilet just sell me a new one. Not even a $175 per hour charge and a $30 valve was offered just a $700 new toilet. I really hope that Richardsons as a company can fix how they do business cuz I'm only 2 min away and hope that when I run into a problem outta my capabilities they don't try and take advantage of me again. I spoke with Brad I believe. He was helpful in getting me info. Not sure who serviced the toilet or who told him I needed a new one. Not sure who the guy sitting next to him that said if I wanted it fixed I needed a new toilet was ether. Toilet is working fine now that I fixed it myself so no matter what they say I didn't need a new one.

Called owner Freddy & son Nate and they said they could strip the vinyl and paint new stripes with my own paint colors. They were very fair priced and said they could get it done in two weeks before a big camping trip. I pulled the trigger and glad I did. They buffed out all the painted surfaces and fiberglass then clear coated the entire motorhome. Turned out FANTASTIC. Freddy even traded my older motorhome for a fair labor trade. First camping trip found a lot of electrical issues and Overland RV took care of those too. Honest and trustworthy family owned business. PS - These bad consignment reviews are a joke. We show up to pick up the trailer, and nothing is done on the itemized list, and the trailer wasn't even cleaned. The Owner made promises he couldn't keep, said he was out of certain items needed to fix what was needed. We had no choice but to take the trailer because of course the loan already went through. He had 3 weeks to get everything done and did nothing. He couldn't even be bothered to fake it at least. Just made excuses. On top of this, the owner said he would provide us with all new hoses and power cords. Everything was used and dirty and he didn't even give us the right generator cord for the trailer. Didn't find this part out till we took our first trip and couldn't hook up properly. As a business owner, I don't like leaving bad reviews because I know how they impact business. This however is just frustrating. And reviewing the previous bad reviews, this seems to be an issue with the owner. Typical over promise, tell you what you need to hear to get the deal done and under deliver once everything is locked in. Likely needing the sale to cover expenses from the last botched deal. Should have done some more research before shopping here. Avoid this dealership.
